N. Broadhead has scored a goal for Wales! Assist by C. Mepham.
Modric makes way for Majer.
GOAL!!! INCREDIBLE!!! Having not had a shot on target all game, Wales find a goal that surely earns them a point in the dying seconds! A long throw from Roberts is hoisted into the Croatia box, and it is flicked on by Mepham towards the back post, where Broadhead is waiting to tap home and make it 1-1!
Mepham's header from Roberts' throw allowed Broadhead to steal in and level.

The fourth official puts up his board and indicates there will be three minutes of additional time at the end of this match. Can Page's men find an unlikely equaliser?
89'
Wales cannot get hold of the ball at the minute as Croatia look to keep possession and see out the remaining minutes.
87'
Mepham gets across well to poke the ball out for a throw-in, taking it off the toes of Pasalic as Dalic's men looked to hit the visitors on the counter.
78'
Modric swings a corner to the back post, but Ampadu does really well to block Gvardiol's header before it can trouble Ward.
76'

That was Kovacic's last act of the contest as he makes way for Pasalic.
Goalscorer Kramaric comes off for Vlasic. Will his well-taken strike prove to be the winner?

Livaja does indeed make way as he limps off for Musa, who is making his Croatia debut.

HALF-TIME: CROATIA 1-0 WALES
45'
There will be just one minute of additional time at the end of this first half.
44'
Wilson's free-kick looks to have taken a deflection as it goes just over the bar, though the referee points for a goal-kick much to Wales' frustration.
43'
Gvardiol gives away a free-kick in a very threatening shooting position. With Bale no longer there to take it, it looks like Wilson will be the man trusted with it.
42'
Dalic's men are controlling possession at the minute and are probing for the second goal. It is imperative Wales keep it tight and get into the break just a goal behind.
38'
Kovacic lays the ball off to his left for Sosa, but it just gets stuck underneath the full-back's feet a little and though he does eventually dig a shot out, it is easily caught by Ward.
31'
J. Juranović gets yellow.
Juranovic goes in the book for catching James near the touchline.
30'
That goal had been coming, with Ward already making a couple of important stops and a controversial goal ruled out just moments before Kramaric's strike. Can Wales respond?
28'
A. Kramarić has scored a goal for Croatia!
GOAL!!! This one will count and Croatia have the lead!!! Kramaric shows great persistence to outmuscle Williams and keep hold of the ball, before expertly finishing with the outside of his right boot past the despairing Ward to make it 1-0 to the hosts!
25'
E. Ampadu gets yellow.
Ampadu receives the first yellow card of the contest for cynically dragging back Modric.
24'
A well-worked free-kick finds itself at the feet of Perisic in a decent shooting position, but the Tottenham man blazes high and wide of Ward's goal. It would not have counted anyway with a delayed flag going up for offside.
23'
James tries to loft a cross to the back post, but it is too close to the goalkeeper and Livakovic is alert to come out and claim it before any Wales player can nod goalwards.
21'
A rare foray forward for the visitors ends with Wilson overhitting a throughball for James, sending the ball out for a Croatia goal-kick.
13'
Juranovic sends another teasing cross into the Wales box, but Williams does just enough to put Perisic off and the ball evades both before going out for a throw-in.
11'
The right-back Juranovic whips a delightful delivery into a great area, but none of his team-mates are there to meet it and Wales mop up before any damage can be done.
6'
Perisic's cross is met by Livaja, but his header is blocked by Mepham before it can trouble Ward.

The hosts kick us off and we are underway!
Hello and welcome to live coverage of the European Championships qualifier between Croatia and Wales at Stadion Poljud.
The hosts head into their opening match in Group D looking to reach the European Championships for the fifth consecutive tournament, having last failed to qualify for the 2000 edition. This is their first game since the World Cup in Qatar, where they made it all the way to the semi-finals before being knocked out by eventual champions Argentina.
The visitors meanwhile finished third at Euro 2016 but endured a disappointing time in Qatar, dumped out at the group stage after qualifying for the first time in 64 years. They will be hoping to get off to a strong start here as they bid to reach the European Championships for a third straight edition.
CROATIA (4-3-3): Dominik Livakovic; Josip Juranovic, Josip Sutalo, Josko Gvardiol, Borna Sosa; Luka Modric, Marcelo Brozovic, Mateo Kovacic; Andrej Kramaric, Marko Livaja, Ivan Perisic.
SUBS: Nikola Vlasic, Martin Erlic, Luka Ivanusec, Lovro Majer, Petar Musa, Josip Stanisic, Mislav Orsic, Domagoj Vida, Nediljko Labrovic, Borna Barisic, Ivo Grbic, Mario Pasalic.
WALES (4-4-2): Danny Ward; Connor Roberts, Chris Mepham, Joe Rodon, Neco Williams; Ethan Ampadu, Harry Wilson, Aaron Ramsey, Joe Morrell; Daniel James, Kieffer Moore.
SUBS: Tom Bradshaw, Oliver Cooper, Jordan James, Adam Davies, Wes Burns, Nathan Broadhead, Ben Cabango, Tom King, Tom Lockyer, Sorba Thomas, Luke Harris, Morgan Fox.
The two teams make their way onto the pitch ahead of this important qualifier.
While Page will be relieved to get into the break just a goal down, his team will have to provide much more of an attacking threat if they want to come away from the game with a result having not troubled Livakovic yet. Dalic meanwhile will be keen to get a second goal that could kill this game off.
Thanks for joining us for live coverage of the 1-1 draw between Croatia and Wales in their European Champions qualifier at Stadion Poljud. Goodbye!
That is a great point for the Dragons considering the level of the opponent and the difficulty they found in trying to break through a resilient Croatian defence. Page will be hoping his team can build on that draw as they return to Cardiff when they host Latvia in another qualifier on Tuesday. Croatia will have to get over the fact they somehow did not win that game, and they will look to banish those demons when they travel to Turkey in Group D, also on Tuesday.
