Immobile is set away on the break excellent, before sliding a pass into the path of Mkhitaryan. The goalscorer gallivants onwards, but is met by Neuer, who covers the ground excellently to patrol the edge of his box.
90'
There's just one minute of stoppage time.
89'
Bayern win a corner, which is headed clear yet again at the near post by Immobile. Rode is flattened by a physical challenge from Mkhitaryan, with the Armenia international accidentally catching the Die Roten utility man.
87'
Bayern are allowed to keep the ball in their own half, but Dortmund are hounding once again, as Klopp's side look to finish strongly. Bender fires over, after a brilliant move from Die Schwarzgelben! Immobile picks out Hofmann on the edge of the box, before the youngster tees up the recent substitute with a cheeky backheel.
85'
S. Bender enters the game and replaces O. Kirch.
Five minutes left on the clock, with Dortmund replacing Kirch with Sven Bender. The defensive midfielder is given a brilliant send-off, though Die Schwarzgelben will certainly be pleased to see their injury-hit Germany international return to regular first-team action.
83'
Dortmund continue to stream forward in the later stages, with Lahm forced into a cynical tug on Durm. Klopp's men are finishing the stronger of the two sides, able to maintain their countering intensity throughout. Bayern look slightly out of ideas or methods of stopping the yellow tide.
82'
P. Lahm gets yellow.
81'
We're into the final ten minutes, with Dortmund appearing to be comfortable winners in this one. Alaba lines up a free-kick effort from 25 yards, dipping the ball over the wall, but Langerak gets across well to parry it behind!
79'
Dortmund break again, before Ramos picks out Mkhitaryan on the left-hand side, with the goalscorer cutting back onto his right foot. Gaudino doesn't get close enough, allowing for his man to try his luck, but the Armenian's curling effort sails narrowly wide of the top corner!
78'
Dante surrenders possession rashly, with the Brazilian not looking solid whatsoever. His crossfield ball is intercepted by Immobile, but the Italian can't but Bayern to the sword, firing a low drive wide of the far post.
Minute
Description
77'
Mkhitaryan places a great through ball into the path of Immobile, who tries to ambitiously lift a finish over Neuer from 12 yards out! The goalkeeper claims simply, aided by excellent recovering pressure from Rode.
76'
Dortmund haven't pressed too far into Bayern's half since their second goal, but remain solid. Neuer has become more of a spectator, but Langerak is similarly untroubled, with Die Schwarzgelben's defence performing excellently.
74'
Immobile and Ramos continue to battle up front, pressing and harrying the opposition when asked. Shaqiri looks to drive infield from the left-hand side, but an unorthodox challenge from Ginter stops the Swiss winger.
73'
J. Boateng gets yellow.
72'
Kirch is brought to the ground by Boateng, who gets booked for his troubles. It's a terrible tackle from the Germany international, sliding in needlessly, perhaps in frustration. Nothing has really gone right for his side so far this evening.
70'
Dortmund continue to force Bayern back to Neuer with frighteningly regularity, as going direct to Lewandowski appears to be the Bundesliga champions only real source of danger. Klopp's men are happy for Die Roten to have possession in two thirds of the field if required, putting faith in their solid defending and organisation.
68'
Narrowly over 20 minutes remain for Bayern to come up with an answer to Dortmund's pressing, but Guardiola admittedly looks a little bit defeated, taking his seat on the bench. Die Roten look long for Lewandowski, but Sokratis manages to shepherd the pass back to Langerak.
66'
Immobile is nearly found by an ambitious ball over the Bayern back three, but Neuer is off his line in a flash to claim. Guardiola's men are defiantly still trying to play their football, but Dortmund are in control. Shaqiri tries to shoot from the edge of the box but has possession stolen off his toe.
65'
Durm is left in a heap, after Boateng covers across clumsily and ensures that his compatriot's knees clip together. He's up after a bit of treatment, but Klopp isn't happy whatsoever with that late tackle from the Bayern central defender.
63'
A. Ramos enters the game and replaces P. Aubameyang.
That'll be the final contribution from Aubameyang this evening, but a goal is the best way to go out! New summer signing Adrian Ramos replaces the Dortmund forward and the Colombian did well for Hertha Berlin against Bayern last season. There's definitely the promise of more goals here!
62'
P. Aubameyang has scored a goal for Borussia Dortmund! Assist by Ł. Piszczek.
GOOOOOOOOOAL! AUBAMEYANG MAKES IT TWO! The Gabon international rises brilliantly at the near post to steer home a great header! His Spiderman mask is out in celebration! The cross is perfect and Die Schwarzgelben are 2-0 to the good!
61'
Half an hour remains for Bayern to get back into this contest, but Langerak certainly hasn't been the busier goalkeeper. Gotze is slotting into a more central role for Die Roten.
59'
M. Götze enters the game and replaces P. Højbjerg.
Mario Gotze takes to the field for Bayern, earning himself plenty of boos from the home support. After moving from Die Schwarzgelben in rather controversial fashion, he's certainly not the most popular man here this evening. Hojbjerg is the man replaced.
58'
Lewandowski fires wide on the volley, but even if it flew into the top corner it wouldn't have counted anyway, as the Poland international is caught offside. He's been much more involved, but is still waiting for his first clear cut chance of the evening.
56'
Ten minutes into the second half and this is far more of a balanced contest. Both goalkeepers have been called into action, while Dortmund aren't quite pressing with the exact same vigour as in the last 20 minutes of the first half. Klopp is allowing his personnel to take a brief breather, perhaps.
54'
Lewandowski holds the ball up brilliantly, flicking the ball around the corner to look for the onrushing run of Shaqiri. The Swiss midfielder can't quite get there, but Bayern are looking a little bit more threatening this side of half-time.
53'
Immobile cuts a cross into the path of Mkhitaryan, who strikes first time, but Dante makes an important block. Boateng receives possession, but is immediately robbed by Durm, whose eventual back post cross is claimed well by Neuer.
52'
Immobile is once again on defensive duty on the near post, heading Shaqiri's free-kick clear of danger. The tempo is fairly low, as both teams look to probe and test their opposition a little bit, but Dortmund always have that threat of breaking quickly, like a coiled spring.
51'
Guardiola remains on the edge of his technical area, as he attempts to mastermind a way back into this contest for his side. Lewandowski is already having more of an influence on proceedings, as he releases Shaqiri down the left. Ginter is a little bit clumsy, felling the Swiss winger and giving Bayern the chance to whip in a free-kick.
49'
Bayern have started the second half much more positively, but that was also the theme before the break. Klopp's side have already shown that they are more than prepared to surrender yards and drop deeper, knowing that their counter-attacking options are fearsome.
47'
Two changes at the break, as Muller is withdrawn for Lahm, while Durm takes to the field in place of Schmelzer for Dortmund. The Bayern midfielder will slot in front of Die Roten's defence. Lewandowski is afford some space, driving a shot at goal, but Langerak is quick off his line to make a one-on-one save!
46'
P. Lahm enters the game and replaces T. Müller.
E. Durm enters the game and replaces M. Schmelzer.
We're back underway in the German Super Cup! Dortmund have a slender lead and have looked commanding, but Bayern are unlikely to turn in a similarly poor and predicted performance this side of half-time. Plenty of time remains, with goals looking likely!
45' +1
Mkhitaryan now has another chance to drive from deep in midfield, getting away from Rode, but balloons his eventual long-range effort high and wide of the target! That should be that!
45'
P. Højbjerg gets yellow.
Hojbjerg earns himself a yellow card for a rash tackle, giving Dortmund a free-kick opportunity from 30 yards. Aubameyang tries to dip an effort into the top left-hand corner, but get it all wrong. Dortmund win the ball back deep in the Bayern half once again, with a cross centred straight to Immobile, but the Italian striker's shot is blocked!
43'
Only a few minutes remain in the first half, with Bayern still only having managed to test Langerak on one occasion. Aubameyang breaks upfield at real pace, getting beyond Dante, before laying a pass back to Hofmann. The initial strike is straight at Neuer, before Kehl collects the rebounding ball and places it in exactly the same position as his young teammate!
41'
Neuer is unable to prevent a deflect Piszczek cross from going behind for a corner, giving Die Schwarzgelben another chance to deliver. After pinball in the box, Kehl manages to lash the loose ball towards goal, but it's directly at Neuer once again! The goalkeeper reacts smartly to gather his own save.
39'
Piszczek gambles on a back post cross, outjumping Bernat to head the ball into the middle of the box, but Dante is able to scramble away at the second time of asking. Dortmund are camping in the Bayern half, hunting in packs to ensure that Guardiola's men aren't allowed to patiently build from the back.
38'
Kehl exchanges a neat one-two with Aubameyang at the edge of the penalty area, before driving to the byline! He cuts back a cross, but Boateng is able to hoof clear. Bayern are really struggling to get into their stride.
36'
Dortmund are pressing high up the field and Bayern aren't sure how to break the siege. Play is worked back gradually, before resulting in Neuer kicking long. Klopp is masterminding an excellent performance from his side so far, while Sokratis has Lewandowski in his back pocket.
35'
Ten minutes until the break and Bayern will be hoping to equalise before having to face the possible criticisms of their coach in the dressing room. Lewandowski nearly managed to intercept a loose ball and drive in behind the Dortmund ranks, but Schmelzer hurriedly gets there first to clear!
33'
Great tackle from Boateng! The Germany international slides in excellently to deny Immobile the chance to let fly, before the rebound falls to Piszczek. The Polish right-back has a go with his first touch, but gets his angles wrong, blasting high and wide. Hofmann and Mkhitaryan are causing havoc in between the lines at the moment.
32'
The opening half an hour hasn't quite gone according to plan for Bayern, with Dortmund able to ruffle the Bundesliga champions' feathers and take the lead through Mkhitaryan. On the break, Die Schwarzgelben have the beating of Guardiola's side, who aren't looking in control - which is quite unlike them.
31'
Dante enters the game and replaces Javi Martínez.
30'
Martinez is taken from the field of play and looks in considerable pain, with Dante warming up immediately for Bayern. The Spaniard won't be able to continue, leading to Guardiola to be forced into an early switch.
29'
Bernat whips in an excellent cross from the left-hand side, which Martinez tries to volley home acrobatically! The former Bilbao man doesn't get the right contact on his effort, before kicking Schmelzer with his follow through - leaving him on the turf and needing treatment. Meanwhile, Shaqiri comes over for additional instructions from Guardiola.
28'
Bernat is slotted in behind Piszczek, who is forced to tug on the Spaniard's shirt to prevent the former Valencia man from leaving him in his wake. Bayern are awarded a free-kick, which Shaqiri delivers, but Immobile heads clear at the near post!
26'
Space opens up in midfield for Dortmund to break again, with Hofmann releasing Aubameyang on the right-hand side! The former St Etienne man lets fly with his right foot, aiming for the bottom left corner, but Neuer gets down smartly to smother.
25'
Less than half an hour played and Bayern are behind, with Klopp's system having plenty of joy against Guardiola's possession-based set-up. Dortmund win the ball back quickly from the restart, before Immobile's tame strike is gathered up with ease by Neuer.
23'
H. Mkhitaryan has scored a goal for Borussia Dortmund! Assist by P. Aubameyang.
GOOOOOOAL! MKHITARYAN GIVES DORTMUND THE LEAD! The Armenia international puts the finishing touches on a very direct move, as he slides a through ball into the path of Aubameyang and is fortunate to pick up the scraps as Alaba covers across. From deep in the box, the attacking midfielder slots home! Dortmund are ahead, 1-0!
22'
Shaqiri drifts across the face of the penalty area once again, as the Swiss forward is continually shown wide while looking to shoot. Eventually, the young midfielder tries to hang up a cross to the back post, but the ball curves out of play for a goal-kick.
21'
Shaqiri looks for the head of Lewandowski at the near post, but Dortmund clear with ease. The home supporters are in buoyant mood at the moment, with their lightning counter-attacks leading to gaps opening up everywhere. Ginter rises highest to meet a Die Schwarzgelben corner, but the former Freiburg man nods straight at Neuer.
20'
Lewandowski is outmuscled by Sokratis once again, much to the delight of the home fans. Moments later the Polish striker is threaded in behind Piszczek, but his compatriot recovers brilliantly to poke the ball behind for a corner.
19'
Bayern are looking a little bit frail at the back, with Dortmund certainly having the pace and quick transitions to pick a few holes in the Die Roten back three. Immobile hasn't had the best luck thus far, but there's certainly goals in this for Die Schwarzgelben this evening.
17'
Neuer clears off the line! The Germany international goalkeeper is forced to scamper back across his goal-line to prevent a heavy Martinez backpass from resulting in an embarrassing opener! Dortmund keep play alive, before Kirch is picked out in the box, but the defensive midfielder places his shot straight at Neuer, who bats it away!
15'
Gaudino picks up possession deep in the Dortmund half, before slipping a ball through for Lewandowski, which Sokratis intercepts with an excellent sliding challenge! The hosts break upfield through Aubameyang on the left, but Martinez is able to head the forward's eventual cross away from danger!
13'
Shaqiri looks very lively in the early stages, with the Swiss international perhaps playing for his place in the line-up here. He gets beyond Piszczek once again, cutting back a cross from the byline, but Kehl is on hand to clear at the near post for Dortmund.
12'
Dortmund spray the ball around excellently, before Mkhitaryan ghosts across the field and delivers a pass to Piszczek. The Polish right-back whips in a cross, but Boateng manages to head away. Langerak remains the only goalkeeper to be tested thus far.
10'
Immobile goes close! Alaba plays a terrible ball, which Aubameyang unwittingly intercepts, before the rebound bounces to the Italy international. Ignoring the other options, the former Torino man fires a low drive across goal from 20 yards, but the ball zips off the turf and narrowly wide of the far post!
9'
The game is calming down somewhat, with Bayern beginning to dominate somewhat. Dortmund are happy to surrender territory if necessary, with their system typically based around transitioning quickly and exploiting the space left in behind and in between the lines.
8'
Bayern settle into their shape to enjoy a bit of possession and exert some control on the game, but Dortmund are looking resilient. Die Roten are being forced to shift the play with long diagonals, which Klopp's side are happy to deal with.
6'
Aubameyang blazes over! Piszczek overlaps down the right, before whipping in an early cross, finding the Gabon international on the edge of the box! His first touch sits up nicely, but his attempted half-volley veers high and wide!
5'
A hectic start to proceedings, as Bayern put together some smooth passages of play, while Dortmund look to be as direct as possible whenever they get on the ball. Immobile has looked a little isolated thus far, but Die Schwarzgelben look to have the pace to cause problems.
3'
Shaqiri has a go! Piszczek gets caught out of position, allowing the Swiss international to scamper into space on the left, but the midfielder's well-struck effort across goal is at a comfortable height for Langerak! The Australian goalkeeper beats it away from danger well!
2'
Rode sees the ball stolen from his toe, before Dortmund attempt to break quickly, slotting a ball in behind the Bayern back three for Aubameyang to chase! Alaba matches the Gabon international yard-for-yard, before coolly passing back to Neuer.

We are underway in the German Super Cup! Both teams want to win this, with their competitive rivalry adding additional spice to tonight's fixture! Robert Lewandowski wears the red and blue of Bayern, with Dortmund in their famous black and yellow strip.
Hello and welcome to live coverage of the German Super Cup, as the Bundesliga's two front runners clash at Signal Iduna Park. Jurgen Klopp's Dortmund might have the home advantage, but have it all to do against a well-drilled Bayern Munich side. Plenty of star names are absent, either down to injury or not being quite ready to feature, but there's still considerable quality available and several summer signings to feast our eyes on.
I'm Simon Harrison and I will be leading you through all of the action as Die Roten look to add more silverware to their rather successful last few campaigns. Both clubs currently have five Super Cups to their name, meaning that whoever lifts the trophy tonight will be the new record holder. It might not be a truly competitive fixture, but both coaches like to win in any circumstances.
TEAM NEWS: Oliver Kirch and Sebastian Kehl are tasked with shielding the back four, which new signing Matthias Ginter sits at the heart of alongside Sokratis. New Dortmund captain Mats Hummels is missing after returning from World Cup duty, as is goalkeeper Roman Weidenfeller - leaving Mitch Langerak to deputise. Ciro Immobile, Jonas Hofmann and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang are the offensive threats for Die Schwarzgelben, with Armenia international Henrikh Mkhitaryan pulling the strings.
TEAM NEWS: David Alaba slots into the left of a back three once again for Bayern during this pre-season, with Javi Martinez also moving back into defence. Gianluca Gaudino and Sebastian Rode will sit, allowing for the likes of Juan Bernat, Pierre-Emil Hojbjerg to provide Die Roten's width. Thomas Muller and Xherdan Shaqiri support former Dortmund forward Robert Lewandowski.
There's only a quarter of an hour remaining until kick-off, so be sure to stick around for all of the action from Signal Iduna Park, as Dortmund and Bayern contest the German Super Cup. Both sides will be keen to start the season off in winning fashion, with Pep Guardiola in particular so fiercely competitive that even the Telekom Cup was a must-win tournament.
Sven Bender and Nevan Subotic are welcome arrivals on the Dortmund bench after long injury lay-offs last season, while new signing Adrian Ramos can provide some pace and intensity later in the game. For Bayern, Mario Gotze and Philipp Lahm are deemed only match-fit enough for the bench, while latest signing Pepe Reina also takes his seat among the substitutes.
The teams are out in a packed Signal Iduna Park, with plenty of expectant Dortmund fans hoping to see their team perform well against the current Bundesliga champions. Last season, Die Schwarzgelben were ravaged by injury, but despite a few continued absences, Klopp's men are better equipped to deal with Bayern this evening.
HALF TIME! Dortmund lead 1-0 at the interval in the German Super Cup final, courtesy of a solitary goal from Henrikh Mkhitaryan. Klopp's system has worked wonders, with the hosts able to maintain constant pressure and win the ball back regularly inside Die Roten's half.
Lewandowski has been extremely quite on his return to Signal Iduna Park, while Dortmund's front four wreak havoc in between the lines. Javi Martinez has already been withdrawn with what looked like a serious injury, with Guardiola not having things his own way thus far.
Be sure to rejoin us in ten minutes time for all of the second half action, as Bayern attempt to turn things around and get back into this game. Currently, there looks to be only one team in it, but Die Roten have a wealth of quality on their bench to call upon.
FULL TIME! DORTMUND WIN THE GERMAN SUPER CUP! Die Schwarzgelben defeat Bayern 2-0, courtesy of goals from Mkhitaryan and Aubameyang, with the hosts looking incredibly comfortable throughout. Back to the drawing board for Pep, despite the Bundesliga champions having key players missing.
Dortmund showed great desire and intensity, interrupting Bayern's passing play and ensuring a brilliant evening for Klopp's side. It's a reality check for Die Roten, given that the hosts were also missing plenty of important first-team players themselves.
That's all that we have time for from Signal Iduna Park, as Dortmund defeat Bayern 2-0 to win the German Super Cup and it could have been more. I've been Simon Harrison and I hope to see you again next time.
