Wolves return to league action following their excellent 4-0 victory over Espanyol in the Europa League on Thursday, with Nuno Espirito Santo’s side now facing a clash against the Premier League’s bottom club Norwich City. The Molineux outfit could climb as high as seventh with a win over the Canaries in today’s meeting, and Wolves are looking to avoid their third straight goalless draw in the top-flight following ties against Manchester United and Leicester City.

Daniel Farke’s side were beaten 1-0 by the league leaders courtesy of Sadio Mane’s late strike, but the Canaries had picked up four points from their three games prior to this which included a win over Bournemouth and a draw with Newcastle United.

Hello and welcome to LIVE coverage of this Premier League clash between Wolves and Norwich City!
Norwich recorded more than 54 per cent of the ball in the opening 45 minutes, but Wolves were simply much more creative in possession as they registered 10 shots compared to three from the visitors. Norwich much produce a tighter defensive display in order to prevent Wolves from causing more damage while the likes of Cantwell, Duda and Rupp need to create more openings for Pukki to exploit. Meanwhile, Nuno will be asking for more of the same from his side in the second period.
The players are now gathering in the tunnel ahead of the second half.
That's all for now. Thank you for following live coverage of this Premier League clash!
Wolves will now be looking to defend their 4-0 lead when they travel to face Espanyol on Thursday evening, while they then return to Premier League action against Tottenham next weekend. Meanwhile, things do not get much easier for Norwich in their survival bid as they host third-placed Leicester on Friday night, with Farke's side remaining six points adrift at the bottom of the table.
