My man of the match? I'll go with Felipe! The Siena defender might not be the obvious choice, but he's been key in helping keep the potent Inter strikeforce from battling back into this tie.
90' +3
Inter are pressing inside the Siena half, but it's not with the same desire as half an hour ago. They know they've been defeated.
90' +2
Ammar Shakeel @AmmarShakeel04) tweeted: "As of now it will only get more troublesome for Inter. They could make a comeback but need extra bit of strikeforce."
90' +1
Four minutes of added time have been given.
90'
We're into the last minute of normal time at the Artemio Franchi. Iachini's fuming after a foul goes against one of his Siena players, when he believes it should have been given in his favour.
88'
Nagatomo goes to ground on the edge of the ball on the left and wins a free kick... but substitute Walter Gargano lashes it straight into the wall. Poor, poor, poor.
87'
N. Belmonte gets yellow.
Three minutes to go. Siena have inevitably won this one, making it their sixth triumph of the Serie A season. Two of those will have come against Inter, impressively!
85'
W. Gargano enters the game and replaces F. Guarín.
F. Guarín gets yellow.
Guarin finally gets the yellow card he's been asking for, with a late tackle on Rubin. He's hauled off by Stramaccioni for his continuing recklessness immediately afterwards.
84'
The Nerazzurri press forwards with Rocchi and Guarin down the right but nothing comes to fruition in the final third.
83'
Palacio holds his head in his hands as he smashes the ball over - unmarked - from 12 yards out. A really poor shot from the striker.
Minute
Description
82'
E. Bogdani enters the game and replaces I. Emeghara.
Inter have been worse in this second half, though I expect a large part of that is due to Chivu's red card. Stramaccioni really needs to find a fix to this appalling away form.
80'
Siena defender Nicola Belmonte goes down with cramp and there's a break in play at the Artemio Franchi.
79'
Juan Jesus charges up the pitch after tackling Emeghara, but Guarin ends the attack with a poor shot. Inter's poor attacking in these past few minutes have summed up their performance this afternoon.
78'
F. Bolzoni enters the game and replaces A. Sestu.
77'
Nagatomo whips a truly rubbish cross in from the byline on the left, which loops out of play immediately for a Siena goal kick.
76'
Della Rocca has been excellent in the centre of midfield today. His passing and tackling have been equally admirable.
75'
Stramaccioni's looking stressed on the touchline. He knows the club's slim hopes of charging on Juventus at the top of Serie A are fast slipping away.
74'
Inter have never lost to Siena in Tuscany. Will today be the day that statistic bites the dust?
73'
T. Rocchi enters the game and replaces A. Cassano.
72'
Sestu manoeuvres into a great position, but his strike from 22 yards is weak and rolls slowly into Handanovic's hands.
71'
Bardia Boroomand (@bardia_broomand) tweeted: "Inter Is Going To Win This Game For Sure." I beg to differ, I'm afraid. Inter can draw at best, but I will eat my hat if they pull off a remarkable, three-goal comeback.
69'
F. Valiani enters the game and replaces A. Rosina.
Siena counter again. The ball from Rosina is a bit too heavy for Sestu, but he makes it to the ball before curling just wide from 20 yards.
68'
In all honesty, it's pretty impressive that Inter are attacking so heavily considering they have just 10 men on the pitch. A draw is not completely impossible, but a win is surely out of their reach.
66'
Felipe is down clutching his ankle, and Guarin strolls away grimly. The referee has a word with him for his rash tackle, but no card is given.
65'
Inter are piling forwards at every opportunity, but their one man disadvantage means they look vulnerable to Siena counterattacking.
63'
Inter's away form has been pretty rubbish, to say the least, this season. Their last win in Serie A away from San Siro was their surprise 3-1 win at Juventus. This that excellent high, however, they have yet to taste victory on their travels.
61'
Inter have less than half an hour on the clock to get anything from this game.
60'
Siena break away, and the sprint culminates in Rosina firing an effort on goal and forcing a save from Handanovic.
59'
Inter hit the crossbar! The visitors have maintained the pressure and Cassano sidefoots a fine effort against the woodwork, but it bounces down and is hoofed quickly away.
58'
Terrific save from Pegolo! Guarin fires a cracking free kick towards the bottom corner but the Siena goalkeeper leaps to his right to defy the Nerazzurri a goal back.
57'
M. Paci gets yellow.
It really is going to be hard for Inter to come back from this one now.
55'
Penalty goal scored by A. Rosina for Siena!
C. Chivu goes off after a red card!
RED CARD!! Chivu hauls down Emeghara inside the box and he's off!
GOAL!! Rosina calmly puts it into the bottom-left corner! It's now bottom-of-the-table Siena 3-1 Inter!
54'
Cassano give the ball away after a misunderstanding of where Nagatomo was.
53'
Rubin stays down after a Ranocchia tackle, but it was a seemingly solid tackle from the Inter defender.
52'
Mateo Kovacic, ho came on for Schelotto at half-time concedes a foul around the halfway line. Not the greatest of starts to the game for the Croatian...
50'
Inter have switched to a back four in this second half. It'll be interesting to see if it has any effect on the result...
48'
SliM PhreSh (@darkslimbwoi) tweeted: "Inter will bounce back....they need to find the holes between the rock solid siena defense......i want to Mateo as well."
46'
M. Kovačić enters the game and replaces E. Schelotto.
And we're back under way at the Artemio Franchi!
45'
One minute of added time to be played, as Siena take a corner from the right.
44'
Angelo volleys wide from 10 yards after Siena counterattacked down the left wing. The hosts are still looking threatening, it seems.
42'
Cafe (@brownpowder1903) tweeted: "Inter can make the comeback against Siena as long as they don't concede again before half time."
40'
Siena are defending excellently as Inter storm forwards with intent. Guarin's trickery sees him wiggle into the area, but his pass into the centre is inaccurate.
39'
Javier Zanetti decides that it is his turn to shoot on goal, but it fizzes over from 25 or so yards.
38'
Samir Handanovic claims a cross from the left and rolls it away to instigate an Inter attack.
37'
Whistles ring around the stadium as Inter camp inside the hosts' half. Nagatomo's dangerous ball into the box is palmed away by Pegolo before Schelotto can nod it in.
35'
Stramaccioni's side are looking increasingly agitated at the Artemio Franchi, where they're struggling to fashion a clear chance.
33'
Cassano is livid after not being given a penalty! The Italy international tumbles to ground in the area but nothing is given by the referee, who waves play on.
32'
Remember to get in touch on Twitter (@Miles_Chambers). I want to know if you think Inter can stage a comeback, or if Siena can hold on for an unlikely win!
30'
Kuzmanovic! He shoots from 30 yards, it takes a wicked deflection, and almost bounces into the back of the net after leaving Pegolo flat-footed!
28'
Just wide from Emeghara! The hosts are piling on the pressure and looking for a third already!
27'
Phwoar! I barely had time to breathe in between typing those entries! An absolute flurry of goals!
24'
A. Sestu has scored a goal for Siena! Assist by M. Rubin.
GOAL!! Another one, and it's Siena who retake the lead! A fine curling effort from 20 yards by Alessio Sestu. It floats right into the top corner! Siena 2-1 Inter!
22'
A. Cassano has scored a goal for Inter Milan! Assist by Z. Kuzmanović.
GOAL!! Inter strike back straight away! Cassano crosses into the box from the left and it evades everybody - including his team-mate Nagatomo who tries latching on to it - and nestles into the bottom-right corner of the net! Siena 1-1 Inter!
21'
I. Emeghara has scored a goal for Siena! Assist by M. Rubin.
GOAL!! Innocent Emeghara has put the ball into the back of the net for the hosts! Matteo Rubin legs it down the left into the box and crosses low for the on-loan striker to tap in from five yards! Siena 1-0 Inter!
20'
Guarin cleverly dummies to win a corner for the visitors. He's looked fantastic so far today.
19'
The referee ends the Siena pressure by blowing his whistle for a foul on inside the box. Everybody's at it inside the area, so I don't have a clue who exactly the foul was on, sadly!
18'
Cristian Chivu puts it out for a Siena a corner at the other end. It's end-to-end already, it seems!
16'
Pegolo comes to Siena's rescue once again! This time an acrobatic overhead kick from Juan Jesus forces a low, diving save from the Italian shot-stopper.
15'
Terrific interplay between Cassano and Palacio initiates an Inter move, which ends with a rasping shot from Guarin from 30 yards. It's going in too, until Pegolo pulls off a super save to tip it over for a corner!
14'
Iachini, sporting a Siena cap, barks orders from the touchline for his XI. Siena are growing into this game right now; they're no longer just stuck on the back foot.
12'
Nagatomo gets called back for offside after shooting just wide from 10 yards, so his miss won't matter much. A good run from the Japanese, mind you.
11'
Siena break down the left but Juan Jesus is on hand to clear when the poor cross comes bobbling in from Alessandro Rosina.
9'
Palacio ALMOST latches on to a long ball but the lofted through ball just evades him. He grimaces with frustration as Siena goalkeeper Gianluca Pegolo boots it up field.
8'
Nagatomo has gone down in the box, but it's the feeblest penalty appeal imaginable, and nothing is given, rightly.
7'
Siena are chasing Nerazzurri shadows right now. Their fans inside the Artemio Franchi are in full voice though!
6'
Cheeky free kick from Cassano! He passes into the box for Rodrigo Palacio from 40 yards or so out but the referee blows his whistle for offside.
4'
Summer signing Antonio Cassano gets his first touch. Inter are passing it around with panache in these early moments.
3'
Siena have a free kick on the left after a foul by Andrea Ranocchia. Nothing comes from it, however, other than a half-hearted, wide effort on goal by the Bianconeri.
2'
Zdravko Kuzmanovic is another new signing to get his debut in an Inter shirt. I'm excited to see him in action, he's supposed to be quite the midfielder.
1'
Referee Daniele Doveri blows his whistle... and we're off!
Good afternoon, Italian football fans/those who have stumbled across this LIVE! commentary by mistake! I'm Miles Chambers and I'm the fellow who will be talking you fine folk through this match. Fingers crossed we're in for a good one. Line-ups, coming right up...
Ezequiel Schelotto starts! The January signing snuggles into the right midfield position for Andrea Stramaccioni's men, alongside the likes of Javier Zanetti, Fredy Guarin, Antonio Cassano and Yuto Nagatomo.
The hosts are playing their favoured 3-4-2-1 formation - one I haven't seen in action much over the years. Giuseppe Iachini's side have been truly torrid in recent weeks, but they beat the Nerazzurri at San Siro earlier this season, so I wouldn't rule out a home win completely!
The players are out on the pitch! Just moments away from kick-off. Remember, you can get in touch with me on Twitter @Miles_Chambers. I'll be whacking in here some of your views later in the game, I expect!
Half-time! The referee blows and end to an intriguing 45 minutes of football. A flurry of goals over a four-minute period livened the game up even more, but the whole half was pretty entertaining. Siena deserve their lead, without a doubt, but I expect Inter to come out guns blazing in the second half. If they don't, then they are getting dangerously close to sliding down the Serie A table at this rate...
Remember to keep those tweets a-coming during half-time! @Miles_Chambers is where to direct them!
Ammar Shakeel (@AmmarShakeel04) tweeted: "Inter will dominate most of the game but will find it hard to pass through the rock-solid Siena defense."
Full-time! Siena have completed an incredible victory at home to Siena, completing the double against the Nerazzurri! Stramaccioni's men looked weakened after going a man down, but that doesn't belittle Siena's achievement as they were excellent before Chivu's red card, and already ahead after a top first-half performance.
Thanks to chose of you who stuck around for the duration of this entertaining game and I hope the neutrals and Siena fans among you enjoyed the unlikely scoreline! You can get in touch with me on Twitter (@Miles_Chambers), but for now, that's me done. Stick around on Goal.com for all the reaction to this match and the rest of the weekend's action!
