BIG SAVE FROM BUFFON! Chiellini makes a hash of attempting to clear a ball over the top, instead looping up at the top of the box for Felipe Anderson to strike. The Brazilian stretches to catch it on the volley and is only denied a goal by the leg of the keeper, who reacts quickly to smother the loose ball after his block.
90' +2
C. Ledesma enters the game and replaces M. Klose.
The final change of the night is made by the visitors, with Klose coming off for Cristian Ledesma.
90' +1
We are into the first of four added minutes.
89'
D. Cataldi goes off after a red card!
RED CARD! Cataldi has worked very hard tonight, but he is given his marching orders for a cynical, late challenge on Tevez near the halfway line.
87'
It's a disappointing set-piece from Tevez, who fires a low shot into the wall. That was never going to worry Marchetti!
86'
Lulic concedes a free kick 30 yards out for barging Sturaro to ground. The Bosnian watches the referee approach and breathes a sigh of relief when, after reaching towards his back pocket, the official only pulls out his spray to mark out the set-piece.
84'
S. Sturaro enters the game and replaces A. Vidal.
Vidal has worked incredibly hard tonight, and he is pulled off early to make way for Stefano Sturaro.
82'
Felipe Anderson embarks on a run down the right, looking to work his way into the box, but after beating Vidal and Evra he runs into a Chiellini-shaped wall. It has not been his night, tonight.
80'
STAT: Lazio are the Serie A side to have netted the greatest number of goals in the last 15 minutes of each half; they have scored 14 at the end of the opening 45 minutes and 15 in the latest period of games.
Minute
Description
78'
Candreva fires an excellent diagonal ball into the box from the right and Klose makes a run across his marker to try and connect with it. He stretched out a leg and slides towards it but is too late to get a touch and Buffon claims.
77'
Padoin pulls up off the ball, perhaps with cramp. He is helped off the field by the medical staff but then drops down to tie his laces, so things can't be that bad for him!
75'
Cataldi tries his luck with an effort from distance again, but once more he fails to find the target. The young midfielder certainly doesn't lack for confidence.
74'
Despite being the better side for much of this second half, Lazio just haven't been able to find a route through this Juve defence. Keita has barely been involved since being introduced, but he wins a corner from Padoin here.
72'
R. Pereyra enters the game and replaces A. Pirlo.
Pirlo's night comes to an early end, with Pereyra coming on in his place.
70'
Biglia hits a shot from 25 yards that swerves towards the target. It's straight down the middle but Buffon isn't comfortable enough to hold it, instead punching the ball into the ground before collecting at the second attempt.
69'
Pirlo's delivery is poor this time and Cataldi heads it out to safety. A disappointing set-piece from the veteran midfielder.
68'
L. Cana gets yellow.
Juve finally manage to remove the ball from their half of the pitch and give their defence some time to breathe. Morata receives possession and spins away from Cana, who tugs on his shirt and is shown a yellow card by the referee. A free kick is awarded to the hosts just outside the corner of the box on the far side.
66'
K. Baldé enters the game and replaces S. Mauri.
A second change for Lazio now, with Keita coming on in place of Mauri.
65'
OFF THE BAR! Candreva launches a missile towards goal from the set-piece which flicks off Tevez and crashes into the crossbar before going out of play for a corner! Buffon got his fingertips to it too, so a good save from the keeper.
63'
G. Chiellini gets yellow.
Candreva attempts to lift a pass in behind the defence for the unmarked Klose but Chiellini blocks it with his trailing arm! The referee shows no hesitation in blowing his whistle and awards the visitors a free kick just outside the penalty area.
62'
WIDE FROM VIDAL! The Chilean wins the ball back for his team inside the Lazio half and moves into a central area, where he is found by Tevez. He takes a touch before curling a right-footed shot that drops beyond Marchetti's left-hand upright.
61'
60'
A. Candreva gets yellow.
Candreva has been shown a yellow card for complaining at the officials following the awarding of a throw-in to Juve after he was tackled. It was a difficult one to call, that's for sure.
59'
C. Marchisio gets yellow.
Marchisio is shown a yellow card for wiping out Lulic as he released the ball near the halfway line. He can have no complaints with that, but it will rule him out of their next match with city-rivals Torino.
58'
Álvaro Morata enters the game and replaces A. Matri.
Candreva is supplying Lazio with much greater width and the visitors are looking to him every time they get in possession. He's supplied a number of quality crosses already and is causing the Juve defence some problems.
Allegri makes his first change of the night, replacing Matri with Morata. That will provide the hosts with more pace up top.
56'
STAT: Lazio have scored at least twice in each of their last seven matches in Serie A. They'll have to keep that run up if they are to take anything from tonight's game.
54'
Klose shows good close control to dribble his way through the box and to the byline before laying off to Candreva. The substitute shifts the ball onto his left foot before lashing a shot off Chiellini and behind for a corner.
53'
Candreva lifts a clever pass down the right for Basta to chase, but, just as the Serbian looks to get a cross in, Chiellini flies in with a superb challenge to knock the ball away fro a throw in.
51'
Evra becomes the first Juve player to be shown a yellow card this evening following a late challenge from behind on Basta. Candreva swings the resultant free kick into the box but, yet again, it is dealt with by the hosts' defence.
Mauricio executes a brilliant sliding tackle to stop Matri from going one-on-one with Marchetti inside the box after a deflected pass from Vidal. He is on a yellow card so he had to get that right!
50'
P. Evra gets yellow.
Felipe Anderson's ambitious shot is deflected behind for a corner on the far side. Biglia delivers it but the first head to it is a Bianconeri one, and Lazio subsequently move the ball all the way back to Marchetti as they attempt to reset and come again.
48'
Lazio have taken hold of possession in the early exchanges of this half, similarly to the first, but they're yet to show enough penetration to get in behind the Juve defence.
46'
A. Candreva enters the game and replaces E. Braafheid.
We are back underway!
Braafheid has been replaced by Candreva for the second half, so Lulic will likely got to right-back with Lazio reverting to a 4-2-3-1 formation.
45' +5
S. Lulić gets yellow.
Tevez looks to run at the Lazio defence but is hacked down from behind by Lulic. It earns the Bosnian a yellow card and Juve now have a free kick in shooting distance that will surely provide the final action of the half.
Pirlo gets the set-piece over the wall and on target but it is directed straight at Marchetti who makes the save. Then, the half-time whistle is sounded.
45' +3
Mauricio is shown a yellow card following a coming together with Bonucci near the halfway line.
45' +2
Maurício gets yellow.
WHAT A CHANCE! Padoin comes inside onto his left foot and curls a brilliant cross to the back post from the right. Evra races in ahead of Cataldi and gets his head to the ball, sending it narrowly wide of the far corner with Marchetti rooted to the spot!
45'
We are going to have four minutes of added time here.
43'
Lazio have kept Juve penned back inside their own half since conceding the second goal, but the hosts will no doubt be fine for that. They'll be hoping to draw the opposing players out of position and catch them on the counterattack.
42'
STAT: A win for Lazio tonight would see them equal a club record of nine consecutive triumphs in Serie A, established in the 1998-99 season. It's going to take something of a miracle for them to achieve that tonight, you would think!
40'
Lulic dispossesses Tevez inside the Juve half and the ball runs straight to Cataldi. He moves towards goal before trying to bend a shot inside the top corner which fails to find the target. That's positive stuff from the visitors, though.
38'
Pirlo clips a lovely pass into the box from deep, looking for Vidal. The delivery draws Marchetti off his line, but in claiming the ball he collides with the Chilean. The keeper then quickly knocks it out for a throw-in so that he can receive treatment.
37'
Lazio try their luck with a couple of shots from distance, but neither test Buffon. The second is blocked by Vidal before Padoin puts it out for a throw-in on the near side. The Biancocelesti work the ball into the middle for Cataldi, who fires a tame effort straight at the Juve keeper.
35'
After applying some ice to the sore spot, Mauri jogs back into the field of play as Lazio send the resultant throw-in back to Buffon.
33'
There's a coming together between Chiellini and Mauri as the centre-back beats the Lazio man to a pass, but, with the Bianconelesti midfielder staying down, he sportingly puts the ball out of play. It was only an accidental coming together by the looks of it.
31'
Felipe Anderson tries to get himself involved in the match by dribbling down the left flank. He attempts to do too much, though, and ends up running down a dead end and taking the ball out of play.
30'
From the opening five minutes you never would have expected this to be the scoreline after half an hour. The Bianconeri have taken this game by the scruff of the neck and are good value for their lead. Last week's defeat to Parma looks like it was just a blip!
28'
L. Bonucci has scored a goal for Juventus! Assist by A. Pirlo.
GOOOOOOOAAAAL!! BONUCCI WITH A SUBLIME SOLO GOAL! The Bianconeri take a two-goal lead as the centre-back picks up the ball just inside the Juve half and dribbles forward. Tevez runs across him to take the defenders out of his path and he duly rifles a shot into the back of the net from the top of the box!
27'
Juve have been absolutely formidable at home in Serie A in recent times. The Bianconeri are currently 43 league games undefeated on their own turf. To make matters even more difficult for the visitors, they’ve not recorded a league win over the Old Lady since December 2003.
25'
SO CLOSE! A cross from the left is aimed towards Mauri at the back post, but Chiellini intervenes. However, he only succeeds in knocking the ball down to Klose, who takes a touch to his right before firing over the crossbar! Buffon had taken a step in the other direction, so that could well have flown in had it been on target.
24'
Lulic goes down under a challenge from Marchisio on the halfway line but there is very little wrong with it. To avoid being forced off the pitch, though, he is quickly back to his feet.
22'
That's a great challenge from Evra! After losing the ball on the left, the defender chases back to make a brilliant sliding tackle that thwarts Felipe Anderson's attempt to race down the wing. It is greeted by cheers from the fans, who appreciate Juve's urgency after the slow start.
21'
Lulic drives into the right-hand side of the box, getting a yard on Chiellini before cutting a pass back into the centre. Bonucci is positioned perfectly to make the interception before playing the ball out from the defence.
19'
STAT: Juve are unbeaten in their last 20 league games against Lazio, winning 14 and sharing the spoils on six occasions.
17'
C. Tevez has scored a goal for Juventus! Assist by A. Vidal.
GOOOOOOAAAAL!! TEVEZ BREAKS THE DEADLOCK! The Argentine takes the very first opportunity to come his way, latching onto Vidal's flick on and bursting away from Basta. Upon entering the area he slots a tidy finish into the far corner, beating Marchetti with ease! It looks like Mauricio was sitting deep and playing him onside there.
16'
Mauri hits the set-piece over the top of the goal with a disappointing left-foot effort. Biglia has been patched up on the sidelines and he'll be sporting a headband for the rest of the match after a blow to the head.
15'
Evra is penalised for a handball just outside the penalty area after blocking an attempt on goal from Basta. The Bianconeri players aren't happy as this will give the visitors a great opportunity to work the keeper.
13'
MARCHISIO! Pirlo's corner is headed away by the Lazio defence, but the loose ball falls to the Italy international 30 yards out in a left-of-centre position. He takes a touch before rifling a shot that skids off the turf and heads towards the bottom corner. Marchetti launches himself to his right and gets there in time to hold it at the first attempt.
11'
Mauricio rolls a pass back to Marchetti but the keeper hesitates as Tevez races in to close him down. He opts to poke the ball away, knocking it out for a throw-in by the corner flag. It puts his team under undue pressure and gives Juve a great chance to apply further pressure.
9'
Buffon was in goal the last time that Juve lost at home to Lazio. In December 2002 he let two Stefano Fiore shots past him after Pavel Nedved’s opener as the Biancocelesti secured a 2-1 win.
7'
Well, Vidal jogs back onto the pitch after taking on some fluids on the touchline and looks like he'll be fine to continue for now.
6'
Vidal has gone down and stayed there after a relatively innocuous coming together with Klose. There didn't look to be much in it, but he's helped off the pitch holding his hip.
5'
Bonucci wastes possession after Juve manage to string a series of passes together and push Lazio back, hitting an aimless long ball that runs all the way through to Marchetti.
3'
It's been a positive start from the visitors, but an important intervention stops them from bursting into the area and testing Buffon. Juve are being forced back inside their own half with Lazio pressing high and putting them under pressure.

We are underway!
It’s the Serie A leaders up against the second-placed side tonight, as Juventus welcome Lazio to Turin in a dress rehearsal for June's Coppa Italia final. The Bianconeri currently hold a 12-point advantage at the league summit, but that could be cut to single figures if the Biancocelesti can pick up a win to aid their Champions League ambitions at the Juventus Stadium. My name is Tom Webber and I will be guiding you through all the action.
Although they fielded a rotated side, Juve suffered a surprise defeat to bottom club Parma last weekend which ended a 20-game unbeaten run. They recovered with a 1-0 victory at home to Monaco in the Champions League on Tuesday, and Massimiliano Allegri will be keen to avoid another slip up tonight in their quest for a fourth-consecutive Scudetto tonight.
Lazio have been in red-hot form in recent weeks, winning all of their last eight outings in Serie A. It’s been enough to see them overtake arch-rivals Roma to sit in second position, and they’ll be eager to make it their own and earn automatic qualification to next season’s Champions League group stages. Having not participated in the competition since the 2007-08 campaign, the fans will be hungry for a return.
JUVE TEAM NEWS: Paul Pogba is still absent through injury but the Bianconeri were boosted by the return of Andrea Pirlo against Monaco in midweek. With Angelo Ogbonna suspended, Andrea Barzagli is drafted in as Massimiliano Allegri selects a back three, so Roberto Pereyra makes way. Simone Padoin is preferred to Stephan Lichtsteiner on the right while Alessandro Matri comes in for Alvaro Morata.
LAZIO TEAM NEWS: Marco Parolo has joined Stefan de Vrij and Abdoulay Konko on the treatment table, while Diego Novaretti and Luis Cavanda are both suspended. Danilo Cataldi, Mauricio, Dusan Basta and Edson Braafheid therefore all come in. Antonio Candreva is dropped to the bench as Stefano Pioli deploys a 4-3-3 formation.
The teams are out on the pitch, so kick off will be upon us in just a few moments.
HALF TIME - Juve 2-0 Lazio: The visitors started vibrantly but were punished for not creating enough as Tevez opened the scoring at the other end with the first chance that came his way. Bonucci added the second with an impressive individual goal, and since then the Bianconeri have been confident enough to sit back and let the visitors enjoy more of the possession. The Biancocelesti's eight-game winning run looks set to be ended, with the Old Lady taking another big step towards the title.
FULL TIME - Juve 2-0 Lazio: The Bianconeri take a huge step towards securing their fourth consecutive Scudetto, moving 15 points clear at the Serie A summit thanks to first-half goals from Tevez and Bonucci. The visitors could drop to third if Roma defeat Atalanta tomorrow, but tonight is all about the Old Lady!
That's all we've got time for tonight! Thanks for joining me, Tom Webber, and have a great night.
