Brozovic picks out a gap in Roma’s midfield and quickly drives forward before cracking an effort at goal, but Olsen is well positioned to deal with it. The hosts race up the other end, and Kluivert wins a corner. Will there be one more twist?
90' +2
HIGH AND WIDE! Schick crafted a great chance for Florenzi earlier, and the striker again does well to set up another team-mate – this time Pastore. The Argentine sets himself before unleashing a shot, but the ball soars well over.
90' +1
Brozovic’s delivery is a poor one, and Roma are able to clear their lines as the fourth official indicates there will be a minimum of five minutes added on.
90'
Although both teams are going all out to win this, a draw would represent a fair result. Neither side have done enough to warrant a win, although Inter have a corner as we head into added time…
88'
Schick is down following a heavy collision with an Inter defender but, despite the Roma medical staff seemingly being ready to come on, the striker gets back to his feet without receiving treatment.
83'
J. Pastore enters the game and replaces C. Ünder.
A third and final Roma change sees Cengiz Under, whose magnificent strike initially got Roma back in this contest, replaced by Javier Pastore.
82'
It’s not exactly a defensive switch by Spalletti, but he will be hoping that Vecino adds a little more steel to Inter’s midfield, while Martinez could provide the guile that Perisic had been lacking.
80'
L. Martínez enters the game and replaces I. Perišić.
M. Vecino enters the game and replaces Borja Valero.
Two substitutions now for Inter. First, Borja Valero makes way for Matias Vecino.
And now, Ivan Perisic has been replaced by Lautaro Martinez.
CLOSE! Valero picks up possession after Roma fail to clear from an Inter free-kick, but his goal-bound strike is blocked before it can test Olsen.
79'
A. Kolarov gets yellow.
Kolarov is shown a yellow card, having scythed down Icardi from behind.

Description
77'
D. Perotti enters the game and replaces N. Zaniolo.
Another change for Roma, as Nicolo Zaniolo – who impressed in the first half but faded after the interval – makes way for Diego Perotti.
75'
CLOSE! Roma are looking rampant now, and Under should have done better after latching onto a cut-back from Kluivert. The Turkey international had plenty of time and space, but failed to make a proper connection.
74'
Penalty goal scored by A. Kolarov for Roma!
ALL SQUARE! No mistake from Kolarov, who slams a curling finish into the right-hand side of the net. Game on!
72'
More appeals for a penalty from Roma, after Skriniar’s header hits the arm of Brozovic. The referee initially dismisses the claims but, after checking with VAR, the referee now goes to the screen…
71'
With that change, Florenzi – ever the utility player – will switch to right-back, with Kluivert pushing up alongside Schick and Under.
69'
J. Kluivert enters the game and replaces D. Santon.
Roma respond to going behind by making a change. Former Inter man Davide Santon goes off, with exciting young winger Justin Kluivert – a close-season arrival from Ajax – coming on.
66'
M. Icardi has scored a goal for Inter Milan! Assist by M. Brozović.
INTER ARE BACK IN FRONT! A wonderful inswinging corner is met by Icardi, who was handed a free run at the ball by Roma's static defence, and the striker made no mistake with a fantastic header into the back of the net.
Brozovic delivered the corner, which was put into a perfect area for Icardi to meet it.
64'
Perisic can perhaps consider himself fortunate that it is Keita who has gone off, with the Croatia winger having hardly made an impact today. That being said, the former Wolfsburg star can now move over to his preferred position on the left, with Politano taking up a place down the right.
62'
M. Politano enters the game and replaces K. Baldé.
A first substitution for Inter sees their goalscorer Keita Balde Diao replaced by Matteo Politano.
60'
Cristante is furious now, having been punished for what looked like a reasonable, controlled challenge on Brozovic when the hosts were in a promising position. Roma may well feel they have been hard done by in regards to some of the referee’s decisions today.
51'
C. Ünder has scored a goal for Roma! Assist by B. Cristante.
WHAT. A. STRIKE! That is brilliant from Under! The youngster missed a golden chance against Real Madrid in midweek, but he has just restored parity with a thunderbolt of a shot into the top-right corner.
Cristante will get the assist, but all of the credit must go to Under. The youngster picked the ball up 30 yards out, and showed no hesitation in unleashing a dipping, swerving strike that gave Handanovic no chance.
50'
CLOSE! Santon makes a fantastic block to deny Icardi, after Jesus’ error had allowed Inter to capitalise.
49'
Roma’s injury list has been piling up, with the likes of Dzeko, Stephan El Shaarawy, Federico Fazio and midfielder Daniele De Rossi all missing today.
48'
K. Asamoah gets yellow.
Inter's Asamoah becomes the first player to go into the book.
46'
We are back up and running for the second half.
45'
HALF-TIME: ROMA 0-1 INTER.
38'
Just to add further insult, D’Ambrosio was the player who clearly fouled Zaniolo, and instead of being punished for that challenge, the full-back raced down the other end to put in a brilliant cross that Keita expertly nudged home.
37'
K. Baldé has scored a goal for Inter Milan! Assist by D. D'Ambrosio.
KEITA PUTS INTER AHEAD! Well, just moments after Roma have had what looked a good penalty shout turned down, Keita – a former Lazio star – has met D’Ambrosio’s cross and prodded a wonderful finish into the bottom-left corner.
36'
Huge penalty appeals from Roma! Zaniolo gets the better of D’Ambrosio, and draws a clumsy challenge from the Inter defender. The referee waves away the claims however and, despite the VAR official seemingly checking the replays, the decision remains the same.
26'
OFF THE POST! How has that not gone in!? Wonderful play from Schick, who gets into Inter’s area before brilliantly teeing up Florenzi, whose powerful first-time strike rattles against the right-hand upright.
25'
Another long-range effort, this time from Roma's Zaniolo, has Handanovic scampering to his right, but the ball soars wide.
23'
Asamoah has been a real outlet for Inter so far, and he again finds space down the left flank. This time, though, the former Juventus man rushes his cross, and Keita is caught on his heels at the back post.
20'
CLOSE! Perisic ghosts into the area and latches onto a cross from D'Ambrosio, but the Croatia forward – who has not scored a Serie A goal since August – can only turn his header into the side netting.
18'
Roma have started to click into gear now, but Inter are offering a real threat on the break, especially with the pace of Keita, who has looked sharp throughout.
11'
Confident play from Keita, who cuts inside onto his right foot before letting rip with a venomous low strike. Olsen gets too it, but spills the initial attempt at a save. Fortunately for Roma, Icardi could not react quickly enough to punish the goalkeeper.
9'
Kolarov needs no invitation to get forward, and the veteran defender elects to try his luck with a long-range effort. The former Manchester City man generates enough power on his strike, but can’t keep it on target.
7'
Asamoah gets down the left and delivers a brilliant cross, which Icardi would have been on the end of if not for a crucial intervention from Manolas.
3'
The first chance of the game goes Inter’s way. Keita whipped in an initing cross to the far post, where Icardi met it. The Argentine had to adjust his feet quickly to make contact, though, and can’t keep his volley down.

We are up and running at Stadio Olimpico! Roma are in their famous crimson and gold home kit, with Inter donning a grey away strip.
Hello and welcome to LIVE coverage of Roma's Serie A clash with Inter!
It promises to be a cracking meet-up at Stadio Olimpico, with both sides aiming to bounce back from defeats in their respective Champions League encounters. Roma have found life in Serie A harder this term, and sit ninth, while Inter would move into second with a win.
ROMA (4-2-3-1): Robin Olsen; Davide Santon, Juan Jesus, Kostas Manolas, Aleksandar Kolarov; Bryan Cristante, Steven Nzonzi; Alessandro Florenzi, Nicolo Zaniolo, Cengiz Under; Patrik Schick.
ROMA SUBS: Daniel Fuzato, Luca Pellegrini, Alessio Riccardi, Ivan Marcano, Antonio Mirante, Javier Pastore, Zan Celar, Justin Kluivert, Diego Perotti.
INTER SUBS: Lautaro Martinez, Roberto Gagliardini, Miranda, Andrea Ranocchia, Daniele Padelli, Antonio Candreva, Sime Vrsaljko, Matteo Politano, Matias Vecino.
INTER (4-2-3-1): Samir Handanovic; Danilo D'Ambrosio, Milan Skriniar, Stefan de Vrij, Kwadwo Asamoah; Marcelo Brozovic, Borja Valero; Keita Balde Diao, Joao Mario, Ivan Perisic; Mauro Icardi.
It’s advantage Inter at the break, thanks to Keita’s close-range goal. Roma will consider themselves unlucky to be behind, having forced Handanovic into numerous saves, while also having what looked to be a valid penalty appeal turned down.
Spalletti’s side have looked a real threat on the counter, with Asamoah and Keith particularly effective. Roma, meanwhile, will know that they are more than capable of scoring if they continue playing with the same attacking conviction, although one more Inter goal would almost surely finish this game off.
A fair result for both sides, in the end, from what was an enthralling Serie A contest. Inter are up into second, although Napoli need just a point from their clash with Atalanta on Monday to move back above Spalletti’s side. Roma, meanwhile, are into seventh.
Keita’s close-range volley put Inter ahead, but Under’s wondergoal restored parity before Icardi headed home a second for the visitors. Roma were denied a penalty in the first half, but VAR came to their rescue when Brozovic was adjudged to have handled, and Kolarov stepped up to convert the equaliser.
Well, that’s all we’ve got time for. Thank you and goodbye!
The teams are out onto the pitch at Stadio Olimpico, where the atmosphere is typically electric.
