Cagliari get the ball rolling. Can they end Juventus' five-match streak without conceding? Let's find out...
With the league title already wrapped up, Juventus are still in the hunt for victories as they seek to beat their record points tally for a Serie A campaign. If the Old Lady can win their remaining two league fixtures, they will beat the tally of 91 points set by Fabio Capello's side in 2006. Standing in their way today are a stuttering Cagliari outfit who have failed to win in their last four matches. Can they spring a surprise this afternoon? Bringing you all the action from the Juventus Stadium, my name is Max Bentley. Feel free to let me know your thoughts and predictions on the game via Twitter @MaxBentley1.
The omens do not look good for Ivo Pulga's side however as Juventus are currently on a nine-game winning streak in Serie A and have not conceded in their last five. Cagliari have only managed to score in three of their last eight league matches.
Without any further ado, here are tonight's lineups...
Antonio Conte welcomes Leonardo Bonucci, Arturo Vidal and Claudio Marchisio back into the starting lineup after the trio were rested for the 1-0 midweek victory over Atalanta. Andrea Barzagli also returns to the side after serving a one-match suspension whilst Marco Storari once again takes his place between the sticks. Former-Cagliari striker Alessandro Matri starts against his former club and is partnered by Sebastian Giovinco. Paul Pogba and Andrea Pirlo miss out through suspension whilst Kwadwo Asamoah is ruled out through injury.
Ivo Pulga makes three changes to the side which were defeated 1-0 by Parma. Mauricio Pinilla returns to the starting XI after his initial three-game ban was reduced to two matches and partners Victor Ibarbo up front. Davide Astori returns to the heart of defence in place of Lorenzo Ariaudo whilst former-Juventus midfielder Albin Ekdal is preferred to Nene.
Today's showdown will be the 66th time that the two sides have met in Serie A. Juventus have won on 30 occasions, losing 11 matches and drawing 24 times. Who will claim the three points this afternoon? Let me know your predictions via Twitter @MaxBentley1. Kick-off is only five minutes away.
A party atmosphere at the Juventus Stadium as the home support await the final home match of the season. In 90 minutes time, they will see their side lift the Scudetto shield again.
A lovely gesture as the Juventus players emerge onto the field with their sons and daughters. Captains Giorgio Chiellini and Daniele Conti exchange handshakes in the centre-circle.
A presentation for Arturo Vidal is taking place on the field. The Chilean midfielder is being awarded the trophy for Juventus' player of the season. A worthy winner in my opinion.
HALF TIME: Juventus 0-1 Cagliari. The home side in unfamiliar territory as they trail at home at the interval for the first time this season thanks to Victor Ibarbo's wonderful solo effort on 13 minutes. Ivo Pulga's side have been good value for their lead and look to be on course to spoil Juventus' Scudetto celebrations. Sebastian Giovinco came closest to equalising when he saw his wonderful freekick bounce down off the underside of the crossbar but it is the Sardinians who lead at the break.
What did you make of that first half? Can Cagliari inflict only a fifth league defeat of the season on Juventus or will Antonio Conte's side bounce back in the second half? Let me know your thoughts and predictions via Twitter @MaxBentley1.
FULL TIME: Juventus 1-1 Cagliari. Mirko Vucinic's poached effort on 61 minutes gives the Bianconeri a point after Victor Ibarbo's spectacular solo effort gave the Sardinians a first-half lead. In truth, Ivo Pulga's side were good value for a point and they prevent Juventus from extending their winning streak to ten Serie A matches and also from eclipsing the points tally of 91 set by Fabio Capello's side in 2006. It finishes all square in Turin.
