Mike Oliver blows his whistle and Leicester City have held on for a huge three points at the Britannia Stadium. Final score - Stoke City 0 Leicester City 1!
90' +4
Begovic pumps it forward for Stoke but De Laet is underneath it and Stoke get it back into the danger area but Shawcross gets the last touch and Hamer is in no rush to take this goal kick.
90' +3
Stoke have had a whopping 24 attempts on goal to Leicester's eight but they really needed to capitalise when they were on the front foot. They have two minutes to find an equaliser!
90' +2
It comes in from Moses and Hamer gets there first again and is awarded a free-kick for an infringement.
90' +1
We're going to have five minutes of stoppage-time at the Britannia and Stoke have another corner on the right-hand side.
90'
GREAT SAVE BY HAMER! Terrific goalkeeping in his six-yard area sees him dive at the feet of Diouf to prevent the substitute from getting the equaliser.
88'
Leicester deal with it once again though and Moore leads the counter-attack. He gets to the penalty area and crosses but the ball is just taken off the foot of Nugent. De Laet eventually gets in behind but his cross is a waste.
86'
Stoke are very much on the advance at the moment, they are camped out in Leicester's half and have another corner on the left-hand side.
84'
Muniesa enters the game and replaces E. Pieters.
That is Pieters' last action as he is replaced by Muniesa in Stoke's final change. The free-kick comes in and eventually to Crouch who heads over the bar.
83'
Vardy gives away a very soft free-kick in a dangerous area for Stoke as he bundles over Pieters on the left-hand side in line with the penalty area.
Minute
Description
82'
O. Assaidi enters the game and replaces J. Walters.
Stoke make a change before it is taken with Assaidi coming on for his second debut in place of Walters. The corner comes in but Leicester are once again able to clear.
81'
Stoke make a vital interception at one end to deny Ulloa his second and now have a corner at the other after Moses' cross deflects behind.
80'
The impressive Cambiasso fires the free-kick across the face of goal and Hammond gets his head on it but cannot direct it goalwards.
79'
And Leicester now have a free-kick on the corner of the penalty area after Shawcross is deemed to have fouled Vardy. The sub did go to ground with very little contact though if any.
78'
Leicester break and get a corner on the left after Nugent tries to square the ball across the area but it deflects behind off a Stoke player.
76'
J. Vardy enters the game and replaces J. Schlupp.
And Leicester make their final change of the day with Jamie Vardy coming on in place of Schlupp
75'
DANGER FOR STOKE! Some more crisp play from Leicester sees Drinkwater denied by a brilliant last-ditch interception from Shawcross. The ball eventually breaks for Hammond and he fires narrowly wide of the post.
74'
M. Diouf enters the game and replaces Bojan Krkić.
Stoke turn to their match winner at the Etihad a fortnight ago as Diouf comes on for the hosts with the impressive Bojan making way.
72'
Yet another very good take though from Hamer and he looks to get Schlupp away quickly but overhits his kick and Stoke are back on the charge in search of an equaliser.
71'
The left-back appears to be okay after a stoppage of play, and we're underway again and Stoke threaten Leicester who defend well and the ball goes behind for a corner.
69'
Worrying signs for Stoke as Pieters goes down and is receiving treatment from the physio.
66'
Stoke look to respond immediately with Walters getting away from Konchesky down the left and he plays the ball for Bojan who goes down under a challenge from Hammond but Mr. Oliver is unmoved.
64'
L. Ulloa has scored a goal for Leicester City! Assist by P. Konchesky.
G. Whelan gets yellow.
GOAL FOR LEICESTER AND IT'S LEONARDO ULLOA AGAIN! And it's no more than they deserve. A sweeping counter attack from a Stoke corner sees Drinkwater find Konchesky on the left. He drills the ball across the area and Ulloa has to adjust but hooks the ball into the corner of the net - his third goal of the season already!
63'
But they fail to make the most of the opportunity again as ball is cleared to De Laet who sends his shot well off target.
62'
Free kick for Leicester now in a dangerous area after Pieters brings down Schlupp. The full-back really does need to tread carefully now.
60'
Bojan finds himself one-on-one with Morgan now and the former Barcelona man gets some space but sees his effort well blocked by the experienced centre-half.
58'
Stoke seem to have woken up now and they have their second corner in quick succession as Hamer just fails to prevent De Laet's header from going behind.
56'
Well whatever Nigel Pearson said to Leicester at half-time is clearly having an effect as they have started the second half very brightly and are very much on the front foot at the moment.
55'
His corner is not quite as effective though as it evades everybody in the area and goes behind for a goal kick.
54'
Cambiasso gets involved for the first time with a lofted ball looking for Ulloa and the ball comes off Pieters and behind for a corner to the visitors.
52'
Some more good play from Bojan who cuts inside from the corner of the penalty area, and gets his shot away but it's straight into the arms of Hamer.
49'
E. Pieters gets yellow.
46'
E. Cambiasso enters the game and replaces A. King.
D. Drinkwater enters the game and replaces R. Mahrez.
Stoke get us underway!
Leicester have made two changes in midfield at half-time with Esteban Cambiasso coming on for his debut in place of King, while Danny Drinkwater replaces Mahrez.
Leicester have started the second half brightly and Ulloa draws a foul from Pieters. The left-back is the second Stoke player to have his name taken.
45' +3
And that's it for the first half as Mike Oliver blows his whistle.
45' +2
The debutant makes amends though as he outjumps the crowded penalty area to collect Moses' corner. He is winded in the process but is back on his feet in no time.
45' +1
Last chance for Stoke and it is another corner after N'Zonzi's header deflects wide of the target. Hamer left the ball believing the midfielder to have got the last touch.
45'
Another corner for Stoke is sent in by Moses but Hamer punches clear before Bardsley's volley from outside the area is cleared easily by the visitors.
43'
And Schlupp just sums up Leicester's half. They break down the left-hand side but with no pressure on him, he cannot sort his feet out and sends the ball out of play and sarcastic cheers ring around the Britannia.
42'
CHANCE FOR STOKE! The ball just does not break for the hosts from Moses' free-kick. It bounces around in the area before Leicester are able to scramble away.
41'
Leicester get a throw-in a good area down the right-hand side but it comes to nothing again as Mahrez runs the ball out of play for a Stoke goal-kick.
40'
Stoke are certainly on top here. They are enjoying better spells with the ball and are clearly threatening the Leicester goal more frequently.
38'
WHISKERS AWAY FROM CROUCH! Stoke are getting closer. The ball opens up again for the tall striker and he lets fly from 25 yards, and the ball whistles just past the far post with Hamer beaten.
37'
Moses takes it but he will want to forget that one very quickly, as he sends it way over the bar. Hamer restarts with the goal-kick.
36'
Free-kick for Stoke just outside the area and just to the right of the centre of the goal after King brings down Bojan. Three players stood over this for the hosts.
34'
Corner for Stoke and that was the first time that Moses has really burst into life with some clever play down the right, and Konchesky eventually concedes the corner.
32'
Some more decent link-up play from Stoke and Whelan tries his luck again from distance. His effort is on target this time but it is very easy for Hamer to gather
30'
We now see the better side of Crouch as he sends a spectacular effort not far away from Hamer's goal. It was slightly reminiscent of his strike against Man City in the 2011/12 season
29'
P. Crouch gets yellow.
We have the first booking of the game at the Britannia as Crouch goes into Mr. Oliver's notebook for a reckless challenge on Nugent.
28'
And Leicester have their first real shot on goal as the ball opens up for King to strike from 20 yards, but he drags the ball aimlessly wide
27'
Leicester deal with it easily though, as Moses' delivery was not the best in all fairness. The game has been lacking a real spark so far
26'
Another corner for Stoke as Walters and Konchesky challenge for the ball down the right-hand side, and the linesman gives the Stoke man the benefit of the doubt
24'
The free-kick is floated in and N'Zonzi lays the ball off for Whelan, but his drilled effort is well off target and Leicester restart with a goal-kick
23'
Free-kick for Stoke in a dangerous area as de Laet brings down Bojan on the left-hand side. Chance here for hosts..
22'
It almost opens up for Walters. He latches onto a lofted pass and holds off Konchesky but Morgan takes the sting out of his effort on goal and Hamer gathers easily
20'
DANGER FOR LEICESTER! Walters drills a ball across the face of the area and Crouch almost gets on end of it but Hamer comes out and fumbles the ball but it is enough and Leicester can clear
18'
CHANCE FOR CROUCH! He has a free run to get on the end of Stoke's first corner but Morgan does just about enough to put him off and he heads wide of the target
16'
Hamer rides his luck there as he flaps at Bardsley's deep cross with Crouch waiting to pounce, but he just gets enough on it to divert it away from the former England striker
15'
Very good sweeping there from Hamer to prevent Walters from reaching the ball ahead of Konchesky. Stoke have a throw-in in a decent position here
13'
Stoke have a free-kick just inside their own half after Mahrez bundles over Pieters. No real flow to the game just yet at the Britannia
11'
Some neat footwork from Crouch down the right-hand side and he holds off his marker before getting his cross in, but Hamer is underneath it for Leicester
10'
N'Zonzi creates the first real opportunity of the day, driving into the heart of the Leicester defence but he drags his shot well wide of the target in the end
8'
Neat play from Stoke in the middle of the field as they enjoy a good phase of possession, but Shawcross' eventual long ball is dealt with and Leicester now have a free-kick just inside their half after Wilson bundles over Ulloa
6'
And the game is being held up while Shawcross gets his head bandaged up, he is back on the pitch now though and the game is up and running again
4'
OUCH! Shawcross is currently receiving treatment after colliding with Schlupp in the air. Bardsley was also caught but he is back on his feet
3'
The first good piece of play sees Bojan produce some neat footwork down the left-hand side, but his cross is just too high for Crouch and Leicester are able to play the ball away
2'
Walters almost in behnd but the pass is overhit and it is an easy take for Hamer on his debut, that should help him settle down
1'
And Leicester get us underway kicking from right to left!
And Leicester get us underway!
Welcome to the live text commentary of Stoke City's Barclays Premier League clash with Leicester City. I'm Jonathan Davies and I'll be guiding you through the action at the Britannia Stadium.
THE TEAMS ARE IN!
STOKE CITY (4-2-3-1): Asmir Begovic; Phil Bardsley, Marc Wilson, Ryan Shawcross (c), Erik Pieters; Glen Whelan, Steven N'Zonzi; Victor Moses, Bojan Krkic, Jonathan Walters; Peter Crouch.
STOKE CITY SUBS: Thomas Sorenson, Robert Huth, Marc Muniesa, Marko Arnautovic, Charlie Adam, Mame Biram Diouf, Oussama Assaidi.
LEICESTER CITY (4-4-2): Ben Hamer; Ritchie de Laet, Wes Morgan (c), Liam Moore, Paul Konchesky; Riyad Mahrez, Dean Hammond, Andy King, Jeff Schlupp; Leonardo Ulloa, David Nugent.
LEICESTER CITY SUBS: Adam Smith, Danny Drinkwater, Jamie Vardy, Esteban Cambiasso, Anthony Knockaert, Marcin Wasilewski, Chris Wood.
Just a single change for both sides from last time out. Stoke's match winner at Manchester City Mame Biram Diouf drops to the bench with Mark Hughes favouring Bojan Krkic in his place, while new signing Oussama Assaidi is also on the bench for the Potters.
Kasper Schmeichel misses out for Leicester after picking up an injury with Denmark in midweek, and is replaced in goal by Ben Hamer who makes his debut for the Foxes. New signing Esteban Cambiasso is on the bench.
The teams are out and kick-off is imminent! Mike Oliver is our referee today, both of the matches he has taken charge of this season have finished in 3-1 victories for Chelsea and Manchester City. A result like that would do very nicely for both sides today.
Stoke are enjoying the majority of the possession but just need to turn their chances into goals now. Leicester will need to make more of their spells of play, they have yet to really threaten the hosts so far.
This was the scoreline in the last domestic meeting between the sides on the final day of the 2007/08 Championship season. The result sent Stoke up and relegated Leicester to League One.
Stoke are hoping to make it back-to-back wins in the Premier League this season, while Leicester are searching for their first one after getting promoted. Should they go on to get the three points it will be their first away from home in the Premier League since they beat Birmingham City on March 13, 2004.
The teams are back out and the second half is imminent
FULL-TIME!
It is the visitors' first win back in the Premier League and Leonardo Ulloa was their hero as he made it five points from their opening four games. Disappointment for Stoke who dominated most of the play but could not turn their superiority into goals.
That's all for today. Thank you for following the action. I've been Jonathan Davies. Farewell until next time.
