Dikgacoi brings down Carroll 25 yards out, gifting West Ham with their last opportunity to score an equaliser. Noble whips in the free kick but it's too short, and Crystal Palace are able to fire it back out of their penalty area.
90' +2
J. Parr enters the game and replaces Y. Bolasie.
All West Ham can do now is send more balls into the heart of the Crystal Palace penalty area and hope for the best. However, none of them are finding their way past the visiting side's defence, and they seem to be running out of ideas as the full time whistle approaches.
90'
West Ham have pushed so many bodies forward, but they can't seem to find a way past the Crystal Palace defence. A plethora of long diagonal balls are sent in towards Carlton Cole and Carroll in the penalty area, but, after having to deal with them for the vast majority of the game, the Crystal Palace defence are finding them easy to deal with.
Carlton Cole is brought to the ground by Jedinak in front of goal, resulting in the West Ham fans crying for a penalty. However, like so many times before, Martin Artkinson waves play on.

82'
G. Murray enters the game and replaces C. Jerome.
West Ham are lacking pace and precision in the final third as they push for an equalising goal, allowing Crystal Palace plenty of time to fall back and arrange themselves before holding firm and cutting out attack after attack.
80'
Crystal Palace patiently push forward, and the ball once again ends up with Bolasie. This time, however, McCartney gets the better of him, throwing himself in front of his attempted cross-cum-shot to send it out for a corner.
78'
J. Cole enters the game and replaces S. Downing.
Tomkins forces Puncheon into the corner of the pitch and pushes him up to the corner flag, but the Crystal Palace winger escapes by cheekily putting the ball through the legs of the West Ham defender, which delights the visiting fans.

However, the angle is too tight his shot rolls wide of the post.

And we're off once again!

35'
West Ham are exerting so much pressure on the Crystal Palace defence, leading to an almighty scramble near the far post. And we're off! West Ham get us underway, kicking from right to left.
Good afternoon and welcome to the live text commentary of today's Premier League game between West Ham United and Crystal Palace. My name is Ben Cullimore and I will be keeping you up-to-date with all of the action from Upton Park.
First, let's have have a look at how the two teams will line up, starting with the hosts…
West Ham United starting line-up: Adrian; McCartney, Reid, Tomkins, Armero; Jarvis, Nolan, Noble, Diame, Downing; Carroll
West Ham United substitutes: Jaaskelainen, O'Brien, Taylor, Johnson, J. Cole, Nocerino, C. Cole
Sam Allardyce has made two changes to the side that were beaten 3-1 by Arsenal on Tuesday evening. Replacing Guy Demel is George McCartney, whilst, in midfield, Kevin Nolan returns to the starting line-up to replace Antonio Nocerino, who drops to the bench.
Meanwhile, Tony Pulis has decided to make just one change to the Crystal Palace side that picked up a fantastic 3-2 victory away to Everton on Wednesday. Kagiso Digkacoi comes into the starting line up, replacing former West Ham loanee Marouane Chamakh.
Crystal Palace are easily in the better form of the two sides coming into this afternoon's clash, with four wins in a row under their belts, including impressive victories against both Chelsea and Everton. Since taking over in November, Tony Pulis has led his side to 10 victories, lifting them up to 11th place in the table ahead of today's game. A win here will move them equal on points with his former team Stoke, if the Potters are beaten by struggling Cardiff City in their clash at Cardiff City Stadium this afternoon.
As for West Ham, they have stumbled somewhat recently, with a run of two victories and five defeats in their last seven league games leaving them in 12th place, seven points above the relegation zone. However, their home form has been impressive, winning four out of their last six games. With tough clashes against Tottenham Hotspur and Manchester City ahead, today's game is a must-win for the Hammers.
The sun is shining brightly in east London as the two teams make their way onto the pitch, with both sets of fans in fine voice.
Everybody inside Upton Park rises to their feet to applaud the memory of Dylan Tombides, the young West Ham striker who tragically died on Friday at the age of 20 after a three-year battle with testicular cancer.
HT: WEST HAM UNITED 0-0 CRYSTAL PALACE
Despite impressive moments for both sides, it remains goalless at half time. Crystal Palace arguably started the stronger of two teams, but West Ham forced their way back into the game as the half wore on, and Speroni has been called on several times to deal with the aerial threat of Carroll. For now, the Crystal Palace defence are on top, but with each wave of strong attacking movements, particularly down both flanks, the West Ham forwards are getting nearer to opening the scoring.
The two sides are back on the pitch ahead of the second half. No substitutions have been made so far.
FT: WEST HAM UNITED 0-1 CRYSTAL PALACE
Tony Pulis' Crystal Palace side go marching on after yet another fantastic performance. At times they were arguably second best, but their defence held firm and dealt with the continuous aerial assault from the hosts, matching them physically before hitting them on the counter attack down the wings, which West Ham's defenders found difficult to deal with. Bolasie was particularly excellent, as was Puncheon down the right flank, but the entire team's organisation and togertherness is the reason why they are able to return to Selhurst Park with all three points.
The victory extends Crystal Palace's winning streak to five games, and means that they have now won three consecutive Premier League away games for the first time in their history. They now have two tough clashes at home to Manchester City and Liverpool, before travelling to London rivals Fulham on the last day of the season.
As for West Ham, they have now lost their last three consecutive league games, and remain just seven points clear of the relegation zone with three games left to play. They face 16th-place West Bromwich Albion next weekend in arguably their last winnable game of the season, before difficult games against Tottenham Hotspur and Manchester City in May.
My name's Ben Cullimore and it's been a pleasure describing the action to you today. Have a great Easter!
