There will be a minimum of three minutes added time played here.
88'
Just a few minutes remain here at the San Siro and the pace has really dropped in the game, with Milan struggling to create anything and get back into the game. Roma look to have the victory and points wrapped up now, leading to many of the home supporters to make their way to the exits.
86'
Juan Jesus enters the game and replaces K. Manolas.
Roma make their final substitution of the game, Manolas is the man coming off after an excellent defensive display for his side. Juan Jesus is on as his replacement.
84'
G. Bonaventura enters the game and replaces F. Borini.
Milan make another change, looking to try and salvage something from the game. Fabio Borini is replaced by Giacomo Bonaventura.
80'
H. Çalhanoğlu gets a second yellow card and is sent off.
RED CARD! Hakan Çalhanoğlu is given his marching orders after a late challenge on Nainggolan on the half-way line as the Roma midfielder broke away on the counter-attack. Çalhanoğlu was outmuscled by Nainggolan and the Milan man produced a poor tackle to bring the Belgian down. The referee didn't have much choice but to show another yellow card and then a red.
79'
P. Cutrone enters the game and replaces N. Kalinić.
Milan now make a change of their own, Nikola Kalinić heads off and he is replaced by Patrick Cutrone.
78'
Gerson enters the game and replaces S. El Shaarawy.
Roma make their second change of the game with Stephan El Shaarawy the man coming off and he is replaced by Gerson.
77'
A. Florenzi has scored a goal for Roma!
GOOOAAALLL! ROMA DOUBLE THEIR LEAD! Fantastic run by Nainggolan who races into the penalty area and fires a shot straight at Donnarumma who makes a good save, but the rebound then falls straight to the feet of Florenzi who blasts the ball into the back of the net from close range. That is surely the three points wrapped up for Roma now.
75'
Dzeko now has seven league goals so far this season and what a vital goal that may be today. The hosts have been on top for the majority of this second half but haven't taken their chances and it looks like they have been made to pay by Roma.

Description
72'
E. Džeko has scored a goal for Roma! Assist by L. Pellegrini.
Excellent play by Pellegrini to look up and pick out his teammate in plenty of space, who then showed his quality with a fine finish.
GOOOAAALLL! ROMA LEAD! What a goal by Edin Dzeko to finally break the deadlock here at the San Siro, just as Roma were starting to feel the pressure from their opponents. The striker is given far too much time and space on the edge of the box and he fires a powerful shot at goal which takes a deflection off Romagnoli and lands straight in the bottom corner of the net, leaving Donnarumma with no chance.
70'
Andre Silva is starting to show a lot of quality here, he has certainly come to life in this second half and if Milan are to score here today it is likely the playmaker will be at the forefront of it.
68'
CHANCE MILAN! Kalinic does brilliantly to turn and work some space in the penalty area, then fire a low shot at goal which forces Alisson into making a good save to deny him. It was strong defending by Manolas as well to stay tight to the striker and put him under as much pressure as possible.
65'
Still no changes by either side in this second half, but perhaps both managers are starting to think about bringing on fresh players as the pace of this game continues to increase, with both teams going all out for the victory.
62'
L. Biglia gets yellow.
Biglia is shown a yellow card for a blatant shirt pull as Roma tried to break on the counter-attack.
61'
CHANCE MILAN! It's end to end here now! Bonucci this time is the man with the opportunity, the hosts had a corner and it ended up falling perfectly to the Milan skipper who fired a shot at goal which forced Alisson into making a terrific diving save.
60'
CHANCE ROMA! Florenzi with a huge chance to give the visitors the lead, he is played through on goal after some slack marking by the Milan defence, he only had the keeper to beat but Donnarumma rushes out of his goal, makes himself a big figure and Florenzi can only strike the ball straight at him! A chip over the keeper would've been the better option.
58'
CHANCE MILAN! Possibly the best opportunity of the game for the hosts and it is Andre Silva who goes agonisingly close to breaking the deadlock here at the San Siro. A low cross was drilled across the box and Silva was sliding in at the far post but he misses it by inches! If he had got a touch on that, it surely would've beaten Alisson.
56'
Still no goalscoring chances for either side here and it remains a very scrappy game between two teams who will be battling it out for a Champions League spot at the end of the season. If the scoreline remains the same, Roma will sit fifth and Milan sixth, both teams both on 13 points.
53'
The second half is certainly more heated here and plenty of tackles are flying in and the referee is not the most popular man here at the moment. The atmosphere is very lively as the Milan supporters begin to sense that their side are on top.
51'
E. Džeko gets yellow.
Džeko is shown the yellow card for dissent after feeling that he was fouled by Bonucci on the half-way line, the Roma striker was furious with the referee that he didn't award a free-kick to his side.
50'
It's all Milan at the moment, they have Roma camped inside their own half and the visitors are struggling to get out. A cross from the right comes into the box and is met by Kalinic but he doesn't get enough on his header and it goes well wide.
48'
STAT: Out of the last trree matches against AS Roma at San Siro, the Red and Blacks have only won once, in 2015, with a 2-1 full-time score.
46'
The second half is underway!
Milan have a free-kick early into this second half, around 35 yards from goal, perhaps slightly too far out for the shot. The ball is chipped into the box looking for Bonucci who chests the ball down and then goes down under pressure from his marker and there are half-hearted appeals for a penalty, but the referee is not impressed and Roma manage to clear.
45' +2
That's the half-time whistle!
45' +1
Milan have a corner late on in the first half after Borini's low cross is blocked. However the floated ball into the box is cleared by Roma, but Milan have the ball back straight away and after a few passes, Kessie fires a wild shot at goal from the edge of the box which goes high over the crossbar.
45'
There will be a minimum of two minutes of added time played here.
42'
Chance Roma! Now the visitors have an attempt at goal and this time force Donnarumma into making a save. Pellegrini perhaps should have done better with the shot at goal, he received the ball off Nainggolan deep in the Milan penalty area, slightly to the left of the Milan goal and tried to place the ball in the far corner of the net. However, he didn't have enough power behind the shot and Donnarumma made the save.
41'
Decent build-up play by Milan, sees Calhanoglu and Kalinic create an opening on the edge of the Roma box, however Calhanoglu completely misskicks the ball and it fires harmlessly wide of the goal. Terrible effort.
39'
Milan appeal for a penalty! It all came from a mistake by Allison as he came out to punch the ball but misses it after colliding with his own player, Borini then drives a low cross into the box which is blocked by the sliding Fazio and Roma players are adamant that the ball struck his arm. However the offside flag was up for the initial ball into the box and Roma have a free-kick.
37'
Mistake by Bonucci on the edge of the area, hands the ball straight to Dzeko who takes a touch and then looks to fire a shot at goal but he is crowded out by Milan and they just about manage to clear the danger before the Roma striker can punish the error.
35'
As we enter the final 15 minutes of the first half it is all Roma at the moment, they are making Milan sit deeper and deeper and chase the ball but nothing is happening in the final third of the pitch.
33'
H. Çalhanoğlu gets yellow.
Hakan Çalhanoğlu is shown the first yellow card of the game for a late challenge on Bruno Peres who had made a storming run into the Milan half.
30'
L. Pellegrini enters the game and replaces K. Strootman.
Roma are forced into making an early substitution here as Kevin Strootman comes off, he clashed heads with one of his own teammates a few moments ago and it appears to have enforced this change. Lorenzo Pellegrini takes to the field.
28'
Just over half way here and the score remains goalless between the two sides and neither team are yet to mount a serious attack and create a goalscoring opportunity. However, Roma have managed to test Donnarumma a couple of times and look the more dangerous team at the moment.
25'
Bit of confusion here at the San Siro as twice in a row, Roma fail to take a successful goal-kick, with Alisson twice playing the ball to Kolarov but the left-back touched the ball before it managed to pass the edge of the area. Not something you see in every game!
24'
STAT: Roma have won their last nine away Serie A matches, while they've been ahead at the end of each half in each of those. Milan lost by a single goal in 80% of their home defeats last season.
22'
Roma playing the better football now and are forcing Milan into making sloppy passes, much to the annoyance of the home supporters. The visitors are playing the ball in the middle of the pitch but so far it has been a scrappy game with neither side looking totally dominant.
20'
Another Roma chance! Alessandro Florenzi with the first shot on target and a decent opportunity to open the scoring. It was an excellent run from Aleksandar Kolarov down the left wing, he then played a low ball across the box which was met by Florenzi at the far post, but he doesn't get enough power on it and fires it straight at Donnarumma who makes a comfortable save.
17'
CHANCE ROMA! A terrible clearance by Gianluigi Donnarumma under pressure from Edin Dzeko, falls straight to the feet of Strootman around 30 yards from goal. The midfielder sees that the Milan keeper is well out of his goal and takes a first-time shot at goal, aiming for an empty net but his shot goes well wide. He should've done better there.
15'
Franck Kessié and Fabio Borini link up well down the right wing, Kessie using his pace to beat Kevin Strootman to the long ball down the flank. He then plays an inside pass to Borini who tries to whip the ball into the box but it is well blocked by Daniele De Rossi and out for a corner. The home supporters are appealing for a penalty but the Roma skipper had his arms tucked well behind his body. The resulting corner comes to nothing.
14'
Head-to-head: After the 0-0 tie in May 2013, both, AC Milan and AS Roma have scored in each one of the last four clashes played at San Siro: following a draw and a victory for the Rossoneri, the Giallorossi have won twice in a row.
11'
A well worked set piece is cleared by Milan for another corner, which again is cleared by the Milan defence and Roma lose the ball after Stephan El Shaarawy is slow to push out and is caught offside.
10'
Still no chances at goal for either side here, we have seen a lot of Milan possession but they haven't managed to create anything in the final third. Roma now have thr first corner of the game, can they create an opening here?
8'
There is around 65,000 inside the San Siro here tonight with Roma bringing plenty of visiting supporters, a huge difference compared to the small amount of fans which turned up in midweek for Milan's Europa League clash.
5'
Milan have started the game the better of the two sides, they are enjoying possession of the play in the Roma half and the visitors are having to sit deep and soak up some early pressure here. So far their formation is giving them the advantage as they have that extra man in midfield to dominate the middle of the pitch.
4'
STAT: Roma have won three straight meetings with AC Milan, while they've won and conceded in their last two trips to face Milan. A good omen for the visitors today.
2'
Kostas Manolas goes down after a coming together with Nikola Kalinic deep in the Roma half, the centre-back is down holding his face but there didn't look much in it at all, however, Roma win the free-kick.

We're underway!
Good afternoon and welcome to our LIVE match commentary of the Serie A clash between AC Milan and Roma at the San Siro.
Milan struggled against Rijeka in the Europa League in midweek, needing a late winner to save them from a draw, they eventually managed to secure a 3-2 victory. They had previously blown a 2-0 lead at the San Siro in that clash, not the best way to bounce back from their poor 2-0 away defeat to Sampdoria. That defeat was a huge blow for manager Vincenzo Montella, and he now needs his team to respond against a tough Roma side.
Roma had a European win of their own in midweek, winning 2-1 at Qarabag in the Champions League, which wasn’t as straight forward as they had probably expected. Both teams have 12 points from their opening league games, although Roma have a game in hand.
Roma are hoping to build on a strong start to their season. After an opening day defeat to Inter, they have gone on a four-game winning streak, and will be hoping on making it five as they bid to put some daylight between themselves and Milan in the table.
The two sides are evenly matched, but the problem for Milan is how they avoid defeats like those suffered against Lazio and Sampdoria. Milan still look weak at the back, despite bringing in Leonardo Bonucci this summer and Roma have scored in 12 straight away matches in Serie A.
Roma always hold a threat with Edin Dzeko up front, with the former Man City man hitting 29 goals in Serie A last season. He’s scored in five of his last six for Roma, while he’s scored 10 times in his last eight league appearances.
The team news is in, here is how the two sides line-up today...
ROMA (4-3-3): Alisson (GK); Bruno Peres, Manolas, Fazio, Kolarov; Nainggolan, De Rossi (C), Strootman; Florenzi, Dzeko, El Shaarawy
MILAN SUBS: Donnarumma A., Storari, Abate, Calabria, Paletta, Zapata, Bonaventura, Locatelli, Mauri, Montolivo, Cutrone, Suso
MILAN (3-5-2): Donnarumma (GK); Musacchio, Bonucci (C), Romagnoli; Borini, Kessie, Biglia, Calhanoglu, Rodriguez; André Silva, Kalinic.
The teams are out here at the San Siro and kick-off is almost upon us. Stay tuned for all of the match action!
HALF-TIME: MILAN 0-0 ROMA
A scrappy opening 45 minutes to the game, not the best football played by either sides and there hasn't been too many chances of note which have really threatened either goalkeeper. Roma will probably be the happier of the two sides having forced Donnarumma into making a couple of decent saves and limit Milan going forward.
Roma secure a two-nil victory here at the San Siro, thanks to a Edin Dzeko strike which is his seventh league goal of the season, before Florenzi doubled their lead just minutes later to wrap up the points for the visitors. It was a scrappy affair, but Milan had their chances to score in the second half and dominated the game until the first Roma goal, but failed to get the ball in the back of the net and were punished for it.
FULL-TIME: MILAN 0-2 ROMA
That's all from us today folks, we hope you enjoyed the game!
