Arsenal have a chance to win the game as Ozil wins a corner. However, neither Welbeck nor Mertesacker can direct a header towards goal from the resulting set-piece and Tottenham survive.
90' +3
Alexis' misplaced pass is seized upon by Vertonghen, allowing Spurs the chance to counter. The Belgian has Adebayor and Lamela in support but he dallies in possession and is brilliantly tackled by Koscielny. Are we going to see a late goal?
90' +1
Arsenal win a corner on the left but Alexis' corner fails to beat the first man before the Chilean is then dispossessed by Bentaleb. Alexis has not really made the desired impact from the bench today.
90'
Ozil looks to thread a pass through for Alexis and the Chilean goes down under a challenge from Dier. However, the referee is not interested in the Arsenal appeals and waves play on. There will be FIVE minutes of stoppage time.
88'
Tottenham have hardly threatened since Chadli's goal and Dier sends a cross straight out of play on the right, much to the delight of the home crowd.
87'
Arsenal continue to come forward in numbers but Tottenham are well organised at the back and keep the Gunners attack at bay. The visiting team are beginning to take their time over their throw-ins and goal kicks now, seemingly happy to take a point back to White Hart Lane.
86'
C. Chambers gets yellow.
85'
Chambers marauds forward excellently from right back once again, drawing a foul from Naughton outside the box. Ozil curls the ball into a dangerous area but Vertonghen rises above Koscielny to crucially head it to safety.
83'
D. Rose gets yellow.
E. Dier enters the game and replaces D. Rose.
Tottenham now have 10 men camped behind the ball, with Adebayor being shadowed by Koscielny on the halfway line. Arsenal have already scored valuable late goals this season, can they do so again today?
81'
That Tottenham substitution has taken the sting out of the Arsenal attack and it looks like they will need to make another change as Rose goes down, signalling to the bench. The Spurs defence has come under heavy pressure today and I think Pochettino will be happy to take a point away from this game now.

Description
80'
N. Bentaleb enters the game and replaces N. Chadli.
79'
Chambers has enjoyed getting forward from right back today and he unleashes another fizzing effort from distance which is deflected behind for a corner. However, it comes to nothing as Ozil's delivery is well held by Lloris. Tottenham are preparing to introduce Bentaleb in place of Chadli.
77'
That goal has given Arsenal a renewed sense of confidence and they are roared on by their fans. Ozil and Gibbs take turns to deliver teasing crosses into the box but on both occasions Kaboul is in the right place to head clear.
75'
STAT: Oxlade-Chamberlain has won every Arsenal game in which he has scored. Can he keep that run going?
74'
A. Oxlade-Chamberlain has scored a goal for Arsenal!
OXLADE-CHAMBERLAIN MAKES IT 1-1! Tottenham fail to clear their lines, allowing Alexis to tee up Cazorla on the edge of the box. The Spaniard's shot ricochets off Kaboul and Welbeck completely miskicks in front of goal before Oxlade-Chamberlain smashes the ball into the roof of the net. That's his first of the season.
73'
CHAMBERS GO CLOSE! Ozil shows his fancy footwork to tiptoe his way into the visitors' box before fizzing a ball across goal. It gets deflected out to Chambers on the edge of area and he adjusts his body excellently to send a ferocious shot narrowly over the crossbar.
72'
R. Mason gets yellow.
71'
Mason looks to make it a North London derby to remember as he winds up a shot from distance. However, the Tottenham debutant does not make good contact with his shot and Koscielny clears. Arsenal then counterattack down the other end and the referee waves away the home side's penalty appeals, deeming that Naughton's hand did not get in the way of Alexis' cross.
69'
A. Lennon gets yellow.
E. Adebayor gets yellow.
Welbeck is struggling to get in behind the Tottenham centre-backs at the moment and Kaboul is there once again to prevent the England forward latching onto Cazorla's slipped pass.
67'
Arsenal have enjoyed 81% of the possession in the last ten minutes but they are struggling to break down this resilient Tottenham defence, with Kaboul and Vertonghen prepared to throw themselves in front of everything. Are Wenger's men heading for their first league defeat of the season?
65'
Alexis has scored in his last four appearances for Arsenal but he cannot make an instant impact here as he miscontrols Ozil's pass inside the box and a good opportunity breaks down.
63'
A. Sánchez enters the game and replaces J. Wilshere.
Kaboul has been fantastic for Tottenham at the back today and he produces another timely interception to prevent Welbeck from getting on the end of Oxlade-Chamberlain's low cross. The Arsenal fans are beginning to show signs of restlessness here.
62'
A. Lennon enters the game and replaces C. Eriksen.
Mauricio Pochettino opts to make his first change of the game as Aaron Lennon replaces Christian Eriksen. Arsene Wenger also decides to make his final switch as Alexis Sanchez replaces Jack Wilshere. Which substitute will provide the desired impact?
60'
Arsene Wenger will be furious with the manner in which his side conceded the goal. It really was a moment of sloppiness from Flamini and Arsenal must now chase the game. Surely we will see Alexis introduced soon.
58'
GREAT SAVE FROM LLORIS! Mertesacker has a good goalscoring record in this fixture and he goes close to grabbing the equaliser as he meets Ozil's free kick, planting a firm header towards goal. However, Lloris reacts superbly to fling himself to his left and prevent the ball from squirming over the line. Nearly the perfect response for Arsenal.
57'
N. Chadli gets yellow.
56'
N. Chadli has scored a goal for Tottenham Hotspur! Assist by É. Lamela.
CHADLI GIVES TOTTENHAM THE LEAD! The visitors take the lead against the run of play as Arsenal are punished for their casualness at the back. Flamini is robbed of the ball inside his own half and Lamela slips in Chadli on the right-hand side of the box, allowing the Belgian to slot beyond Szczesny and into the far corner.
55'
Tottenham enjoy a respite from their defensive duties as Mason wins a free kick outside the box. Eriksen steps up to take it but his curling effort is well held by Szczesny.
54'
FLAMINI FIRES WIDE! Arsenal have just three men up for a corner but Mertesacker manages to win the aerial challenge. The World Cup winner knocks the ball down for Flamini on the edge of the box but the Frenchman skews his effort narrowly wide of Lloris' left-hand post.
52'
Arsenal are enjoying a good spell at the moment and Kaboul produces another important block to prevent Welbeck from converting Gibbs' low cross. Can the Gunners make their pressure count and break the deadlock?
50'
CHANCE FOR ARSENAL! Wilshere splits open the Tottenham defence by sending Ozil through with a cleverly-disguised reverse pass. The Germany international has Vertonghen closing him down but he gets his shot away quickly and sees it blocked by the legs of Lloris. That's much better from the hosts.
48'
Arsenal enjoy a good spell of passing, with Oxlade-Chamberlain picking out Cazorla on the left side of the box. The Spain international looks to drill a shot across goal but Kaboul deflects it behind for a corner. Arsenal play it short from the resulting set-piece but Gibbs blazes over from a narrow angle.
46'
The teams re-emerge from the tunnel for the second half, with Tottenham getting the game back underway. Kaboul produces an important challenge on the edge of the box to deny Wilshere the chance to have a shot at goal before Tottenham counter down the other end and win a corner.
45' +1
Santi Cazorla enters the game and replaces A. Ramsey.
GOOD SAVE FROM SZCZESNY! The Arsenal goalkeeper has hardly been tested so far but he shows good reflexes to turn Adebayor's shot around the post after Lamela had picked out the Togo striker with a neat pass. Arsenal are looking vulnerable at the back today.
45'
ANOTHER INJURY FOR ARSENAL! Wenger is forced to make another substitution as Ramsey goes down clutching his hamstring. Cazorla comes on.
44'
CHANCE FOR TOTTENHAM! Capoue produces an incisive pass to split open the Arsenal defence. Chadli gets in behind Koscielny but the Belgian cannot produce the finish he desires as he screws a shot wide of the target. He should really have hit the target there.
43'
GOOD SAVE BY LLORIS! Arsenal spring into life towards the end of the half as Ozil picks out Ramsey on the edge of the box. The Wales midfielder spins away from Mason brilliantly before teeing up Oxlade-Chamberlain who sees his low drive well parried by the Tottenham goalkeeper.
41'
LET OFF FOR MERTESACKER! The tall German defender contends a corner with Vertonghen and sends a header spiralling towards his own goal. However, fortunately for the Gunners captain, it is straight at Szczesny and Arsenal breathe a sigh of relief.
40'
Tottenham are enjoying their best spell of the match at the moment and Flamini produces an important interception to prevent Eriksen from converting Mason's through ball. Can Pochettino's side break the deadlock before half time?
38'
CHANCE FOR TOTTENHAM! Adebayor has been a largely isolated figure for Tottenham so far and he is well tackled by Mertesacker on the edge of the box. Lamela then threads a ball through for the Togo striker but he cannot control it first time and Koscielny makes a crucial interception. However, the danger is not yet over for Arsenal as Naughton picks up the ball on the right-hand side of the box before his fierce shot is deflected behind for a corner.
36'
Ramsey is yet to stamp his mark on this match though he looks to release Oxlade-Chamberlain with a raking first-time pass down the right. The England winger looks to nip in behind Rose but the Tottenham left-back sticks to his task well and ushers the ball to safety.
35'
STAT: Arsenal last failed to score at home to Spurs in the Premier League in November 1998. Since then the Gunners have scored 38 times in 15 games.
34'
Those injuries to Arteta and Wilshere have taken the sting out of the Arsenal attack and both teams scrap for the ball in the midfield. It's not been the most exhilirating of North London derbies so far.
32'
Arsenal's injury crisis is showing no signs of relent and Wilshere is the next player to receive treatment after suffering a nasty blow to his ankle. The England midfielder hobbles off the pitch but it looks like he will try to run it off.
30'
Chadli shows his pace to get away from Flamini before slipping in Mason outside the area. The Tottenham debutant continues his run into the Arsenal box but he cannot pick out Adebayor with his cross and Szczesny makes an important catch. Arsene Wenger will be slightly concerned at how often his side are being picked apart on the counterattack.
28'
M. Flamini enters the game and replaces Mikel Arteta.
Arsenal are forced into an early substitution as Mathieu Flamini comes on to replace the injured Mikel Arteta. The injury list continues to grow for Arsene Wenger.
27'
É. Lamela gets yellow.
26'
Welbeck has made a lively start to this game and the England striker picks out the unmarked Wilshere on the edge of the box who sees his shot well held by Lloris.
25'
Arsenal continue to threaten, with both full-backs pushing up to support the attack. However, Tottenham's defensive resistance has stood firm so far.
23'
Wilshere becomes the second Arsenal player to be booked after a reckless tackle on Mason. Tottenham look to exploit Arsenal's vulnerability from set-pieces as Adebayor peels off of Koscielny to meet Eriksen's free kick. However, the Togo striker cannot generate good enough contact with the ball, sending it straight into the gloves of Szczesny.
22'
J. Wilshere gets yellow.
21'
Oxlade-Chamberlain will be expected to impress on the right today and he bursts past Rose before delivering a deep cross into the box for Welbeck. The movement of Wilshere drags away a Tottenham defender, allowing the England striker to shoot, but his effort is comfortably stopped by Lloris.
20'
Arsenal are in the driving seat at the moment but it could be argued that Tottenham are looking more of a threat when they come forward on the counterattack. Aside from that early Ramsey chance, neither goalkeeper has been seriously tested so far.
18'
STAT: This is Arsene Wenger's 44th match in charge of Arsenal against Spurs. His record stands at 21 wins, 16 draws and six losses.
17'
Welbeck is working tirelessly on his first taste of North London derby action and he forces a corner on the left. Koscielny goes down inside the box from the resulting set-piece but the referee ignores the Frenchman's appeals as play continues. Tottenham immediately break down the other end but Lamela's through ball, intended for Eriksen, is well intercepted by Gibbs.
15'
Arsenal have already shown signs of vulnerability on the counterattack and Tottenham again threaten, only to see Chadli's backheel well intercepted by Koscielny.
14'
Welbeck produces a splendid piece of skill to control the ball before getting away from Vertongen. With little support in attack, the former Manchester United forward goes alone and sees his shot deflected behind for a corner by Kaboul. The Arsenal fans voice their appreciation.
13'
STAT: Tottenham have only won once at Arsenal in 25 matches in all competitions since May 1993, a 3-2 comeback win in November 2010 (D8, L16).
12'
A. Oxlade-Chamberlain gets yellow.
Tottenham have their first meaningful attack of the game as they launch a counter with Capoue finding Lamela inside the Arsenal half. The Argentine looks to pick out the run of Adebayor but his pass lacks accuracy, allowing Koscielny to nip in and make a crucial interception. Oxlade-Chamberlain is shown a belated yellow card for a foul in the build-up to that Spurs move.
10'
Chambers combines well with Oxlade-Chamberlain and Ramsey to force an opening down the right. Rose's foul on his England teammate allows Ozil to deliver a cross into the box and as it is punched clear by Lloris, Wilshere jinks inside his marker before seeing his shot well charged down by Mason.
8'
Tottenham are yet to get going in this contest and it is Arsenal who are exerting the early pressure. There is a great atmosphere at the Emirates Stadium today with both sets of fans determined to claim the bragging rights over their rivals.

It's been a slow start at the Emirates Stadium with Arsenal patient in possession, waiting for the gaps to appear in the Tottenham defence. Wilshere looks to pick out Ramsey with a crossfield pass but Rose reads the danger excellently to make an important header.
3'
STAT: This is the 174th North London derby. Arsenal have won 74 times, Tottenham 54 and there have been 45 draws.
2'
As you would expect, it is Arsenal who are dictating the play in the early stages with Tottenham happy to keep their shape and sit back. It appears that Ozil is starting out on the left, with Wilshere occupying a more central role.
1'
The referee blows his whistle and Arsenal get the ball rolling. Can they continue their unbeaten start to the season and earn another victory over their fierce rivals?
Hello and welcome to this live commentary as Arsenal and Tottenham lock horns in the North London Derby. Mauricio Pochettino is the 13th different Spurs manager that Arsene Wenger has faced since taking charge in 1996 and the Argentine will be hoping to fare better than his predecessors - with Tottenham winning just once on their last 25 visits to their fierce rivals.
Arsenal have enjoyed a mixed start to the season though they are one of only two sides yet to be beaten in the Premier League. Injuries to Mathieu Debuchy and Nacho Monreal have provided Arsene Wenger with a defensive crisis though the French coach is confident that his side can still challenge on all fronts and have the firepower to keep pace with early table-toppers Chelsea.
As for Tottenham, things started brightly under Mauricio Pochettino though they have failed to register a victory in their last three league games, losing to both Liverpool and West Bromwich Albion at home and drawing to Sunderland. Arsenal did the treble over their North London neighbours last season but Wenger has been extremely complimentary of his opposite number, stating that he believes Pochettino is the right man to guide Tottenham to long-term stability and success.
Olivier Giroud, Santi Cazorla and Tomas Rosicky were the goalscorers against Tottenham last season but neither player starts for Arsenal today. Full lineups on the way...
ARSENAL TEAM NEWS: Arsene Wenger recalls his big guns to the starting lineup after rotating his side for the 2-1 Capital One Cup loss to Southampton in midweek. Alexis Sanchez is surprisingly left on the bench, with Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain preferred out wide. Mesut Ozil will be hoping for another impressive display after linking up well with Danny Welbeck at Aston Villa last weekend while Kieran Gibbs and Per Mertesacker have shaken off knocks to start in defence. Mathieu Debuchy is set for a lengthy spell on the sidelines with Calum Chambers prepared to deputise at right-back.
Tottenham subs: Vorm, Dier, Fazio, Bentaleb, Lennon, Townsend, Soldado.
TOTTENHAM TEAM NEWS: Mauricio Pochettino hands a Premier League debut to 23-year-old midfielder Ryan Mason who impressed in the midweek Capital One Cup victory over Nottingham Forest. Kyle Naughton is preferred to Eric Dier at right-back while Jan Vertongen has fully recoved from injury to partner Younes Kaboul in defence. Erik Lamela and Nacer Chadli will be tasked with providing creativity from out wide while Emmanuel Adebayor leads the front line against his former club.
Captains Mikel Arteta and Younes Kaboul lead out the respective sides at the Emirates Stadium to a magnificent reception from both sets of supporters. You don't get games much bigger than this...the North London derby is only minutes away!
HT: Arsenal 0-0 Tottenham. It's hardly been the most thrilling of North London derbies so far as Arsenal and Tottenham go in goalless at the break. The Gunners started the brighter of the two sides but injuries to Mikel Arteta and Aaron Ramsey have taken the sting out of their attack. Mauricio Pochettino will be pleased at how his side have grown into the contest and they finished the half the strongest, with the Gunners looking vulnerable on the counterattack.
FT: Arsenal 1-1 Tottenham. Arsene Wenger's side continue their unbeaten start to the Premier League season as Spurs earn their first point at the Emirates Stadium since 2010. Nacer Chadli gave the visitors the lead after a sloppy error by Mathieu Flamini but Arsenal responded with Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain grabbing a deserved equaliser. Mauricio Pochettino's side were well organised at the back and survived a late siege on Hugo Lloris' goal and, on the balance of play, a point is probably a fair result.
So, Arsenal slip six points behind Premier League leaders Chelsea though they will have the opportunity to close that gap when they travel to Stamford Bridge next weekend. As for Tottenham, they will be looking for their first league win in five games when they take on Southampton at home. That's all we've got time for on this live commentary. Thanks for tuning in and make sure to come back soon.
