CLEARED AWAY! Heroic defending from the hosts who see another dangerous cross away, just moments after Pulisic fired a shot agonisingly wide. Eintracht are barely hanging on here!
90'
Marc Bartra gets yellow.
Bartra goes into the book, denying Eintracht from breaking, as the board goes up to indicate three added minutes.
CLEARED OFF THE LINE! Unbelievable! Sancho so close to a debut goal as he finds space at the far post but sees his effort turned away. The rebound comes to Sahin in the six-yard box, but his strike is somehow cleared off the line by Hasebe from point-blank range, with Hradecky out of the picture! How has Sahin not scored there?!
88'
Eintracht's attacking influence has waned a bit as they start committing more bodies into defence. Nearly everyone is behind the ball for them now, with the exception of Rebic, and it's just invited Dortmund to put the pressure on here.
86'
A captivating match in Frankfurt is into the final minutes, with both sides still pushing for the three points. A draw would help Dortmund stay top, and vault Eintracht into the top six, but neither side look content settling for the draw.
84'
J. Sancho enters the game and replaces M. Philipp.
A debut for English forward Jadon Sancho, as he's brought on for the final five minutes at the expense of Philipp, who has picked up a knock.
82'
STAT: Eintracht have only won more top-flight home games against Schalke (24) than Dortmund (23 - also Stuttgart). The Eagles have won their last three Bundesliga matches when facing BVB on home turf – they’ve only managed more than three once before (5 between 1990-1994).
80'
Into the final 10 minutes now and this could go either way. There's just too much attacking going on right now to believe we are actually headed for a draw. There sure seems to be another goal in this match, but which way will it go?
78'
SPLENDID FROM BURKI! But only after some terrific interplay from the hosts, which sees Haller teed up in the centre. The striker get on the end of some lovely one-touch passing, but Burki thwarts him from point-blank range!
76'
T. Tawatha enters the game and replaces M. Wolf.
Eintracht's second change sees Wolf, the man who scored the equaliser, replaced by Taleb Tawatha.
Minute
Description
74'
Philipp remains the catalyst in attack for Dortmund, making strides in attack every time he's presented with the ball on the break. Everything is running through him at the moment, while Aubameyang continues to struggle in the centre.
72'
STAT: Dortmund are unbeaten in six on the road (W4 D2) – their best run for over a year when a 7-game unbeaten streak was ended by a 1-0 loss in Frankfurt in May 2016.
70'
Listen to this crowd! It's deafening inside the stadium as Eintracht remain in the ascendency, looking to complete the improbable comeback. It remains wide open as these final 20 minutes are shaping up to be an excellent watch.
68'
M. Wolf has scored a goal for Eintracht Frankfurt! Assist by M. Gaćinović.
Delicious throughball from Gacinovic who provides the assist.
PARITY RESTORED IN FRANKFURT! Dortmund two goals up five minutes ago, and now Eintracht have pulled level! Wolf makes an excellent run beyond the back shoulder of Philipp and is picked out appropriately by Gacinovic before finishing extraordinarily at the far post for his first Bundesliga goal - and what a big one it is!
66'
HRADECKY KEEPS THE GAME IN REACH! Dortmund clinical on the break as Pulisic is picked out on the right. He surges forward and has eyes for goal the whole way, but Hradecky gets enough of his effort to turn it behind for a corner!
64'
Penalty goal scored by S. Haller for Eintracht Frankfurt!
EINTRACHT HAVE LIFE! Haller picks out the top corner exquisitely from the penalty spot as Dortmund's lead is cut in half! Game on in Frankfurt with just over 25 minutes to play...
63'
R. Bürki gets yellow.
PENALTY TO EINTRACHT! Dortmund's high line is punished again, and finally the hosts have something to show for it as Rebic is clattered down by Burki, and the referee points straight to the spot! Burki is shown a yellow card as well.
62'
STAT: Eintracht are winless in 11 matches against sides sitting top of the pile (D2 L9). Their last victory over a league leader came in December 2010 (1-0 against BVB).
60'
OFFSIDE! Philipp clear and away behind the Eintracht defence, and he unselfishly squares for Aubameyang who rolls a finish into the empty net, but the offside flag is raised as Philipp just failed to time his run accordingly!
59'
B. Hrgota enters the game and replaces M. Russ.
Eintracht make their first change of the match as Branimir Hrgota replaces Russ.
58'
D. Zagadou enters the game and replaces J. Weigl.
S. Kagawa enters the game and replaces G. Castro.
The other sees Shinji Kagawa replace Castro.
Double-switch here from Dortmund. Dan-Axel Zagadou is on for Weigl with the first.
Yellow card Kevin-Prince Boateng
57'
K. Boateng gets yellow.
M. Philipp has scored a goal for Borussia Dortmund! Assist by M. Götze.
Gotze provides the assist.
TERRIFIC FINISH AND DORTMUND DOUBLE THEIR LEAD! Maximilian Philipp scores his first Dortmund goal away from home, winning the ball in midfield before playing a one-two with Gotze to send him in two-against one with Aubameyang, but he goes at it alone, placing a splendid strike just inside the far post!
56'
STAT: All four of Eintracht’s wins this term have been by the single goal – no other side has won as many games by that fine margin. Five of Dortmund’s six triumphs have been by two or more goals.
54'
There's no shortage of pace in this match now! It's end-to-end action here in Frankfurt, and these supporters are soaking up every second of it. There's no midfield play to speak of, just back and forth in attack. Rebic is sprung through behind the defence, but he fails to capitalise as a sliding block prevents him from testing Burki!
52'
He's skied it! A clever break from Aubameyang sees him teed up from eight yards, but he uncharacteristically lifts his strike well over the bar! You would fancy him to be putting that in the back of the net. Moments later he's in again, but Hradecky produces a terrific stop!
50'
Boateng, Rebic and Haller are very lively in the attacking third right now, with Salcedo getting forward smartly as well. Eintracht need to make one of these chances count, though. They're piling on the pressure but there's just no finish to speak of.
48'
Very bright start from Eintracht as Dortmund are living dangerously in defence. The hosts are pushing forward and the leaders are looking very vulnerable, keeping the clean sheet only thanks to some desperate defending.
46'
Here we go again...
45' +2
HALF-TIME: EINTRACHT 0-1 DORTMUND.
45'
J. Weigl gets yellow.
There will be two minutes added on at the end of this first half.
Weigl becomes the second player, but first for Dortmund, booked in the match.
43'
STAT: Former Eintracht player Anthony Yeboah netted 96 Bundesliga goals – a top flight record among African players. Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang needs just one more to match Yeboah’s tally (95).
41'
M. Gaćinović gets yellow.
Dangerous challenge from Gacinovic who clips the back heel of Gotze's leading leg on the left flank, high up the pitch. That earns him a yellow card and awards Dortmund a free-kick in a dangerous position, but Hradecky is able to see away the subsequent delivery.
39'
This stop-start first half continues as Sahin goes down. There's been plenty of stoppages that have prevented either side from getting into any real rhythm. This knock to Sahin doesn't appear to be much as he pops back up moments later, but again it's stopped another decent spell.
37'
C. Salcedo enters the game and replaces T. Chandler.
Chandler is writhing around in pain on the ground, clutching his knee after going down away from the play without being touched. Those non-contact injuries are always a scare, and this one, sadly, looks to be serious. He's tended to and carried off the pitch almost immediately, replaced here by Carlos Salcedo.
35'
Haller is starting to get into some real dangerous areas as the chances start to pile up and pressure continues to build. The crowd is into it again as Eintracht make a real push for an equaliser with 10 minutes to go to half-time. But play comes to a halt here as Chandler goes down with a nasty looking injury.
33'
HEAVY TOUCH! Well the hosts are certainly in the ascendency now! Rebic and Haller are getting behind the defence with a lot more frequency. The former gets played through here, but a heavy touch sees the ball run to Burki! Big chance wasted there.
32'
Big stop from Burki! Wolf sneaks behind the defence to get onto a ball over the top, and tries to dink a little finish over Burki, but the Dortmund keeper gets off his line in a flash and leaps into the air to parry the attempt!
30'
STAT: Sebastian Haller and Ante Rebic (3 each) have netted Eintracht’s last six top-flight goals between them. Only two other men have netted for them this term - Boateng and Jovic (1 each).
28'
There's no desire lacking in the Eintracht side. They continue to work hard both on and off the ball, it's just not translating into success in attack. Full credit to Dortmund, who have defended admirably, as evidenced here by a lovely last-ditch challenge from Subotic to deny Haller a way through.
26'
The crowd have been taken out of it since the goal, which is exactly what Dortmund would have hoped for. This can be quite a hostile venue, but the visitors have been able to take the sting out of the match and really limit Eintracht's looks in attack.
24'
Eintracht looking brighter in attack as they work the ball around craftily, but the final product just hasn't been there yet. A lovely switch of play leads to a good chance, but Rebic squanders it with an ill-advised shot from outside the penalty area that drifts wide of the far post.
22'
With confidence a bit low after a poor week for Dortmund, that should prove a vital goal to lift their spirits. It should also help open things up a bit after an otherwise cagey start.
20'
STAT: Borussia have recorded more Bundesliga wins over Eintracht than against any other side (42 - also vs. Bremen). Eintracht have only been beaten more often by Bayern (49).
19'
DORTMUND OPEN THE SCORING! It's a terrific run from Sahin to sniff that out, as Bartra scuffs a shot across the face of goal, and Sahin bursts through to turn it in! Oh how they needed that.
18'
N. Şahin has scored a goal for Borussia Dortmund! Assist by Marc Bartra.
Bartra provides the assist.
17'
Rebic punishes a finish into the top corner from 10 yards, a lovely strike, but everyone had stopped playing as the offside flag was raised. The forward wants the play to be looked at by VAR, but he doesn't get his wish.
15'
Bosz is well aware of the issues at Dortmund at the moment, a bit of an ironic statement given the fact that they top the Bundesliga table. That being said, they have struggled in the last couple of games and these supporters have not proven to be the most patient - but this is a very young team.
13'
Eintracht have focused all their early efforts on defending, which they have done well, but we have seen little from the likes of Haller and Rebic up top as a result. They're almost showing too much respect to this Dortmund side, who can be attacked as we have come to see.
11'
Neither side have developed much width in possession to start this match. Everything is happening in the centre and it's been quite congested as a result. The tempo is slow and there's no real rhythm to speak of.
9'
With injury issues in defence, Dortmund have Julian Weigl lined up at centre-half this afternoon, alongside Subotic. That's an area Eintracht, led by in-form striker Sebastian Haller, need to try and exploit, but they have done little attacking thus far.
7'
STAT: Eintracht have claimed 13 points from eight games this so far term, matching their tally from the entire second half of the 2016/17 campaign.
5'
The atmosphere in Frankfurt is excellent. They're not cowering with the league leaders coming to town, and why would they, having won their last three Bundesliga meetings with Dortmund at this venue.
3'
Dortmund enjoying the bulk of possession to star this match, but it's Eintracht who are showing more energy. The hosts are applying good pressure off the ball, not allowing Bosz's side to get into any sort of rhythm.
1'
AND THEY'RE OFF! Eintracht in white as they get us underway, attacking right to left, with Dortmund in yellow and black.
Hello and welcome to live coverage from the Commerzbank-Arena in Frankfurt as Bundesliga leaders Borussia Dortmund visit Eintracht Frankfurt!
It’s been a brutal week for Peter Bosz and Borussia Dortmund. They suffered their first defeat of the Bundesliga season a week ago at home to Leipzig, and followed it up with a costly draw against APOEL in Cyprus on Tuesday.
Their lead at the Bundesliga summit has shrunk to two points, and their Champions League hopes effectively ended. They need three points in a big way to get back on track, but a trip to Frankfurt poses a tough test coming off a short week.
Eintracht have eyes on the top six, and are just three points back of the top four through eight matches. A dreadful end to last season saw them miss out on Europe, but they are stronger and hungrier after an impressive showing in the summer transfer window.
A win in Monchengladbach has been their best of the lot this season, as they have mostly taken points from clubs below them in the table, but three points against the leaders today would be a real resume builder and statement of intent from Niko Kovac’s side.
CONFIRMED TEAM NEWS:
SUBS: De Guzman, Blum, Salcedo, Barkok, Hrgota, Tawatha, Zimmerman.
Niko Kovac makes just one change from last weekend's win in Hannover. Jetro Willems comes into the side at left-wing-back, replace Taleb Tawatha.
Peter Bosz makes four changes from last weekend's defeat to RB Leipzig. Christian Pulisic is restored after featuring in the Champions League in midweek, replacing Andriy Yarmolenko, while Sokratis, Omer Toprak and Dan-Axel Zagadou give way for Neven Subotic, Marc Bartra and Julian Weigl.
Nuri Sahin has the Bundesliga leaders Dortmund ahead at the interval in Frankfurt, but Eintracht have found their openings in attack, undone only by their own wastefulness in front of goal. Burki has the clean sheet for now, but how long will that last should Dortmund insist on playing with such a high line?
That's all for our live coverage, thanks for following along. Goodbye!
Dortmund were cruising after goals from Nuri Sahin and Maximilian Philipp had them 2-0 up with an hour gone, but a remarkable turnaround, kick-started by a Sebastian Haller penalty, and finished off by Marius Wolf's first Bundesliga goal, ensure a share of the spoils in Frankfurt in a match that just as easily could have ended 5-5.
