90' +3
There's big hugs for Neto from Bonucci and Chiellini as he takes a low cross from Mertens. It looks as though this first leg will end 3-1 to Juve.
90' +2
Napoli have the ball in added time, but still that Juve back-line stands firm. Sarri's side will have it all to do back in Naples.
90'
There will be four minutes added on here at Juventus Stadium.
89'
The opening half an hour of this second half was frantic with attack after attack, but the game has since retreated to the pattern of the first half. There are tackles and duels and the ball is rarely leaving the middle third.
87'
Napoli are really struggling to work their way through a packed final third. Juve have men behind the ball and are clearly pleased with this result ahead of the second leg.
84'

Minute
Description
78'
The willingness to attack is still there from Napoli, so too is the energy, but Juve are masters at closing games out. Maggio comes forward but cannot find any way through the home back-line.
76'
Perhaps happy with a two-goal advantage, Juve have sat back a little now. They're keeping possession and Napoli are struggling to offer anything in response.
73'
Alex Sandro enters the game and replaces K. Asamoah.
Alex Sandro is on for Asamoah.
CHANCE! Koulibaly deflects the ball behind after a lovely move. Cuadrado picking out Khedira after Alex Sandro's switch from the left.
72'
Three corners in a row as Juve deflect the ball clear, but a late challenge from Koulibaly means the pressure comes to an end with a free-kick for the hosts.
70'
Crucial challenge from Chiellini! Zielinski wins the ball on the left and crosses low, but the Italy international sweeps clear.
69'
Penalty goal scored by P. Dybala for Juventus!
GOAL! Dybala puts it in the same spot again! Easy. 3-1.
68'
C. Maggio gets yellow.
Pepe Reina gets yellow.
PENALTY JUVE! Unbelievable! Napoli want one at the other end as Albiol goes down, but Juve counter. The ball is played across for Cuadrado, who tries to go past Reina. The goalkeeper gets a touch on the ball, but the referee points to the spot.
Reina is also booked, either for the challenge or his own arguments.
Maggio is booked for his protests.
65'
Higuain's celebrations were somewhat subdued out of respect to his former club, but those Juve fans enjoyed that one.
64'
G. Higuaín has scored a goal for Juventus! Assist by G. Chiellini.
GOAL! Of course it's Higuain! The goal owes a lot to Reina, though, who foolishly comes to challenge Chiellini on a high ball and gets nowhere near it. The ball drops for Higuain, who, from a tight angle, volleys home. 2-1.
Chiellini just got a touch on the ball ahead of Reina for it arrive at Higuain's feet.
63'
CLOSE! Juve attack well on the left after Koulibaly's poor clearance, and Mandzukic crosses low towards Higuain. He looks set to shoot from around six yards out, but the ball is taken off his toe.
61'
D. Mertens enters the game and replaces A. Milik.
A rest for Milik after his first start of the calendar year. In his place, Mertens is on.
58'
M. Rog gets yellow.
A nervy moment for Reina. He races out to meet Cuadrado just outside his area, nodding the ball up in the air and gratefully catching it as it came back down inside his box.
Rog's the latest name in the book for a late challenge.
57'
P. Zieliński enters the game and replaces M. Hamšík.
Hamsik was influential in the first half, but he's replaced now. On comes Piotr Zielinski.
56'
Marvellous play from Rog! He dances by three challenges, but Milik takes on a shot from distance and is easily blocked.
55'
HALF-CHANCE! Cuadrado crosses and Khedira runs onto the ball, volleying towards goal. Rog blocks before the ball can go any further.
54'
Back come Napoli! Cuadrado miscontrols, Hamsik retrieves possession and a deep cross is knocked behind by Asamoah. The delivery is flicked on by Milik, but Bonucci clears.
52'
This is a very different Juve! They're passing the ball through Dybala and Higuain, while Mandzukic and Cuadrado offer an option out wide. Even Asamoah is getting involved as his centre is cleared.
50'
There's a coming together now, with Leonardo Bonucci furious as Dybala writhes in apparent pain. The referee did not award a free-kick Juve's way and they're not happy.
49'
The noise levels ramp up again in Turin! This could be a tough half for Napoli now...
47'
Penalty goal scored by P. Dybala for Juventus!
GOAL! Well that didn't take long! Dybala takes the spot-kick himself and sends Reina the wrong way. 1-1.
46'
J. Cuadrado enters the game and replaces S. Lichtsteiner.
An attacking switch, with Cuadrado on for Lichtsteiner.
KICK-OFF: We're under way again with Napoli kicking off the second half.
PENALTY JUVE! Dybala gets in behind Albiol, takes a kick from Koulibaly and goes down. It looked fairly straight forward.
45' +1
HALF-TIME: A few jeers from the home supporters as their side trail at the break.
45'
DOUBLE SAVE! It's all going on! Koulibaly's sublime tackle denies Higuain, but a cross picks out Mandzukic. Reina keeps out his strike, and then springs up to deny Lichtsteiner. Brilliant.
43'
It's challenge after challenge at the moment, with bodies everywhere. Chiellini flies in and sweeps the ball out of play as a wise Napoli forward avoids that one. It's very, very scrappy.
42'
Diawara needs to be a little careful. He's already been booked and is consistently in the thick of the action, this time conceding a foul high up the pitch.
40'
S. Lichtsteiner gets yellow.
CHALLENGE! Huge tackle by Raul Albiol on Higuain, after Diawara had lost possession in a dangerous position.
Seconds after Albiol's challenge, Lichtsteiner steams in with a late tackle and goes into the book.
38'
A. Milik gets yellow.
Napoli's Milik is the latest player to go into the book.
36'
José Callejón has scored a goal for Napoli! Assist by L. Insigne.
Insigne was the creator, there. Swapping passes as he ran off Andrea Barzagli, he then prodded to the back post to find Callejon.
GOAL! It's Callejon! Juve have allowed their opponents to have a lot of the ball, and they've been made to pay now as Callejon sweeps in at the back post. 0-1.
34'
CHANCE! Sarri would not have been happy with that, though! Higuain charges onto Asamoah's pass, finding space in the area and shoots just over the bar. That was close.
33'
Asamoah miscontrols yet again. A few jeers from the crowd as Juve concede possession. Sarri will probably be the happier of the two coaches so far.
31'
Superb defending! Pjanic takes the ball from Hamsik, giving Higuain a run at the visiting defence. Koulibaly cooly closes out the forward, though.
28'
Now Chiellini needs a moment to recover after he takes a whack in an aerial duel with Milik. Napoli are on top at the moment, even if Juve have had the better chances.
27'
COMFORTABLE AGAIN! Neto makes yet another stop to deny a shot from distance, but this was fairly simple from Rog's effort.
26'
K. Asamoah gets yellow.
Asamoah is bemused as he goes into the book for a challenge on Marko Rog.
24'
BETTER SAVE! This time Neto is tested! Callejon cannot turn Maggio's cross on goal, but the ball drops for Hamsik to thump a low volley towards the corner. Well held.
23'
SAVE! It's fairly comfortable for Neto, but Lorenzo Insigne had space to shoot on the edge of the box there. Juve won't want to allow that to happen too often.
21'
A. Diawara gets yellow.
A first yellow, and it goes to Amadou Diawara after he clips Dybala's heels.
20'
It's all a bit scrappy as Juve come forward. Sami Khedira's delivery from the left was cut out, and Napoli clear after a number of crunching challenges.
18'
CHANCE! Milik gets his head on Callejon's drilled centre from the right, but, with the ball moving at some speed, he can only direct over the bar.
17'
High and wide from Asamoah! Juve won a free-kick on the left, Dybala delivered and Kalidou Koulibaly cleared, with Asamoah waiting to batter a shot into the stands.
15'
Napoli managed to clear a second corner, but Juve now very much have a foothold in this game. Higuain and Dybala are pressing high.
14'
AND AGAIN! The corner comes in and Mandzukic is up there with the header. Reina tips over. Good stop.
13'
SAVE! Juve have hardly had a sniff, but one long ball sends Dybala through! He reaches a pass and squeezes in a shot, but Reina blocks well.
11'
Jose Callejon is down in the middle of the pitch, having been pressured by Giorgio Chiellini and Dybala. There's a short stoppage while he receives treatment, apparently to his arm.
9'
Asamoah's enduring a tough time on the Juve left so far. The hosts were enjoying a nice spell of possession for the first time, but, again, a pass escapes him, bouncing into touch.
7'
Juve see an opportunity to counter, and Mandzukic switches to Stephan Lichtsteiner. The wing-back's first-time pass is somewhere between hopeful and hopeless, though, and the attack comes to an end.
6'
Napoli are controlling the ball so far, with Marek Hamsik often in possession. Milik gets a first sight of goal in the area after good work from Ivan Strinic, but he's quickly closed down.
4'
Napoli attack down the right through Christian Maggio, who had the beating of Asamoah, but his cross is too high and too long, running out for a throw-in.
2'
A couple of early long balls from the hosts. The latest finds Mario Mandzukic, but his knockdown escapes Kwadwo Asamoah. Both teams feeling their way into this one.
1'
KICK-OFF: Away we go! Juve get us started.
Welcome to our live text commentary of the Coppa Italia semi-final first leg between Juventus and Napoli in Turin.
On paper, Juve should be favourites for this one. Massimiliano Allegri's side lead Serie A, they are the current holders of this competition and have also won the Coppa more times than any other club.
Napoli, though, are likely to provide a stern test. Maurizio Sarri's men will be particularly determined to bounce back from a 2-0 home defeat to Atalanta that seemingly ruled the Naples team out of the league title race as they slipped to 12 points adrift of today's opponents.
"We will face a Napoli who will be very angry about the defeat against Atalanta," Allegri predicted at his pre-match media conference. "It is not the case that in three days they have lost everything they have done well in these two years, so it will be a complicated game.
The sides' last Coppa meeting - in the 2011-12 final - went Napoli's way, but Juve have won their last six home games in this fixture. That includes a 2-1 league success in October, where Gonzalo Higuain scored against his former club.
Miralem Pjanic and Paulo Dybala - who have both scored in the previous two rounds of the competition - start for Juve, while Higuain again faces his former side.
Arkadiusz Milik made a flying start to the season - and his career in Italy - before injury, and he makes his first start since October for the visitors. Napoli topscorer Dries Mertens is on the bench.
There's a precidtably lively atmosphere at Juventus Stadium for this massive game. Huge cheers greet the names of the Juve players - who are readying themselves in the tunnel. We're just a few minutes away from kick-off now!
And here come the teams!
Napoli have required some last-ditch back-line action at times, but they've also attacked well and lead through Callejon's strike.
The Juve players are making their way back onto the pitch. A big half for Allegri's men, who will not want to take a deficit into the second leg in Naples.
And here, too, come the visitors. Sarri and Napoli will hope for more of the same.
Juan Cuadrado appears to be coming on for the hosts. He swaps a few words with Dybala before taking his training top off and exercising on the touch-line. The Colombia international was warming up throughout half-time.
Napoli were good value for their lead at half-time, through Callejon's strike, but the game turned within a minute of the restart.
Dybala won and converted a penalty, before Higuain pounced on a Reina error. Napoli then wanted a penalty as Albiol went down in the box chasing an equaliser, but Juve countered, won another spot-kick and Dybala again scored.
Juve are in the driving seat now, but it's far from over. The two teams will head to Naples for the second leg. Thanks for joining us. Until next time, goodbye!
