83'
Motta goes down in the Lyon half and coach Remi Garde is incredulous, as he maintains that it was no foul. Free-kick nonetheless, and Lyon turn it behind for a corner via Gomis.
81'

Lyon coach Remi Garde now animated on the touchline as his side chase the game, being just one goal behind. Lacazette on the near side beats his marker but his cross is poor, and cleared by Alex.

YELLOW CARD - Milan Bisevac: Ednnson Cavani is upended by Bisevac, who is subsequently booked.

68'
N. Fekir enters the game and replaces S. Malbranque.
Into the final quarter of the game, as Lyon ramp up the pressure on the Parisiens as they search for the equaliser. They are readying another substitution.
65'
Thiago Silva is back on, but the captain ditches the mask as he fearlessly plays on without one. Huge risk, especially just eight weeks before the World Cup. Should avoid the aerial challenges then.
64'
Thiago Silva's mask falls off, and the referee orders him off the field of play but promising him "No yellow card" - PSG momentarily down to ten men for now.
62'
Lyon running at the PSG defence with confidence as Mvuemba links with Lacazette, who drills in a cross which is decently saved by Nicholas Douchez. Past the hour mark now.
60'
Lyon's president Jean Michel Aulas watches on wringing his hands in anticipation after his side's comeback into the game. He had tweeted at half-time his dislike for the referee's unjust penalty decision.
58'
At the other end PSG have a half-chance through Lavezzi, who turns his marker but cannot fire at Lopes, and Lyon breathe again as they clear the ball away. Higher tempo to the cup final one more!
57'
The goal has provided Lyon with the impetus to really drive at the Parisiens. A fine goal from Lacazette, who has his 21st goal of the season. Just behind Cavani's total. Can Lyon go further?
56'
A. Lacazette has scored a goal for Lyon!
GOAL!! Lyon 1-2 PSG - LACAZETTE!! Game on! What a goal. PSG are dropping off Lyon as Lacazette drives forward and Gomis is unopposed. He brings a defender along for the ride and strikes low past Douchez. The stadium erupts!

Lyon preparing a substitution as the former French champions look unbelievably lethargic at the other end. Nicholas Douchez has barely had a touch during the game.
51'
PSG fashioning an opening at the other end as Thiago Motta does well on the edge of the box to create a bit of space, but the cross into the box finds no navy shirt, and it goes out of play.
49'
Lyon begin the fight back as Dabo resurrects an attacking move from the left. They switch the play with ease, but Tolisso is beaten again to the loose ball, and it is PSG who counter.
48'
Lyon start the second half gingerly as Alexandre Lacazette is blocked by Alex, as the champions maintain possession of the ball.
46'
UNDERWAY IN THE SECOND HALF. Lyon get us going, attacking from right to left.
45'
HALF-TIME: Olympique Lyonnais 0-2 Paris Saint-Germain
43'
PSG stretching the play nicely as Matuidi drives forward and spots Maxwell on the overlap. Gomis spots it too, and he tracks back. Surely you'd want goal-threat Gomis at the other end? Tolisso out of position once more.
41'
Oh, Lyon have a corner from nothing. Thiago Silva takes it into his own hands to head a seemingly harmless ball into the box past his own keeper and behind for a corner. Mistimed communication.
40'
A goal before the break would put Lyon back into the match, as Gonalons starts the play from midfield. Towards Dabo, who moves into the central position and switches the play. Crossed into the box, but Maxwell clears the ball.
38'
Garde had called upon his side to banish the memory of their 2012 defeat in his press conference this week after a listless display. But his young side are finding it difficult to do so.
37'
Remi Garde continues to watch on helpless as his team continue to be ripped to shreds by the pace and quality of the opposition. Free-kick against Cavani after a late challenge on Umtiti.
35'
CAVANI FOR THE HAT-TRICK! NO! He blazes it over! PSG could've been out of sight now. Lyon are reeling, as Lucas beats Mvuemba for pace and cuts in on his left. He picks up Cavani unmarked on the far side of the box, but he puts it over the bar!
33'
Penalty goal scored by E. Cavani for PSG!
GOAL! Lyon 0-2 Paris Saint-Germain: Cavani powers the penalty into the net after the contentious decision, and it's now Paris' to lose. Lyon look down and out already.
Controversy continues to reign as Lyon surround referee Stephane Lannoy. The foul occurred clearly outside the box, but questions remain on Anthony Lopes' actions anyway. PSG have put clear daylight between them and Lyon now.
31'
Anthony Lopes gets yellow.
YELLOW CARD - Anthony Lopes (Lyon): Long ball forward from Verratti is met by Lucas, who is clattered into by Lopes. The foul occurred outside the box, so it's a controversial decision. The referee nonetheless, decides against sending the young keeper off.
30'
PENALTY TO PARIS SAINT-GERMAIN!
29'
Poor decision from the referee. Dallying on the ball by PSG costs them as Lacazette disposses Verratti and Malbranque goes clear. He gets to the ball via a slide tackle, but catches Silva in the process, but it was a clean tackle.
28'
Corner wasted by the Parisiens, as it is cleared easily by Lyon. Nevertheless, the champions maintain domination of the ball, and les Gones are struggling to get anywhere near it.
26'
Tempo has died down in recent minutes, but Paris Saint-Germain continue to pose a few problems at the other end as Matuidi wins a corner, seeing his cross blocked by Corentin Tolisso.
24'
Paris Saint-Germain could still win a trophy this week also. If Monaco lose in the Mediterranean Derby tomorrow, PSG will seal the Ligue 1 title if they beat Evian in Wednesday's re-arranged game.
22'
Fouls becoming more prevalent as the referee deals with a couple more stoppages in play. Former French president Nicolas Sarkozy is in the stands, watching his beloved Paris Saint-Germain who are ahead.
20'
It's been an intriguing opening 20 minutes at the Stade de France, with PSG leading 1-0 through Cavani's third minute goal. Lyon have not yet settled into their rhythm, and still look a bit lethargic.
19'
Gomis is free after latching onto a loose ball, but Maxwell recovers to track back and close out the striker, and wins a free-kick after getting in front of the ball. Could've been a serious opening.
18'
M. Verratti gets yellow.
17'
YELLOW CARD - Marco Verratti: Typical booking from the young Italian who is cautioned for dissent, after refusing to listen to the referee. The ref's microphone makes it handy to listen to Verratti's excuses, but Lannoy is having none of it.
16'
Free-kick to Lyon after Malbranque is upended, and the referee warns Cavani to keep his cool as Matuidi is given a final warning. A strong challenge on the midfielder.
15'
GOAL? NO. Offside. PSG have the ball into the net after Alex turns it in from a Thiago Motta free-kick. The Lyon defence is at sixes and sevens, but the goal is ruled out. Remi Garde stands silently on the touchline.
14'
CAVANI!! What a strike. Fantastic ball over the top from Verratti, headed away by Bisevac. Into the path of Cavani who unleashes a superb stinging effort, which is palmed away by Lopes. Lyon on the brink.
13'
Steed Malbranque, fielded tonight in the Lyon side, remains the only survivor from the side that won the club's last and only Coupe de la Ligue trophy in 2001.
11'
Cavani attempts to latch onto the loose pass forward, and shakes off the defender to race into a one-on-one. Lovely pass from Verratti, but Lopes rushes out to save.
10'
GOMIS! Lyon should be level. Another fine delivery from the set-piece, and Gomis rises highest to meet the ball, and heads straight at Douchez who makes the save on the line.
9'
Corner to Lyon. Taken in well from the right, but Douchez gets only a few fingers to it as Lyon maintain possession of the ball. Dabo reclaims the rebound, and wins another corner for his efforts.
7'
Lyon hitting back now. PSG uncertain at the back. Dabo is released on the left after fine work on the overlap. Threatening cross into the corner and Thiago Silva is forced to clear it behind for a corner.
6'
GOMIS!! Unlucky. Lyon. Lacazette races forward on the right, with Thiago Silva standing off. Centres it for Gomis in the middle, but the burly striker forces it wide.
5'
Lyon coach Remi Garde looks on stony-faced as PSG take a quick lead. A momentary lapse at the back has cost them. But they are through on goal now through Lacazette.
4'
E. Cavani has scored a goal for PSG!
GOAL!! Lyon 0-1 PSG - CAVANI!! PSG draw first blood in the final. A fine move from the champions, as Lavezzi backheels into the path of Cavani. Maxwell in the thick of it, and Cavani beats Lopes to turn it into the corner. PSG 1-0 up.
3'
Free-kick to Lyon after Verratti commits a foul on Gomis. We can hear Stephane Lannoy's decision making via microphone, an interesting feature. He reprimands Verratti.
2'
Energetic start fro Bafetimbi Gomis who drives forward unopposed. He strikes from 40 yards out, but strikes wide of Douchez's goal.

UNDERWAY IN SAINT-DENIS! The 2014 Coupe de la Ligue final gets underway at the Stade de France. Paris Saint-Germain get us started, attacking from right to left.
Good evening and welcome to LIVE! coverage of the 2014 Coupe de la Ligue final between Olympique Lyonnais and Paris Saint-Germain at Stade de France. I'm Mohammed Ali, and I'll be bringing you the action.
It's the 20th final of the Coupe de la Ligue - the French League Cup, and provides the opportunity of either PSG or Lyon winning the first silverware of the French season. This is both teams' fifth final - PSG winning three and losing one, and Lyon winning one and losing three.
For Lyon, the Coupe de la Ligue final comes on the back of a stunning 1-0 win over Paris Saint-Germain just last weekend in Ligue 1. Les Gones will be aiming for a double victory in six days to pile the pressure on Laurent Blanc.
Lyon will also be aiming to win only their second Coupe de la Ligue title, having lost in the final against Olympique de Marseille in 2012. Dejan Lovren, now of Southampton, was sent off as Brandao (last year's matchwinner with Saint-Etienne) won Marseille their third in a row victory.
The pressure is on at PSG, even if club president Nasser al-Khelaifi says otherwise. Consecutive defeats to Chelsea and Lyon in their last two games have put pressure on coach Laurent Blanc. A third defeat tonight - the second in a week to Lyon - would surely leave Blanc, previously untouchable, on the brink.
Just two and a half weeks ago, PSG were on course for a title, but even if they have the Ligue 1 title more or less sown up, failure to win a domestic cup - still eluding the Qatari-backed side - would surely mean there has been no tangible improvement since the days of Carlo Ancelotti.
Should PSG win the Coupe de la Ligue tonight, they would become the most decorated side in the competition's history. Currently, they are tied with Olympique de Marseille and Bordeaux on three apiece.
PARIS SAINT-GERMAIN: Douchez - Jallet, Alex, Silva, Maxwell - Motta, Matuidi, Verratti - Lavezzi, Cavani, Lucas Moura
TEAM NEWS: Remi Garde has made a few changes, as Alexandre Lacazette regains his starting place. Samuel Umtiti replaces the injured Bakary Kone. For PSG, cup goalkeeper Nicholas Douchez starts, as Lucas is preferred to Javier Pastore.
Tonight's referee is Stephane Lannoy, who also officiated Lyon's 0-1 defeat to Marseille in the 2012 final. Recently, he was criticised for his performance in Man City's Champions League defeat to FC Barcelona.
Fifteen minutes until kick-off in Paris. A big evening for both sides. A big match ahead of us in the final of the 2014 Coupe de la Ligue.
The opening ceremony of the Coupe de la Ligue final gets underway. From the helicopter perched above the pitch at the Stade de France, one man jumps out, carrying the trophy. The French don't do things half-heartedly.
The teams, led out by Maxime Gonalons and Thiago Silva, arrive onto the pitch, and are met by a thunderous applause. 80,000 inside the Stade de France, at the end of a pleasant day in Paris.
Both Laurent Blanc and Remi Garde are coaching in their second Coupe de la Ligue final, both were beaten by Marseille in the 2010 and 2012 editions of the tournament.
HT: LYO 0-2 PSG: The club from the capital are 45 minutes away from a record fourth Coupe de la Ligue final after an energetic first half. Goals from Cavani, including a controversial penalty, have put them in the driving seat.
The sides are out in the second half. Milan Bisevac gives a word of advice to beleaguered colleagues Corentin Tolisso and Arnold Mvuemba, but we are ready to go.
FT: LYO 1-2 PSG - PSG ARE WINNERS OF THE COUPE DE LA LIGUE! A fine, gritty performance from Laurent Blanc's men who had to fight for the trophy in the second half.
The Lyon players clearly upset by another Coupe de la Ligue final capitulation. But for Paris Saint-Germain, it is another story. Sheer joy for Thiago Silva and co. who have eventually come good to win the trophy.
Lyon have now lost four of their five CdL finals. PSG are the first team to win four Coupe de la Ligue titles, moving ahead on their own past Marseille and Bordeaux who have won three each.
For Lyon's youthful side, it is a painful reminder of how football works out. After a poor start, they just left themselves with too much to do. PSG's last shot on target was Cavani's match winner on 32 minutes.
Lyon - the runners-up, go up to receive their medals from the Ligue de Football Professionel. Headed by Maxime Gonalons. It is a sobering walk up the stairs.
And it is now Paris Saint-Germain who go up to receive their trophies - yes, no medals for the winners, but smaller versions of the Coupe de la Ligue. Headed by Blaise Matuidi.
PARIS SAINT-GERMAIN LIFT THE COUPE DE LA LIGUE TROPHY!! Chants of 'Ole Ole Ole' go up as Thiago Silva lifts the golden trophy high into the Parisian sky. Congratulations to Paris Saint-Germain!
That's it from our Coupe de la Ligue final coverage. Thanks for sticking out with us tonight. Congratulations to Paris, commiserations to Lyon. Good night!
