D. Calabria has scored a goal for AC Milan! Assist by Rafael Leão.
MILAN FIND A FIFTH! Fancy footwork from Leao gets him free on the edge of the 18-yard box, and he uses the space to find Calabria. The right-back’s unusual foray forward ends with a goal as his dragged shot to the far post beat the outstretched arm of the goalkeeper. 5-1 to the Rossoneri!
Revelling in his role as a late-sub striker, Leao's assist helps produce Milan's fifth as his nifty dribbling got him around Mbaye.

79'
L. Biglia enters the game and replaces I. Bennacer.
Pioli makes another change to settle the match down as Biglia replaces Bennacer in midfield with just over 10 minutes remaining.
78'
In typical form, Sansone touches the indirect free-kick, allowing Santander to smash an effort towards goal. The wall does its job and stands firm though, blocking the low drive and allowing Milan to escape unharmed.
77'
Bologna are given one of football’s rarest sights - an indirect free-kick inside the Milan penalty area following Donnarumma’s handling of Kjaer’s backpass. It’s a unique situation with Sansone and Santander over it coordinating their plan.
75'
A. Skov Olsen enters the game and replaces R. Orsolini.
M. Svanberg enters the game and replaces R. Soriano.
More changes from Bologna as Olsen replaces Orsolini.

59'

I. Mbaye enters the game and replaces T. Tomiyasu.
The goal scorer is replaced as Tomiyasu goes off for Mbaye.
Corbo is in for Danilo as Bologna make a couple of changes on the hour.
It’s been a tremendous hour of football from Milan, who have been linking up intuitively all over the pitch. The pairing of Hernandez and Rebic down the left-hand side has been a source of joy for the Rossoneri, with their opponents offering little in the way of a solution.
57'
A. Rebić has scored a goal for AC Milan! Assist by Z. Ibrahimović.
MILAN MAKE BOLOGNA PAY AGAIN! 4-1! Ibrahimovic takes up his role as second-striker, playing a ball through the defence for Rebic on the edge of the penalty area. The forward shrugs off Tomiyasu and smashes a strike high into the goal!
Weighted perfectly, Ibrahimovic's pass allowed Rebic through on goal easily. It's an assist for the former Sweden international.
55'
Sansone takes the ensuing free-kick to the far post for Tomiyasu, but Donnarumma steps off his line and gets to the ball first.
54'
A. Saelemaekers gets yellow.
Saelemaekers catches Dijks on the ankle and is shown a yellow card for the offence.
53'
Despite some positive signs from Bologna following the restart, it’s been more of the same as Milan move up and down the pitch with relative ease. The Bologna forwards are not pressing as intently or as high, giving Milan even more time to plan their course of attack.
51'
S. Kjær gets yellow.
Kjaer’s late sliding challenge gifts Bologna a free-kick in a dangerous position, while earning the defender a yellow card.
49'
I. Bennacer has scored a goal for AC Milan! Assist by H. Çalhanoğlu.
3-1 TO THE HOSTS! Another Milan player gets his first goal in red and black as Calhanoglu cuts inside on Tomiyasu and finds Bennacer unmarked in a central position. Poor defensive positioning from Danilo allows the midfielder to go through on-goal with ease before finding the back of the net!
Calhanoglu adds an assist to his earlier goal in what has been a very productive match for the Turkey international.
48'
Bologna are showing a bit more impetus as they force 10 Milan players behind the ball in defence. After some work, Orsonoli works an opportunity to shoot but it’s sent terribly wide as the winger fails to connect properly.
46'
Milan get the second half underway from the kick-off!
45' +4
HALF-TIME: MILAN 2-1 BOLOGNA.

44'
T. Tomiyasu has scored a goal for Bologna! Assist by R. Soriano.
Soriano’s pass allowed the defender to get forward - and he’ll be credited with the assist.
TOMIYASU CUTS THE DEFICIT IN HALF! The defender steps up into midfield and is unmarked as he steps past Romagnoli and fires a shot past Donnarumma from well outside the 18-yard box! It’s a goal out of absolutely nowhere - exactly what the visitors needed! 2-1!
41'
Bologna get forward and look dangerous, but Orsolini’s cross for Sansone puts the winger offside, giving Milan a free-kick to clear their lines.
39'
After some treatment and a moment to breathe, the Milan left-back is up and able to resume his duty following the injury.
38'
Worrying signs as Hernandez remains down on the pitch after getting his foot stomped on by Sansone during a duel for the ball. The referee allows play to continue and the Bologna winger goes through on goal - but his square pass to a team-mate goes unmet.
34'
M. Dijks gets yellow.
Frustration is starting to show from the visitors - as Sansone needlessly steps through Saelemaekers, sending the goal scorer to the ground. It’s a yellow card for the winger.
33'
Orsolini strikes the ball clean and with venom, but it fails to fool Donnarumma, who barely has to shuffle his feet to knock the ball down and collect it under little pressure.
32'
A sloppy challenge by Kessie just outside of his 18-yard box gives Bologna a chance to cut the deficit in half from a free-kick from about 25 yards out.
31'
Play restarts with a Donnarumma goal-kick, with 15 minutes to play until the half.

The referee calls play to a brief halt to allow the two sides a chance to take in some water.
28'
Orsolini takes a corner from the right, looking to get his side back in the match but it’s another flat delivery which is easily cleared by the Rossoneri.
26'
Despite being listed on the team sheet as a striker, Ibrahimovic is making his way around the pitch, dropping deep into midfield to direct the play - allowing Rebic to come inside to fulfil the forward role. It’s an effective method to confuse the defence, who have been struggling mightily in the opening half-hour.
24'
H. Çalhanoğlu has scored a goal for AC Milan!
CALHANOGLU GETS HIS GOAL! It’s a gift really as Skorupski scuffs a kick following a back pass, allowing the Milan number 10 to nip in to block it, before converting on the half-volley! 2-0 Milan!
22'
Calhanoglu wins a free-kick deep in midfield and takes it himself, putting the cross to the edge of the six-yard box. It’s a dangerous delivery, but Tomiyasu is able to get the first to head it away.
18'
Ibrahimovic opts for style as he connects with an acrobatic volley from well outside the area. It’s a great attempt from the veteran striker, but it’s not accurate as it flies wide of the target.
16'
Calhanoglu is alive in the penalty area as his blasted shot from a Kessie pass is blocked by a Bologna defender stationed just inside the 18-yard area.
14'
It’s one-way traffic at San Siro as Poli is forced into a last-ditch sliding tackle inside his own penalty area to prevent Calhanoglu from running onto the ball and having a shot from 10 yards out.
10'
A. Saelemaekers has scored a goal for AC Milan! Assist by T. Hernández.
GOAL! MILAN TAKE THE LEAD! Rebic does a fantastic job on the left wing, holding up play and waiting for a team-mate under intense pressure from Danilo. Hernandez finally arrives and immediately puts a low cross into the penalty area. Ibrahimovic steps over the delivery which allows Saelemaekers to arrive in time and put it in the back of the net! 1-0 Milan!
Hernandez has been so important for Milan all season defensively, but he is also capable of making an impact at the other end - with a perfect assist for Saelemaekers' goal.
9'
Bologna are having difficulty settling the ball down and forcing Milan to move. They have been relying on loose passes and long balls over the top which have, as of yet, done nothing but return the ball to their opponents.
7'
Milan’s clearance of the corner leads to an opportunity at goal as the counter-attack flows through Ibrahimovic, who finds Rebic in a shooting position. It’s a good attempt, but it doesn’t challenge Skorupski nearly enough.
5'
Bologna take the first corner of the match, but it’s a poor, low effort to the near post which is cleared away easily by the hosts.
3'
A turnover in midfield from Bologna gives Milan a chance to hit on the break after Rebic’s endeavour - but Calhanoglu is unable to find an option as he’s squeezed off the ball outside the 18-yard box.

Bologna get the match underway from the kick-off!
Hello and welcome to our LIVE commentary of the Serie A fixture between Milan and Bologna!
Milan host Bologna at San Siro in a rich vein of form, winners in three of their last five matches including impressive results against Lazio and Juventus. Level with Napoli in sixth, and just four points back of Roma, there is no reason to suggest the Rossoneri can’t lock up a place in the Europa League ahead of next year with four games remaining in the season.
Sinisa Mihajlovic returns to face the squad he formerly managed as coach of a Bologna side who find themselves comfortable in 10th place. The visitors will have to overcome recent trends if they wish to take three points from San Siro, as they’ve only managed to win one of their last five matches and have lost seven of their last eight fixtures against Milan in Serie A.
With 15 minutes to go until kick-off, let's look at how the two sides will be lining up - starting with the hosts!
BOLOGNA SUBS: Mattias Svanberg, Musa Juwara, Federico Bonini, Rodrigo Palacio, Ladislav Krejci, Andri Fannar Baldursson, Musa Barrow, Andreas Skov Olsen, Angelo Da Costa, Gary Medel, Gabriele Corbo, Ibrahima Mbaye.
BOLOGNA XI (4-2-3-1): Lukasz Skorupski; Stefano Denswil. Danilo, Takehiro Tomiyasu, Mitchell Dijks; Andrea Poli, Nicolas Dominguez; Riccardo Orsolini, Roberto Soriano, Nicola Sansone; Federico Santander.
MILAN XI (4-2-3-1): Gianluigi Donnarumma; Theo Hernandez, Alessio Romagnoli, Simon Kjaer, Davide Calabria; Franck Kessie, Ismael Bennacer; Ante Rebic, Hakan Calhanoglu, Alexis Saelemaekers; Zlatan Ibrahimovic.
Milan have a number of options from the bench to hold their lead, with Biglia and Krunic able to settle down the midfield and control the tempo of play, while Leao and Paqueta are options should they wish to push Bologna into further mistakes, or capitalise late when legs are tired. Mihajlovic will be searching for the equaliser after his side’s unlikely first goal, with the veteran Palacio as well as Barrow options for the visitors.
MILAN SUBS: Rade Krunic, Lucas Biglia, Matteo Gabbia, Marco Brescianini, Antonio Donnarumma, Andrea Conti, Asmir Begovic, Diego Laxalt, Giacomo Bonaventura, Lucas Paqueta, Rafael Leao, Lorenzo Colombo.
That concludes our commentary of the Serie A fixture between Milan and Bologna. We hope you enjoyed it!
Milan look to continue their amazing run of form in a tricky matchup on Tuesday when they travel to face Sassuolo. Bologna will have a similarly difficult task on Tuesday when they travel to face Atalanta.
