Pedro has scored a goal for Spain! Assist by David Silva.
GOOOOOOOOOOOOAAALLLLL FOR SPAIN! The icing on the cake comes from Pedro, who latches on to a delightful Silva pass before chipping in off the bar over Pacovski! Five-one!
90'
Shouldn't be too much added time here. The ref will want to put Macedonia out of their misery!
88'
Jahovic digs deep and accelerates down the right wing and looks poised to run through one-on-one, but can't muster up enough pace to take him forward, which allows Juanfran to intercept.
86'
The atmosphere has been rather damp in the last 15 minutes or so as Spain knock the ball around with ease, without much resistance from the Macedonians, who are probably rather fatigued after their efforts in the first hour of play.
84'
Really good save by Casillas! Trajkovski is involved again for Macedonia as he stumbles through challenge after challenge inside the box before squeezing out a strike towards the bottom corner. The Madrid keeper is alert though and sticks out a leg to deflect the attempt away.
83'
Cesc Fàbregas gets yellow.
82'
Fabregas needlessly goes into the book in the latter stages for a barge on Trajkovski, who had Spain on the ropes slightly as he burst through the centre circle towards the opposition defence.
80'
We get our first glimpse of Munir as the Barcelona starlet collects the ball on the right wing. He thinks about pulling off a trick or two but then conservatively opts to pass back inside to Isco.
78'
A long range strike from 25 yards out looks destined to nestle in the corner but Casillas does well to get across and beat the attempt round the post. The Spain captain receives a warm cheer from the home crowd for that one. Nice to see after the extensive criticism he received after the World Cup.
77'
M. El Haddadi enters the game and replaces Koke.
Minute
Description
76'
Del Bosque follows suit and makes his last substitution. Koke is replaced by Munir El Haddadi, who comes on to make his international debut at the ripe old age of 19. One for the future that's for sure!
74'
K. Velkoski enters the game and replaces B. Abdurahimi.
72'
Pedrooooo! Again Spain are wasteful! Some spectacular build up play from the Barca man and Silva inside the box promised to lead to a goal, but a stumble from the former means that Macedonia are gifted a goal kick.
70'
If Spain's finishing was better tonight they could easily have had seven or eight goals. The latest culprit not to finish is Isco who can't manage to get on the end of a Silva pass after some truly mesmerising build-up play. This scoreline is what La Roja want it to be now.
68'
Marc Bartra enters the game and replaces Sergio Ramos.
We've got another Spanish change now as Sergio Ramos is replaced by Marc Bartra. The Real Madrid defender just being awarded a rest for the remaining 25 minutes or so.
66'
Well, that's a bit of a sitter from Pedro! Fabregas pops a lovely diagonal pass to the right-hand side for Juanfran, who reverses inside to the Barcelona man. He looks to guide a strike into the bottom corner but his attempt scrapes the edge of the post! He had plenty of the goal to aim at, but couldn't find the corner!
64'
M. Radeski enters the game and replaces S. Spirovski.
Abdurahimi displays his electric pace again as he wins the ball in his own half before driving ahead through the middle. He makes his way into the box and looks to get a shot away but the attentions of Alba mean the attempt lacks any power, which allows Casillas to easily collect.
62'
The visitors make their second substitution as Spirovski comes off for Marjan Radeski, who, interestingly, is the only player to feature tonight who actually plies his trade in the Macedonian leagues. There's the answer to that quiz question for whoever needs it!
60'
Silvaaaaaaaaaa! How close was that?! The Manchester City midfielder collects possession on the edge of the box and jinks past a couple of challenges before smashing a strike towards the top corner. It just drifts away from goal at the last minute though! Looked in all the way!
58'
Fabregas hits the bar! Alba is involved in the play once again as he bursts down the left-hand side and reverses a pass inside to his former Barcelona team-mate, who crashed a strike off the crossbar! Unlucky!
57'
Isco enters the game and replaces Paco Alcácer.
56'
First change of the match from Del Bosque. Alcacer, who has made a very solid debut by getting himself on the scoresheet, is replaced by Isco. Not recognised striker on for Spain now, so the Madrid man may feature in the False nine role.
54'
It will be interesting to see if the visitors continue their proposed plan of taking the game to Spain. It is highly doubtful they'll get the necessary goals to gain a draw here, so do they really want a massive loss recorded in their first qualifying match? May be the case of damage limitations!
52'
That goal will be a hammer blow to the confidence of the Macedonians. They've did well to compete as they have done, but two goals either side of half time is tough for any team to take, never mind when you're playing a team of the quality of Spain.
50'
David Silva has scored a goal for Spain! Assist by Jordi Alba.
GOOOOOOOAAAAAAAAAALLLLL FOR SPAIN!! LA ROJA COME FLYING OUT THE BLOCKS AFTER THE BREAK! Silva exchanges a neat one-two with Alba inside the box and receives back before lashing a left-footed strike into the bottom corner! Four-one!
49'
Macedonia look like they are going to have a go here, but it may have been slightly smarter to stay solid for a small period of the second half. When Spain get space, they can be deadly in the final third.
47'
A half time change to report for you here as Alioski is replaced by Demiri for Macedonia. It looks like the hosts are going to four at the back now, with the extra man being utilised further forward. An admirable tactical adjustment you'd have to say.
46'
M. Demiri enters the game and replaces E. Alioski.
We are back under way in Valencia!
45' +3
Sergio Busquets has scored a goal for Spain! Assist by Paco Alcácer.
GOOOOOOOOOOAAAAAAAALLLL FOR SPAIN! WHAT A TIME TO SCORE! Busquets latches on to a loose ball on the edge of the box and fires a deflected shot into the corner! That cannoned off the foot of Sikov! Three-one!
45'
SAAAAAAAAAAVE BY PACOVSKI! Silva gets in behind the opposition defence and fires a half volley straight towards the corner, but again Spain are foiled by the goalkeeper, who makes a great stop!
43'
That looked serious for a moment or two but thankfully Mojsov is back on his feet and looks okay to continue. He may be slightly light-headed for a bit, but he should be alright!
42'
Koke finds himself in a decent position 25 yards out and fires a rocket of a strike towards goal. Mojsov makes a brave block with his head but it appears the Macedonian may be a little worse for wear. He's currently down receiving treatment from the physios and medical staff.
40'
Trajkovski breaks away to the left-hand side before cutting back in on his right foot. He fires a wicked cross into the six yard box and Sergio Ramos is forced to retreat and spin the ball over the bar with a block.
38'
Pedro collects the ball with his back to goal and turns sharply at pace before opening up his stride through the middle. He looks to pass inside to Fabregas but Mojsov comes in with a brilliantly timed tackle on the edge of the box.
36'
Koke gets yellow.
How is Koke still on the park?! The Atletico Madrid midfielder comes in off the ball and catches Alioski right on the back of the leg with a high two-footed challenge! The official behind the goal had his eyes fixed on the encounter, but only advised the ref to issue a yellow card! You have seen players sent off for lesser offences!
34'
Silva drops deep to receive the ball 25 yards out and clips a lovely pass over the top of the Macedonian defence. Alcacer chests down and looks poised to get a shot away but just can't manage to get the ball under totally control, which allows Pacovski to collect.
32'
Great save by Pacovski!! Pedro steals possession on the halfway line and bursts forward at tremendous pace before shifting the ball on to his left foot with a neat stepover and lashing a strike towards the bottom corner! The Macedonia goalkeeper somehow gets down to turn the attempt round the post!
30'
You have to hand it to Macedonia here. They looked there for the taking after Spain went 2-0 up but they have remained calm and rallied and now find themselves back in contention. In fact, they look the more likely side to score at the moment!
28'
Penalty goal scored by A. Ibraimi for North Macedonia!
GOOOOOAAAAAAAAALLLL FOR MACEDONIA!! Ibraimi coolly dispatches the penalty kick into the bottom right corner to make it 2-1! Game on again!
27'
PENALTY TO MACEDONIA!! Juanfran recklessly goes in late on Trajkovski inside the box! Daft challenge and definite foul!
26'
25'
B. Abdurahimi gets yellow.
Raul Albiol goes up and has a go at the referee as he thinks he's just been booked, but actually the referee issued a yellow card to Abdurahimi for diving. It was the right decision in the end, but after some confusion among the ranks of both players!
23'
Macedonia are just enjoying a breather currently as they slowly pass along the defence in an attempt to curb the ascendancy of Spain. The ball eventually finds its way to Jahovic up top, but he can't hold up and Busquets dispossesses.
21'
Spain are enjoying themselves here. Fabregas, Silva et al are all popping up in and around the opposition penalty box popping up in little pockets of space. Macedonia defence being given the runaround at the moment!
19'
Macedonia made a solid enough start, but a glorious penalty and a superb team goal have undone their gameplan completely! They are going to have to come out their shells now, which will mean more space for Spain in behind...
17'
Paco Alcácer has scored a goal for Spain! Assist by Juanfran.
GOOOOOOOOOOOAALLLLLLL FOR SPAIN! QUICKFIRE DOUBLE FROM THE HOSTS! Silva pops a diagonal pass to the byline for Juanfran who cleverly cushions the ball back into the danger area for Alcacer, who smashes into an empty net! Two-nil!
15'
Penalty goal scored by Sergio Ramos for Spain!
GOOOOOAAAAAAALLLLL FOR SPAIN!! Sergio Ramos nonchalantly steps up before delightfully chipping his penalty right down the middle! Cheeky stuff! One-nil Spain!
14'
S. Ristovski gets yellow.
13'
Penalty to Spain!!! Silva collects the ball to feet inside the box and cleverly shifts to the side before being clipped by Mojsov! Definite spotkick!
12'
Some worrying scenes for Macedonia at the moment as star midfielder, Ibraimi, is currently down clutching his leg. Thankfully it doesn't look too serious though and he should be okay to continue after some attention from the physio.
11'
David Silva dinks a the free kick to the back post and Sergio Ramos attempts to get on the end of it but just can't stretch out long enough to make a connection, and Macedonia eventually get the free kick.
10'
Cuculi is lucky not to go into the book here after coming right through the back of Fabregas on the edge of the box. Not a yellow card, but the home side get the opportunity to get a strike on goal via a set piece.
8'
Fabregaaaaaaas! So unlucky! The Chelsea midfielder collects the ball in a useful position in the corner of the box and aims to curl an attempt into the corner. Lovely strike, but it just goes a whisker wide!
6'
Spain are obviously massive favourites here, but if Macedonia can hold out conceding for a while then La Roja are sure to get a little tense, what with their recent form being so poor. Certainly a good time to be playing the reigning European champions!
5'
That save should boost Casillas' confidence in a Spain shirt that's for sure. Definitely not at his best at the World Cup...to say the least!
4'
What a brilliant save by Casillas! Ibraimi steps up for a set piece 30 yards out and rifles the free kick towards the top corner! It looks destined to nestle into the corner but the Madrid keeper stretches out an arm to turn the attempt over the bar!
2'
Spain, predictably, are opening the match with a decent period of possession in the Macedonia half. The visitors, also predictably, have plenty of men behind the ball. Expect this formula for the majority of the game!

We are under way in Valencia!
Good evening folks! Welcome to LIVE coverage of the Euro 2016 qualifying clash between Spain and Macedonia from Ciudad de Valencia!
I'm Martin Macdonald, and I'll be taking you through the action!
La Roja are the current European Champions after winning the competition in Ukraine and Poland in 2012, but they face a battle to retain their crown after an extremely disappointing World Cup in the summer in which they surrendered their title at the group stage. Vicente del Bosque has undertook an overhaul of his squad so we can expect to see a new-look Spain in these qualifiers. Xavi, Xabi Alonso, David Villa, and Carles Puyol have all retired from international football, while previous key squad members such as Gerard Pique, Fernando Torres, and Juan Mata have not been selected to face Macedonia.
Spain's first match since their horror World Cup campaign came on Thursday as they travelled to Paris to face France in a friendly. Dani Carvajal, Mikel San Jose, Raul Garcia and Paco Alcacer all earned their first caps in the clash but were unable to help their side overcome Didier Deschamps' outfit, who ran out 1-0 winners thanks to a solitary Loic Remy strike.
Macedonia failed to overcome expectations in their Euro 2012 and World Cup 2014 qualifications in which they did not come anywhere close to progression. The retirement of talisman and best player, Goran Pandev, does not inspire confidence for the forthcoming campaign. Not a particularly easy start for them tonight as they face the reigning European champions.
Spain and Macedonia find themselves in Group C in European Championship qualifying. The other nations in the group are Ukraine, Slovakia, Belarus, and Luxembourg.
Del Bosque has made seven changes from the loss to France. Raul Albiol, Jordi Alba, Juanfran, David Silva, Pedro, Paco Alcacer and the returning Iker Casillas come into the first XI tonight.
The Real Madrid goalkeeper made some high profile mistakes during the World Cup and his position was thought to be under threat by David De Gea, who started on Thursday. However, Del Bosque has kept faith in the nation's captain.
In the absence of the retired Pandev, Macedonia will be looking to FC Krylia Sovetov Samara striker Adis Jahovic to provide the goals up top.
Who's feeling patriotic?! It is time for the national anthems!
Half time in this European Championships qualifier. Spain looked like they would go on to record a massive win over Macedonia when they scored two within two minutes midway through the first half through Sergio Ramos and Paco Alcacer, but the visitors fought back admirably and got themselves back into it through an Ibraimi penalty. On the stroke of half time however, La Roja built up their two-goal lead once again as Busquets struck. Still plenty of goals in this! Second half to come.
Full time in Valencia. Macedonia battled hard at times throughout the match but eventually succumbed to a 5-1 defeat to European champions, Spain. Sergio Ramos started the scoring with a cheeky dinked penalty in the first half and Alcacer soon made in two, but a penalty from Ibraimi clawed the visitors back into contention. However, a goal before the break from Busquets halted their ascendancy, and La Roja netted two more through Silva and Pedro to make it five, and get their qualification campaign off to a flyer! I'm Martin Macdonald, thanks for joining us, see you next time!
