One minute of play left as Padoin digs up a cross for Pogba to finish off, but he cannot manoeuvre himself in time. Now there's handbags in the Milan box...
90'
@CwayaPATO reveals he played this exact fixture on FIFA with Milan recently and scored three times against Juve, while @pranavjones93 is delighted to see the Diavolo's fans get behind the team! Thanks for your input, guys. Four minutes of stoppage time to be played.
89'
WHAT A LET-OFF FOR MILAN!!! Amelia, after such an impressive showing, brings down Giovinco in the box! Fortunately for the Rossoneri, the diminutive forward was a good yard offside in the build-up.
88'
Amelia comes to the rescue again as he claims a corner, but that doesn't stop Caceres from jumping into the back of Constant. Medical attention is needed, but the Guinean soon makes his way back up!
87'
Time is running out for Juve as Flamini is the latest player to register an attempt on target, although the Frenchman's strike is dragged well wide.
86'
C. Marchisio gets yellow.
Nice analysis from @tim_verdune, who writes: "I see the champions claiming a point from this fixture if the match continues this way cos they are a complete team."
85'
Amelia makes another save in quick succession before climbing highest to punch a Pirlo corner away!
84'
M. Flamini enters the game and replaces K. Boateng.
83'
VITAL STOP FROM AMELIA!! Giovinco finally produces a pass of note as he drills a cross in for Vucinic, but the former Roma ace's strike is instinctively parried away by the goalkeeper!
Minute
Description
81'
Powerful play from Constant, who breaks from his left-back spot to win the ball in the middle of the park and lay the foundations for a corner. AND YEPES IS CLOSE AS HIS HEADER FORCES A SAVE FROM BUFFON!
79'
It's fair to say that Giovinco has been unable to get up to speed with the high-octane nature of the match, as he concedes another free kick. Montolivo's attempt, however, ends with De Jong being penalised for fouling a Bianconeri shirt in the box.
76'
@knownAs_PHILIP and @CwayaPATO are backing Milan to hold onto their lead while @My_Name_Iz_PAUL and @MIKassim are anticipating a Juve win still!
75'
Marchisio's slide-rule pass reaches Giovinco, with his back to goal, but the referee rules the phase of play as offside. What can Pogba bring to the table for Juventus? Let me know on Twitter @livmc on in our LIVE chat!
74'
Nocerino slides into Bonucci, allowing El Shaarawy to race onto the loose ball. However, the forward's cross is intercepted and goes out for a corner, which rolls off for a Juve throw.
73'
C. Zapata enters the game and replaces P. Mexès.
I've been inundated with an overwhelming number of tweets tonight, thanks to all of you who have contributed! I'll try my best to include them in the next 15 minutes.
72'
P. Pogba enters the game and replaces K. Asamoah.
71'
Milan are left counting their lucky stars once more as Asamoah squares the ball to Padoin down the right, but no-one is able to connect with the substitute's cross! There's a couple of substitutions on their way too.
69'
Fantastic last-ditch intervention from Mexes to deny a Bianconeri jersey from meeting Padoin's cross. The former Atalanta man has been a definite improvement over Isla.
68'
WHAT AN EFFORT!! That's more like the Nocerino we've come to love as he charges down the left flank and cuts inside before unleashing a piledriver just over the bar!
66'
De Sciglio wastes a good opening as his cross is far too long and rolls off for a goal kick. The ball continues to ping about but neither side can keep possession!
65'
G. Pazzini enters the game and replaces Robinho.
It's getting feisty out there now as Mexes and Giovinco clash, while Yepes is getting in on the action. Meanwhile, Robinho's comeback is cut short and Pazzini is picked to replace him.
63'
Juve are getting closer as the seconds tick away! This time it's Padoin who whips the ball into the box, and Giovinco tries to execute an overhead kick - which he cannot catch on his boot.
61'
OH VUCINIC! What a miss from the Montenegrin as Giovinco crosses into his strike partner's path, but he blazes his effort way over the bar!
58'
Much of the second half has been in AC Milan's half admittedly, but the champions are uncharacteristically lacking quality in advanced areas and resorting to counterattacking tactics on occasions. Milan, however, are working equally as hard to preserve their lead!
57'
S. Giovinco enters the game and replaces F. Quagliarella.
56'
Marchisio goes into the back of El Shaarawy, and it's a welcome respite as it allows Juventus to replace Quagliarella with Giovinco. What can the Atomic Ant conjure up? Let me know @livmc on Twitter or in our LIVE chat!
55'
Vidal is lucky to avoid being booked as he hacks away at Boateng. However, Juventus soon try to launch a counterattack direct from the Chilean again breaking up the play in the middle of the park, albeit without an end product.
53'
@Davidchibike on Twitter expects the title holders to stage a comeback, as he writes: "I still see Juve winning this match. AC Milan still miss Ibrahimovic @livmc."
52'
Pirlo is presented with a golden opportunity to curl a free kick in, with the ball positioned central to goal. However, it is deflected over the bar by the Milan wall and the resulting corner is wasted.
51'
So far so good as far as us purists are concerned! The intensity has only gone up a notch as Vucinic tries to volley a cross at goal but Mexes is on hand to pressurise the attacker.
49'
LUCKY FROM BUFFON!! The Italy goalkeeper is caught in two minds as he accidentally passes the ball straight to El Shaarawy, forcing Barzagli to make a quick dash and slide into the forward!
48'
Asamoah tries his best to get past De Sciglio down the left, but the Italy youngster refuses to back down and eventually wins a throw-in off the Ghanaian.
46'
S. Padoin enters the game and replaces M. Isla.
45'
WHAT A WASTE! Judging by the season El Shaarawy has had, you would have banked on him finishing off a counterattack! Robinho is again the instigator, and the Italo-Egyptian is found down the right, but he is indecisive and ends up crossing the ball out for a throw.
The ref has blown his whistle for half-time! It's been a hugely captivating first 45 minutes and it can only get better! Continue flooding me with your tweets as we have some belters coming right up.
Thanks for your interactions everyone, there'll be more where that came from as the match wears on. Isla's off for Padoin as far as substitutions are concerned. We're back under way for the second half!
44'
Much better from the Italy man, who bends the free kick through the Old Lady's wall, and Buffon has to get down to gather the ball.
43'
L. Bonucci gets yellow.
El Shaarawy bursts forward and is deliberately tripped by Bonucci, who must be careful! Montolivo shapes up from a similar position to his previous free kick.
41'
Vidal finds Isla down the right, who in turn threads through Vucinic. However, the Montenegrin's cross is deflected by Yepes and headed to safety.
40'
And fluffs it! Robinho lays the ball off to the midfielder, but his low strike bounces off the Juve wall.
39'
Free kick on the edge of the box for Milan. Montolivo steps up.....
38'
It's been all Juventus these past few minutes, as they probe around the outskirts of the Milan box, but Marchisio carelessly puts the ball out of play.
35'
@bigbongthe0ry on Twitter says: "Probably yelling 'which one of you have the emergency tickets to fly Del Piero in?!'" - after Robinho's penalty, that may be needed!
33'
Robinho again tries his luck by going through the middle of the Juventus defence, and he almost does - if not for his tame shot which is easily saved by Buffon!
31'
Penalty goal scored by Robinho for AC Milan!
ROBI MAKES NO MISTAKE!! The Brazilian marks his return to the side in goalscoring fashion by drilling the ball into the bottom left corner! 1-0 Milan as we approach the latter stages of the first half!
30'
M. Isla gets yellow.
29'
PENALTY TO MILAN!!!! Montolivo's cross into the box meets the head of Nocerino, but it is handballed by Isla, leaving the ref no choice but to award the spot kick to the Rossoneri!
28'
Who better to try an audacious attempt than Quagliarella! He almost catches a long ball in the box, but his scorpion kick goes wide of the target.
27'
Yepes does well to read Isla's low cross and hacks the ball away. Immediately at the other end, Milan try to break back but it ends with Robinho catching Bonucci in the face.
25'
THAT WAS FORTUNATE! Robinho's movement is proving a handful for the champions, and Pirlo is left with no choice but to stick out a cynical leg. The referee, however, sees nothing wrong with the midfielder's tackle!
24'
Angelo Alessio is already barking orders to his Juventus players in Antonio Conte's absence. What do you think he is demanding? Let me know via Twitter @livmc!
21'
Vucinic tries to make amends almost immediately by flicking the ball with his heel to Quagliarella, but the Italy striker is deemed offside. Third of the match so far!
19'
El Shaarawy has been limited to mainly defensive work in the opening 20 minutes, but it's still early days yet! Vucinic, meanwhile, feels the wrath of the referee and gives away a free kick.
17'
A. Nocerino gets yellow.
The first yellow card of the night is shown to Nocerino, who climbs all over Caceres while the defender attempts to hook the ball to safety!
16'
Asamoah is offside by the smallest of margins as Marchisio's floated pass is just about read by Yepes.
14'
GREAT MOVE! Robinho surges forward and leaves Bonucci on the floor as he then looks up to thread through De Sciglio. The full-back's shot requires Buffon to make the save with his legs from a tight angle!
12'
The referee permits a retake of the corner, but Buffon claims the ball easily enough. Moments later, Constant is forced to stop Isla from sending a cross into the area.
10'
De Jong and Quagliarella are involved in some scraps in the centre-circle, and De Sciglio wins a corner from the free kick! What can captain for the night Montolivo do from the set-piece... Nothing as Yepes is accused of pulling back Bonucci!
9'
Caceres plays a perfect offside trap as Robinho is flagged for timing his run too early off the Uruguayan's shoulder.
7'
Free kick to Juventus on the right-hand side of the box as El Shaarawy is penalised for going in too strong on Vidal. However, Pirlo's looping attempt amounts to nothing.
5'
THAT WAS CLOSE! De Sciglio is again in the thick of the action as he bombs forward and drags a low shot from the edge of the box just wide of Buffon's goal!
4'
Very interesting to see how El Shaarawy will fare against Isla tonight! The Italo-Egyptian has already got the beating of the Chilean, but he is stopped in his tracks not before long.
3'
De Sciglio advances down the right and feeds Robinho, who appears to be playing in a free role, and links with Boateng. The Ghanaian's cross, however, is headed to safety.
1'
And we're under way with Milan going from right to left and Juve vice-versa!
High-tempo start as Robinho is claiming for a throw-in near the corner flag, but his sliding tackle on Barzagli came off him last.
Hello and welcome to tonight's crunch Serie A clash between AC Milan and Juventus! I'm Livio Caferoglu and I'll be guiding you through all the action LIVE from San Siro.
And, last but not least, the visitors: Buffon; Barzagli, Bonucci, Caceres; Isla, Vidal, Pirlo, Marchisio, Asamoah; Vucinic, Quagliarella.
Remember, as always, you can send me all of your thoughts and opinions on the match via Twitter @livmc. All of the best posts WILL feature in my text commentary so get tweeting!
The teams are in! Here's how the Rossoneri will look: Amelia; De Sciglio, Mexes, Yepes, Constant; Montolivo, De Jong, Nocerino; Robinho, Boateng, El Shaarawy.
As @EmekaEkeh4 kindly pointed out, it was Buffon not Amelia stopping Montolivo's free kick - which would make sense! Thanks for joining us tonight.
@Oopz_I_Am_Shy is another Milan fan, and he has been encouraged by his side's first-half display: "If Milan play like this all season, who knows what they can achieve..."
On the other hand, @StonerTeam is keeping cautious, but he is still happy with the Rossoneri's efforts: "Well so far so good @livmc. Robinho from the spot!!"
@pranavjones93 seems to be enjoying the action, and who can blame him as he quips: "Amazing match at the San Siro! Milan playing really well. Juventus have to improve in the second half! This match can only get better!"
It wouldn't be too controversial of me to say that Juventus have looked surprisingly shaky at the back. The absence of Giorgio Chiellini appears to be keenly felt, and the gamble to play Isla ahead of Lichtsteiner may have backfired!
We finally have a Juventino to speak of as @DVPofficial hits back with: "I'm sure my Juventus are going to bring it hot for the next half. We can't afford another Milanese defeat. No way!"
But it doesn't matter as Milan have done it!! They have run out 1-0 winners against the champions, who have now lost twice in Serie A! Stay on Goal.com for a full report and player ratings of tonight's match at San Siro. I'm Livio Caferoglu and thank you for joining me this evening. Arrivederci a tutti!
Also, spare a thought for @pranavjones93 who has an exam tomorrow! Good luck from all of us here at Goal.com, boss.
