We're underway at Wembley.
Good afternoon and welcome to the live commentary of the Premier League clash between Tottenham and Swansea at Wembley Stadium.
Tottenham will enter this fixture on a high after their victory over Borussia Dortmund during week. Spurs had struggled in their opening two matches of the campaign in their new home, losing to Chelsea and drawing against Burnley. However, they were able to put their woes behind them by beating Peter Bosz's men.
Mauricio Pochettino's men were on form last time out in the Premier League, dispatching Everton with ease at Goodison Park. The Argentine will be hopeful of another strong performance this afternoon.
Swansea took a step back last week, losing 1-0 at home to Newcastle. They were unfortunate to lose as they had enough chances to put the game away, but were caught out by Jamaal Lascelles' winner.
Paul Clement's men lost their two key men from last season's survival push and it may take time for Renato Sanches and Wilfried Bony to start firing after replacing Gylfi Sigurdsson and Fernando Llorente.
The team news has been announced and we'll start with the home side.
Spurs have made two changes from their win over Dortmund during the week. Ben Davies, Serge Aurier and Mousa Dembele drop out of the line-up, with Dele Alli, Moussa Sissoko and Kieran Trippier coming into the side.
Clement makes just the one change from his side's defeat to Newcastle. Leroy Fer drops to to the bench as Mike van der Hoorn comes into the line-up, prompting a change to a 3-5-2 system.
STAT ATTACK! Tottenham have never lost to Swansea in the Premier League, winning 10 of their 12 contests.
FLASHBACK! Tottenham hammered Swansea in this fixture last season. Harry Kane and Christian Eriksen scored braces, while Son Heung-min also got on the scoresheet.
The players are out on the pitch, so we should be underway shortly.
HALF-TIME: TOTTENHAM 0-0 SWANSEA
It's goalless at the break at Wembley. Tottenham have enjoyed the majority of possession, but have not come close to breaking down Swansea. Their best opening of the half came from Harry Kane's free-kick from distance that was well saved by Lukasz Fabianski. Paul Clement's men had one chance before the break through Mike van der Hoorn, who headd his effort over the bar from close range. Mauricio Pochettino will be demanding an improvement from his team in the second half.
The players are back out for the second half, so we should be underway shortly.
FULL-TIME: TOTTENHAM 0-0 SWANSEA
A frustrating evening for Tottenham as they are held to a goalless draw by Swansea this evening. Spurs were not at their best in the final third and were guility of missing opportunities, including Harry Kane's volley that hit the bar. Paul Clement's men were disciplined at the back and deserved to hold out for the point.
Thanks for joining our commentary this evening. Until next time, goodbye.
