GOAL - Bayern 2-0 Hannover: Poor defending from Hannover once again. Marcelo the culprit, as he takes a swipe at the ball allowing Robben to be released on the edge of the area. The initial strike is saved by Zieler who spills, as Ribery tucks it into the far corner. Neat.
63'
Ribery with the effort from the edge of the area, and it rises over the bar. Not a good attempt from the Frenchman in such a prime area. Power rather than accuract.
61'

40'
YA KONAN! Oh, what a strike. Hits the crossbar! Rafinha caught dallying on the ball and Ya Konan uses his strength to claim the ball and send a powerful strike off the crossbar via a deflection from Sobiech it seems.
38'
NEUER! Good save at the other end from the Bayern man. Stindl with a good pass forward for Prib to chase, but Neuer races off his line to claim possession. Brilliant.

F. Ribéry gets yellow.
YELLOW CARD - Ribery: Referee Tobias Stieler returns to the foul made by the Frenchman on Sobiech moments ago. Doesn't miss a trick, does he?
25'
POCOGNOLI! Over the bar. Good movement from the full-back who works himself a bit of space to get the ball away. From distance though, and it's always rising.
24'
SOBIECH! Chance of the game so far for the visitors. Great delivery from the left. An inswinger which Bayern fail to deal with, as Sobiech gets the slightest of touches to divert the ball wide.
23'
Hannover win a corner through Ya Konan after his speculative ball into the box is charged down. It's Prib over the set-piece.
22'
Ribery reprimanded for a foul on Sakai, as Schweinsteiger looks on with interest on the touchline. Pep Guardiola's side have been average in the first half thus far.
21'
Rafina cuts in on his left, towards Kroos in the middle, who in turn sets up Alaba to work some magic on the wing. The ball in is poor, as Hannover recover and clear.

14'
Coming upto a quarter of an hour played in Munich, but Bayern have been pretty pedestrian so far. Another speculative cross from deep goes out for a goal-kick.
11'
Good move from the visitors. Salif Sane with the superb cross-field pass towards Bittencourt. The cross is deep but wonderfully kept in by Artur Sobiech, but eventually cleared.
10'
Corner is an unsuccessful one as it's drilled in from the left towards Mario Mandzukic, but the Croatia international doesn't really get enough space in the box to make a real connection.
9'
Alaba with a superb run down the left, hoping to deliver in a first-time cross from the left. It's charged down by Sakai, as Bayern win a corner for their efforts.
8'
Foul from Leon Andreasen who upends Toni Kroos in the middle of the park. Free-kick for Bayern, but Hannover reclaim the ball, as Salif Sane fires hopelessly wide.
7'
MULLER! First real chance of note for Bayern Munich. A superb ball threaded through from Robben towards Muller. Zieler's off his line to try and thwart Muller wide, and it works as the Bayern forward hits the side netting.
5'
Good early pressure from the hosts, who already are posing a few problems for Hannover to contend with. Their midfield looks particularly efficient.
3'
Robben with a deft cross from the right, helped on by Rafinha towards Ribery on the left, but te ball goes out of play.
2'
Hannover almost in with a half-chance from the off, but Neuer rushes off his line to awkwardly clear the ball away.

KICK-OFF - Bayern get us going, attacking from right to left. They're wearing their rather smart third kit of white with brown shorts - inspired by Oktoberfest. Classy.
