I'm Ian Capasso and I'll be your host for today's action as the visitors look to take another step towards securing Champions League football for next season whilst the hosts hope to keep their slim chances of Europa League qualification alive.
The team sheets are in and lineups are available. Let's take a look at the home side first.
Wayne Routledge makes his return to the starting lineup for the Swans after coming off the bench against Arsenal, whilst Chico returns from injury to relaim his place in the first XI.
Big news for Spurs pre-match as Hugo Lloris is ruled out, leaving Brad Friedel to start in goal. Adebayor gets the nod up front, looking for his first Premier League goal since New Year's Day.
Swansea ramped up the offensive pressure in an effort to get themselves back in it as the crowd at the Liberty voiced their displeasure, but couldn't break through despite Nathan Dyer's free header from six yards out, which agonisingly cracked off the woodwork to keep the Swans scoreless.
Vertonghen soon turned provider, however, finding Bale on the edge of the area on 21 minutes for the Welsh wonder to beat Vorm spectacularly with an outside-of-the-boot strike.
Jan Vertonghen opened the scoring for the away side on 7 minutes, toe-poking past Vorm after making a scintillating run forward from defense and latching on to a sumptuous ball over the defence from Gareth Bale.
As we take a break from the action with the sides in the dressing rooms, let's have a quick recap of opening 45 minutes.
The Swans lead in terms of possession with 60% on the days to Spurs' 40% and also have more total shots with nine to Tottenham's five.
