Cabella is sent sprawling to the turf yet again, as the Montpellier man doesn't really have the frame for physical battles. Norway continue to press and harry, but just can't manage to convert their energy into chances.
90' +1
S. Ringstad enters the game and replaces M. Linnes.
We're into the first of three minutes of stoppage time.
90'
REMY! Another good effort from the French striker from 20 yards, but Nyland stretches up an arm to turn the ball over the crossbar! The young shot-stopper has been Norway's only real performer tonight.
89'
With only a few minutes left, it's certain that France will manage to beat Norway in a friendly fixture. Norway's poor form continues, with Hogmo's men failing to look threatening throughout. They've been utterly toothless.
87'
Important intervention from Linnes, as the right-back steals possession from Cabella on the edge of the box as the Montepellier man looked to release an unmarked Sissoko on the far side.
86'
Brilliant save from Nyland! The Norwegian keeper gets down to his right hand side fantastically to palm away Remy's close-range effort, as the Molde man looks to keep the scoreline as modest as possible.
85'
Digne displays why he's in the squad currently, composedly bringing the ball down several times under pressure. France are happy to close this game out, they've scored goals and inspired the public. Sakho does well to head a Norwegian free-kick clear from deep in his own box.
83'
Norway are holding onto the ball well, but are really struggling to break down this French outfit. After working some space down the right hand side, Hogmo's men are forced all the way back to their goalkeeper. The crowd groan.
81'
Into the last ten minutes and France are more than happy to slow the game down, with Ruffier taking his time. The deputy goalkeeper has been solid in the absence of Mandanda and Lloris, commanding his area well and making saves when required.
80'
R. Cabella enters the game and replaces Y. Cabaye.
Minute
Description
79'
France are happy to sit in numbers off the ball and absorb any Norwegian pressure, before springing counter-attacks. The introduction of Remy has allowed for the hosts to be patient, before releasing the former Newcastle hitman.
77'
J. Samuelsen enters the game and replaces M. Møller Dæhli.
Another switch for Norway, as Daehli is replaced by Samuelsen. Hogmo is clearly unhappy to leave this stadium without a goal to his side's name, throwing on another striker. The Cardiff youngster looked tidy in possession, but couldn't find the decisive pass.
75'
Norway haven't been able to offer anything in the way of resistance in the second half, with Linnes not having the best game - considering that both him and Nordtveit need to prove themselves to Hogmo. The visitors can't wait to get back to their own dressing room.
74'
R. Mavuba enters the game and replaces B. Matuidi.
73'
Less than 20 minutes remain and France continue to press for more goals. Cabaye seeks out former teammate Debuchy with a crossfield pass, but there's too much on it and Nyland claims. This has been a total demolition job, France are leaving the country in the best possible way.
72'
A. Konradsen enters the game and replaces A. Tettey.
V. Berisha enters the game and replaces T. Elyounoussi.
71'
Good strong hand from Nyland! Matuidi finds Remy with a direct pass, before the former Newcastle striker attempts to thrash a low finish beyond the Norway goalkeeper. It's relentless from France, Norway are playing absolutely terribly.
70'
C. Grenier enters the game and replaces M. Valbuena.
69'
O. Giroud has scored a goal for France! Assist by M. Valbuena.
GOOOOOAL! IT'S FOUR! Valbuena clips an excellent cross to the near post, which Giroud loops over Nyland with a delightful header! The home crowd are in great voice, expectations are certainly rising with every minute that passes.
67'
L. Rémy has scored a goal for France! Assist by M. Debuchy.
GOOOOOAL! It's turning into a rout, with the substitute making the difference! Loic Remy is slipped in behind Norway's defensive line and makes no mistake, slotting a finish beyond Nyland with ease. Fantastic assist from Debuchy. France lead 3-0!
65'
L. Rémy enters the game and replaces A. Griezmann.
France now make a substitution, with Griezmann receiving a warm reception from the crowd as he makes his way to the bench. He's shown pace and direction, but started to fade somewhat as the game progressed. A good option off the bench at the World Cup.
64'
Another change for Norway, with Josh King replaced by Havard Nielsen. The former Manchester United youngster put in plenty of effort, but didn't have the final ball to trouble France - but for one passage of play which resulted in Hogli testing Ruffier.
63'
H. Nielsen enters the game and replaces J. King.
62'
Awful touch from Griezmann! Sissoko gallops down the right hand side, before cutting an incisive inside pass to the Real Sociedad man. His control lets him down hugely, bobbling off his shin and out of play for a goal kick. He looks to the heavens despairingly.
60'
Half an hour remains, with both managers perhaps thinking of trying out some different personnel or tactical ideas due to this practically being settled as a contest. Norway have been incredibly toothless all game, with Elyounoussi now failing to capitalise on a half chance.
58'
CABAYE! The former Lille midfielder takes a touch out of his feet before unleashing a ferocious effort from range, which has Nyland scrambling. The young goalkeeper decides to allow the ball to zip wide of his post, however.
57'
D. Braaten enters the game and replaces R. Jenssen.
VALBUENA! The diminutive attacking midfielder dips a poor effort over the crossbar, after Matuidi's initial effort was blocked by Nordtveit. Jenssen is replaced by Braaten, with the former Rosenborg forward looking to offer more up top for the away side.
55'
Sakho and Koscielny are both caught out by the pace of Elyounoussi, but the Norwegian forward is beaten to a loose touch by Ruffier. The St Etienne goalkeeper goes down briefly, after possibly straining a muscle, but opts to continue playing. He knows that he has a big opportunity to make an impression tonight.
54'
Johansen tries his luck from 25 yards, looking to curl an effort inside Ruffier's top right corner, but a deflection takes the ball instead straight towards the French goalkeeper. Another comfortable stop.
53'
A dream start to the second half for France, who have doubled their advantage. The hosts almost manage to find a third, but Giroud and Koscielny can't quite stretch to turn home another Valbuena free-kick delivery, with the latter only able to poke the ball wide of the post.
51'
O. Giroud has scored a goal for France! Assist by M. Valbuena.
GOOOOOOAL! FRANCE HAVE THEIR SECOND THROUGH GIROUD! What a fantastic finish by the former Montpellier man! He's released by Cabaye, before his first touch sits up invitingly. Striking the ball on the half volley, he dips a phenomenal finish over Nyland and into the top corner!
50'
Valbuena releases Giroud down the left hand channel, but the Arsenal striker's clipped cross from the byeline finds noone. France continue to move the ball around well, before Cabaye fires a poor effort straight at Nyland from 25 yards.
48'
A couple of changes for the home side, as Paul Pogba takes his leave for Moussa Sissoko and Lucas Digne comes on as a youthful replacement for Patrice Evra. It appears that the young Juve midfielder might have already proven his case to be an integral part of the squad in Brazil.
46'
M. Sissoko enters the game and replaces P. Pogba.
L. Digne enters the game and replaces P. Evra.
We are underway in the second half at Stade de France! The hosts have a slender advantange, with Norway having grown into the game after the half hour mark. Deschamps will be keen to see a strong start to this period!
45'
Cabaye strikes the free-kick straight into the wall, with Griezmann unable to do anything with the rebound. France rebuild from the back, with a fantastic crossfield ball from Sakho finding Valbuena, but Hangeland is able to nod away the Olympique Marseille man's cross.
44'
A. Tettey gets yellow.
The first yellow card of the evening is shown for a cynical foul by Tettey. Valbuena is brought to ground by the Norwich midfielder as the diminutive Frenchman looked to ghost into the penalty area. France have a free-kick in a good area.
42'
HOGLI! DAEHLI! The left-back finds himself in the penalty area, before being given a smart pass by King. Hogli manages to get plenty of power on a near post effort, but Ruffier palms it away - before Cabaye makes the block to deny Daehli.
41'
Less than five minutes until the break, with Norway enjoying a good spell. The away side break down the left flank and Jenssen chops an intelligent pass in towards Daehli, but the Cardiff youngster's cross is turned behind for a corner. Ruffier claims the resulting set piece.
39'
TETTEY! The Norwich midfielder manages to finally call Ruffier into action! The visiting man turns Matuidi with ease, before unleashing a low drive towards the bottom right corner. France's deputy shot-stopper gets down well to smother.
37'
Good work from Griezmann! The Real Sociedad winger breaks down the right flank, before cutting a cross back to the penalty spot for Giroud. The Arsenal striker shapes to try his luck, but instead opts to leave the pass for a supporting player, but nobody in a France shirt is sat on the edge of the box.
36'
Daehli receives possession on the left flank, before ghosting past Pogba, but the physical French youngster manages to recover and muscle the former Molde midfielder off the ball. Though Norway are clearly comfortable in possession and have some classy operators, they're really not creating anything.
34'
Ten minutes until the break and there's a sense of the supporters wanting to see another French goal. It's been a composed and solid outing from the hosts, but Giroud hasn't received a great deal of service and Griezmann and Valbuena have faded from prominence.
32'
King has been somewhat of a thorn in France's side, with both his and Elyounoussi's movement causing a few problems for Les Bleus. Thus far, Norway haven't managed to register a shot on target, but Hogmo can feel slightly more encouraged by his charges' resurgence.
30'
Nordtveit manages to get his head on a back post corner delivery, but the former Arsenal defender can only nod wide of the upright. Ruffier remains relatively untested, but Norway are creeping slowly back into contention. They look a much better side in possession, as their defensive line has proven a little frail.
28'
The atmosphere has toned down inside the Stade de France somewhat, but the supporters roar back into action whenever a French player drives into the opposition final third. Deschamps' men are exciting to watch, with real verve and flair in advanced areas - it could be an interesting concoction for the World Cup.
26'
NORDTVEIT! The Borussia Monchengladbach midfielder drives an effort underneath France's jumping wall, but the ball zips off the turf and wide of the near post. Ruffier was unsighted and berates his defenders for not preventing the Norwegian effort from reaching his goal.
25'
Norway have really struggled to hold onto possession thus far, but King earns a free-kick for his side after the Blackburn Rovers forward is felled by Matuidi. It's just about within shooting distance for the visitors.
23'
Sakho ensures that Ruffier doesn't have to make his first save of the game, turning Norway's first dangerous free-kick out for their second corner. Nordtveit whips in a delivery, but Hangeland is penalised for pushing the France goalkeeper to the ground.
22'
Hogli breaks down the left hand side, winning a corner for Norway as Debuchy stands in his way. Daehli is fouled on the edge of the penalty area, after the set piece was taken short, as Valbuena jumps in with two feet on the Cardiff youngster. No card, however.
20'
The opening 20 minutes have passed with France in total control, with Norway's midfield prospects not having any opportunity to affect proceedings. The optimism and feel-good factor is almost tangible inside Stade de France, with a Mexican wave already starting to make its way around the crowd.
18'
POGBA! He's certainly in the mood tonight! The former Manchester United midfielder drives through the heart of midfield, with Norway's defence continuing to drop off. His eventual strike whistles past the attempted block of Hangeland, but also heads wide of Nyland's upright.
17'
Well, France have the goal which they deserve. Their extended pressure has finally come to fruition, with Ruffier having absolutely nothing to do between their posts. The likes of Griezmann, Valbuena and Pogba have been unleashed with brilliant effect thus far.
15'
P. Pogba has scored a goal for France! Assist by M. Valbuena.
GOOOOOOAL! POGBA HEADS HOME THE OPENER! Valbuena delivers an enticing cross from the left hand side, which the young Juventus midfielder steers home with a wonderful headed touch. Nyland can't get anywhere near it! It's 1-0 to France!
14'
The home side are having some real joy down their right flank at the moment, with Debuchy and Valbuena running riot. Their deliveries haven't been too dangerous though, given the large presences of Hangeland and Nordtveit in the Norwegian penalty area.
12'
Pogba receives some applause from the French supporters, as his roulette turn leaves Jenssen wrong-footed. He's been vibrant whenever he gets on the ball, but his distribution hasn't quite been up to scratch.
10'
CABAYE! The PSG dips a speculative half volley at goal from 20 yards, but sees his effort fly narrowly wide of the far post. Nyland was grounded and motionless, he wasn't getting anywhere near that.
9'
Poor defending from Hogli! The left-back loses possession to Debuchy on the Norwegian flank, allowing for the Newcastle man to whip in a decent cross. He's fortunate that his teammate Nordtveit makes a headed clearance.
7'
A lull in play, with the home crowd starting to get on their team's back a little. Hogmo's men are growing into the game somewhat, enjoying some possession and settling down in a hostile atmosphere.
5'
Nearly a big mistake from Sakho, as tonight's France captain takes one touch too many inside his own penalty area. King nearly robs the physical defender of the ball, but the Liverpool man gets lucky and is just about able to poke a clearance out of play.
4'
Good start from France, but a knock to Elyounoussi means that there is a brief stoppage in play while the Norwegian forward receives some treatment. Griezmann has looked bright in the opening stages, earning him some adulation from the home crowd.
2'
GRIEZMANN! The Real Sociedad forward turns Valbuena's free-kick delivery towards goal with a deft header, but Nyland is at his best to turn the Frenchman's header over the bar! From the resulting corner, the Norway goalkeeper makes a fantastic save to deny Giroud from close-range!
1'
We are underway in the first half, after both national anthems were played over the loudspeakers of Stade de France! This should be a great game, with a rather large attendance to match. The French public appear to want to give their national heroes a strong send-off before Les Blues head to Brazil.
Hello and welcome to live coverage of France's international friendly against Norway, as Didier Deschamps attempts to learn more about his squad options for the upcoming World Cup in Brazil. For Norway, this match constitutes an opportunity to field players from outside of the Tippeligaen, with plenty of well-known personnel from European football involved in Paris tonight.
I'm Simon Harrison and I will be keeping you updated with all of the action, as France name an interesting starting eleven of experience and fringe players. Given the close proximity of the World Cup in Brazil, Deschamps appears keen to allow all of his preliminary squad to prove themselves before competitive games begin again.
TEAM NEWS: Stephane Ruffier starts in goal for France, with Hugo Lloris on the bench, as the St Etienne goalkeeper replaced the injured Steve Mandanda in the squad earlier this month. Mamadou Sakho gets a central defensive place, with Yohan Cabaye, Paul Pogba and Mathieu Valbuena given opportunities to impress in midfield. Olivier Giroud starts in attack with support from young winger Antoine Griezmann.
TEAM NEWS: Orjan Nyland is preferred in goal for the away side, with Molde's Martin Linnes given a huge chance to prove his worth in defence. Young midfielder Mots Daelhi operates from attacking midfield, with Havard Nordtveit also having a point to make. Stefan Johansen is a man to watch, after great performances for both Celtic and Stromgodset in recent seasons, with the pacey Josh King able to support Tarik Elyounoussi from the right flank.
It remains to be seen how Norway will line up, with possibility for Stefan Johansen to start on the right hand side of midfield and for Josh King to do plenty of chasing up top. Plenty of pace and ability to press from this Norwegian side, with the odd bit of experience in Brede Hangeland and Ruben Yttergard Jenssen to complement the youthful picks.
France have never defeated Norway in a friendly match, but Deschamps will be hoping to change that record tonight - especially as Hogmo's side haven't managed a win in their last three non-competitive outings. There might be a few rusty legs out there, but France's personnel can't afford to be slack with a potential World Cup starting place at stake.
With only five minutes until kick-off, be sure to stick around for all of the action between two nations who have improved in leaps and bounds during the past couple of years. Plenty is at stake at a personal level, even if it's a friendly!
HALF TIME! The last attack of the opening 45 minutes comes to nothing, with Hangeland able to turn away Evra's cross from the byeline. The two teams head into the dressing room with France holding a slender lead - courtesy of Pogba's second goal for Les Bleus.
Be sure to stick around, as the second half should be underway within ten minutes. There are plenty of options on both respective benches, with Deschamps in particular able to introduce the likes of Franck Ribery and Loic Remy in attack.
FULL TIME! France say goodbye to Paris in the best possible way, thrashing Norway 4-0 at Stade de France. A brace from Giroud and goals from Pogba and Remy ensure that Deschamps' men complete a very routine win. Hogmo's men just failed to turn up.
France head to the World Cup in brilliant fashion, raising expectations with a dominant win. Valbuena ran the show from midfield, with all involved turning in a good performance. Norway looked toothless throughout, with it being no surprise that deputy keeper Ruffier picked up a clean sheet.
That's all that we have time for this evening, as France demolished Norway 4-0 in the run-up to Brazil. I've been Simon Harrison and I hope to see you all again next time.
