That's it! The referee blows his whistle and it is all over at the RheinEnergieStadion!
90'
Two minutes to be added on here...
88'
B. Finne enters the game and replaces A. Ujah.
Koln enjoy a brief few seconds on the ball winning a free kick at the half-way line. An offside means possession is short-lived and Bayern get back on the ball where they have spent nearly 70 per cent of this match.
86'
There is little reason for Bayern to get forward here and they are maintaining possession in the midfield third, passing the remaining seconds off the clock. A handball eventually ends this lengthy spell in possession.
85'
Possession staying with the hosts who know they have this one in the bag by now. Both teams look content on playing out these final minutes, and Koln do not look like stopping them in midfield if they wanted to.
83'
It is all looking good for Bayern now to pick up their first away win of the season. It has been far from easy for them to create chances, but the difference in class looks to have been enough to secure the three points.
81'
Gotze! The midfielder with a glorious opportunity to bag a third goal for Bayern as he takes a little Lewandoski layoff in the area, but opts not to have a shot! He tries to beat two defenders before losing the ball and bringing the attack to an end.
79'
Alaba tries another shot from distance. The Austrian sure is not afraid to have a go. A powerful shot from 30 yards out does well to test Horn, who does well to make the save and hold on.
77'
Bayern back to playing their possession game, as Koln have hardly managed to put any pressure on them at the back. The hosts have grown tired of chasing the ball in midfield, as well, making life even easier on Pep Guardiola's men.
76'
K. Vogt enters the game and replaces D. Halfar.
X. Shaqiri enters the game and replaces A. Robben.
Minute
Description
75'
Substitutions from both teams as Xherdan Shaqiri and Kevin Vogt are introduced to the match. Loud applause from the away supporters for Arjen Robben after another fine performance from the Dutchman, who although not picking up an assist, started the moves which led to both goals.
73'
STAT ATTACK: This is the first of Koln's Bundesliga matches at the RheinEnergieStadion this season not to have ended in a 0-0 draw.
71'
NEARLY HIS FIRST BAYERN GOAL! A deflected ball falls kindly for Alonso. The Spaniard gets on the end of it and tries a powerfully placed shot from 30 yards out, but Horn gets down to push it aside.
69'
Halfar tries to make amends, having a go from 30 yards out. It strikes a defender and Alonso looks to break. Halfar desperately tries to win it back, but the Spaniard is too strong on the ball, holding it up well and starting Bayern back in attack.
67'
BAYERN DOUBLE THEIR LEAD!
Robben holds the ball up well and beats a defender. He picks out the run of Lewandowski, who cuts it back for Alaba in the centre. Halfar gets there first, but a scuffed clearance turns the ball into his own net. The midfielder may have been able to keep it out, but was under all sorts of pressure from the Austrian. A bit too over-complicated from Halfar who may have just effectively ended the match.
66'
D. Halfar is unfortunate, scores an own goal!
64'
Koln win a free kick along the right and Halfar stands over to deliver. His ball in is not great, however, a defensive header from Alaba nearly allows it to run through to an attacker, but Neuer is out to collect.
62'
Even Robben is beginning to grow frustrated. He makes a run down the right, but his cross is cleared with no one waiting in the centre. He gets back on the ball, but this times tries to do it all himself. He is dispossessed and Koln can look to break.
60'
Pep Guardiola appears to have no answer for Koln's defence. Lewandowski has been rendered almost useless in the match. He has had very little service, and is immediately smothered when he gets in possession. There is just no finding him in the area.
59'
M. Risse enters the game and replaces Y. Gerhardt.
58'
Bayern win a corner, but again Koln, who seem to be in no panic at the back, deal with the threat accordingly. It also gives them a chance to make their first change of the match as Yannick Gerhardt gives way for Marcel Risse.
56'
Jerome Boateng and Thomas Muller are subbed off here as two defenders, Dante and Mehdi Benatia, who makes his Bundesliga debut, come on.
55'
M. Benatia enters the game and replaces T. Müller.
Dante enters the game and replaces J. Boateng.
54'
Important tackles from Lehmann. Gotze looks to break into the area, but his run is broken up by the Koln midfielder. The follow up from Muller is also sniffed out by Lehmann who eventually clears the danger.
52'
Much better from Bayern. Lewandowski takes a pass atop the area and holds the ball up well before laying it off for Muller. The attacker hits a shot first time, but it takes a slight deflection and rides up over the bar.
50'
STAT ATTACK: Bayern have not conceded a goal since the 30th of August, a 1-1 draw with Schalke. A clean sheet today would mean they will have gone the entire month of September without allowing a goal.
48'
The hosts win a corner as they push forward through Ujah. He lays a ball off for Halfar, whose attempted cross is off Boateng and behind. The ensuing delivery is cleared, but only as far as Matuschyk. The midfielder unleashes a shot at goal, but it is straight into the arms of Neuer.
46'
Koln get this second half underway! The break did nothing to kill the spirit of the supporters, who are still in full voice as their team kick-off these final 45 minutes.
45'
Not a second to add on at the end of this first half. We head to the break with the champions in front.
43'
CLOSE! Koln enjoy another brief spell in the Bayern half, although they are becoming a bit more frequent as we progress. Left-back Jonas Hector takes a pass and tries for goal. He gets plenty behind his shot, forcing Neuer to dive across, but narrowly misses at the near post.
41'
Robben causing a real threat to the Koln defence. He catches them standing and staring as he gets on the end of an errant pass and pushes it forward. A heavy touch nearly runs it out of play, but he manages to keep it in play and deliver it in for Lewandowski, who just cannot get his head to it.
39'
Arjen Robben is the sole provider for Bayern in this first half. When he is not trying to create, the visitors look out of answers. They keep the ball well, but are doing little with it, limited to long, hopeful shots from distance. Gotze is the latest Bayern player to blast a ball wide of the goal from 25 yards out.
37'
STAT ATTACK: Koln allowed just 20 goals in 34 matches last season in the second division, 13 fewer than the second best defence in the league. It is also by far the lowest total since the 2. Bundesliga switched to a one division, 24-team format in 1992.
35'
NEUER MAKES TWO MASSIVE SAVES! Gerhardt shows his pace, chasing down a loose ball and getting there ahead of Rafinha. He lays it off for Halfar, who crosses into the centre for Matuschyk. The midfielder directs it onto goal, but Neuer holds firm. The rebound falls for Ujah and he looks to have a sure goal, but somehow the Bayern keeper gets across to keep it out! Brilliant stuff from the World Cup winner.
33'
Another fine stop! Robben teases the defence at the edge of the penalty area. He makes a quick move to his left and tries to curl a shot in at the far post, but Horn dives to his right to make the save.
31'
The hosts rescue the ball and make a rare foray into Bayern's half. They do not complete many passes in the final third before Ujah tries a shot that rolls helplessly wide, allowing Bayern to get right back in possession.
29'
Koln growing tired as they are forced to chase the game down. The visitors have no real intent other than to keep the ball. They pass it around with such ease, forcing the hosts to chase.
27'
Endless amounts of passing in the attacking third from Bayern, without any real interest in finding a way through. Alaba tries a shot from distance, but the strong hands of Horn keep it out.
25'
The host try and keep the ball, stringing a few passes together, but it is short lived. Bayern pressure the ball well and force a turnover, getting right back into attack.
23'
FANTASTIC SAVE! Lewandowski gets the ball down the left and sends a lovely ball into the centre for Muller. The striker hits it first time, with Horn charging forward. He reacts splendidly, just getting his hands to his left to make a fingertip save.
21'
Not a second of relief for the hosts, as Bayern get right back into attack. The defending champions only know one gear. They pass it around well, with Lahm eventually having a go from long range, but he misses the target and the chance fizzles out.
19'
M. Götze has scored a goal for Bayern Munich! Assist by T. Müller.
MARIO GOTZE PUTS BAYERN IN FRONT!
Daniel Halfar makes a horrible mistake trying to dribble it out of danger near the corner flag. He gives it away to Robben who picks out Muller. The forward unselfishly ushers it on to Lewandowski. The striker cannot get there, but it continues to run and Gotze finds himself in the right spot, tapping it home into the empty net.
17'
Die Roten have managed 70 per cent possession through the opening stages of the match, but it has done nothing to damper the spirits of the home support. The Koln supporters are in full voice, spitting their chant in unison, making for quite an atmosphere at the RheinEnergieStadion.
15'
Robben, at the heart of every Bayern attack, makes another nice run along the right, and cutting along the end-line into the box. He tries to pick out Muller, but Wimmer gets there first to put it behind for a corner. The ensuing delivery is poor as the hosts manage to clear.
13'
Koln are keeping their shape well at the back, as they have done in each of their matches this season. They are doing a wonderful job of frustrating Bayern, packing the defence and making it difficult on the visitors to find pockets of space in midfield.
11'
STAT ATTACK: Bayern have won just once in their last three trips to the RheinEnergieStadion. They had recorded seven consecutive victories away to Koln before that.
9'
Bayern win a corner after more concentrated pressure on the Koln goal. Robben crosses in for Lewandowski, who cuts it back for Muller with his head, but Wimmer puts it behind. The corner is delivered in well, with the German forward again the intended target, but his header is pushed well wide.
7'
Lovely bit of skill by Muller, who beats a defender and turns well onto goal. Maroh tries to tug him back, but it does not help. The striker can only put his shot into the side netting, however. After the whistle, Miso Brecko seems to be annoyed with Muller, perhaps something that was said after the whistle. The two come together and need to be separated by the referee.
5'
STRONG APPEAL FOR A PENALTY! Robben storms past Halfar on the right, pushes forward and breaks into the area. The Koln midfielder continues to try and track his man, but looks to take out the Dutchman from behind. The referee decides not to give the penalty, much to the delight of the home fans.
3'
Bayern enjoy some early possession but it eventually fizzles out. Koln push forward and work the ball well on top of the area. Ujah tries to pick out a cross for Matuschyk, but Neuer storms off his line to collect.
1'
Bayern Munich kick-off and we are underway at the RheinEnergieStadion! The visitors, moving left to right, are sporting their all-black away kits, with Koln wearing all white.
Good day Bundesliga fans and welcome to the conclusion of a jam-packed week in Germany! The RheinEnergieStadion is our venue today, where for a second consecutive match, Bayern take on a newly promoted side, this time in the shape of Koln. I am Alex Moretto and I will be your in-game host, guiding you through the match LIVE as it happens!
Bayern travel to Russia on Tuesday to take on CSKA Moscow in the second match of the Champions League group stage, and with a collection of players not quite at 100 per cent, Koln could catch the defending giants looking ahead here. Pep Guardiola had his side ready for their match midweek, dismantling a surging Paderborn side with relative ease. Today's opponent may not be as straightforward, however, considering they have conceded just once from their first five matches. Die Roten will have to be on top of their game to pick up three points from this fixture.
Peter Stoger guided Koln to a first place finish in the second division last season in just his first year in charge. The Austrian is off to a quick start in De Geissbocke's first season back in the Bundesliga, losing just once from their first five matches. Goals have been hard to come by, but they have kept things clean at the back, picking up where they left off last season, allowing just 20 goals in 34 matches.
The teams have been announced, so let us have ourselves a look at the starting line-ups:
The visitors are still without the injured Franck Ribery. They have made just two changes to the team that beat Paderorn during the week. Rafinha replaces Dante at centre-back, while Juan Bernat slots in at left-back, pushing David Alaba to holding mid and Sebastian Rode to the bench.
Koln have made a multitute of changes in attack, following their 1-0 defeat to Hannover on Wednesday. Kevin Vogt, wingers Marcel Risse and Slawomir Peszko, and striker Yuya Osako are replaced by Yannick Gerhardt, Pawel Olkowski, Adam Matuschyk and Anthony Ujah respectively.
The players have taken to the pitch and we are just moments away from the start of the match on an absolutely beautiful day in Cologne.
HALF TIME: KOLN 0-1 BAYERN MUNICH. The hosts were undone by one mental lapse at the back, but have otherwise been superb in defence. Die Roten are struggling mightily in attack to find a way through. Neuer has also been called to action, keeping his side in front with two fine saves. It is certainly all to play for in the second half.
STAT ATTACK: Bayern have lost just two of their past 64 Bundesliga fixtures, to Augsburg and Dortmund last season with the title already locked up.
FULL TIME: KOLN 0-2 BAYERN. Mario Gotze and an own goal were enough to see Die Roten through for their first away victory of the season. The hosts lose their second consecutive match after starting unbeaten through their first four games. Defence continues to be a strong suit for them, but goals appear harder than ever to come by.
Next up for Bayern is a Champions League showdown with CSKA on Tuesday, while Koln travel to Eintracht Frankfurt a week from today. I am Alex Moretto and I would like to thank you all for joining me here today. Good bye!
