OFF THE LINE! What an ending! Lukaku again goes close as he steers the ball towards the bottom corner but, with Hart beaten, Kolarov clears off the line!
90' +3
GOAL! And West Brom are immediately made to rue that miss as Dzeko seizes on hesitiation in the hosts' defence by slotting cooly past Foster to clinch all three point for the champions. Last-gasp winner? Check.
90' +1
E. Džeko gets yellow.
CLOSE! Wow, what an effort by Lukaku! The on-loan striker collects a stinging pass from the right with a perfect first touch to flick the ball up before hitting a perfect bicycle kick against Hart's bar!
90'
E. Džeko has scored a goal for Manchester City! Assist by S. Agüero.
Y. Touré gets yellow.
We are into added time here, of which there will be four minutes.
88'
Odemwingie, who has been lively since his second-half introduction, skips inside Richards and let fly from 25 yards, but it whistles high and wide of Hart's goal.
86'
In to the final five minutes here, and City are cranking up the pressure. Are we gearing up for a last-gasp winner?
82'
A. Kolarov enters the game and replaces C. Tevez.
Immediate attacking change by Clarke as he brings on Lukaku - who has been struggling for match fitness of late - to add an added impetus to his forward line.
80'
E. Džeko has scored a goal for Manchester City! Assist by C. Tevez.
R. Lukaku enters the game and replaces S. Long.
GOAL! Less than two minutes after coming on Dzeko equalises for City, capitalising on Foster poor decision to come out and punch a free-kick delivery clear to head the ball into a near-empty net.
78'
E. Džeko enters the game and replaces G. Barry.
And here comes Dzeko, on it place for Barry.
75'
Dzeko is stripped and ready to come on as Tevez horribly over-hits City's seventh corner.
Minute
Description
72'
Z. Gera enters the game and replaces J. Morrison.
Gera is brought on and immediately takes the corner, but the delivery is too long and goes straight out of play.
70'
West Brom are full of confidence all of a sudden now, and win a corner after Ridgewell's cross is fumbled over the line by Nasri.
68'
Clarke barely celebrated on the bench. Cool, calm and collected. He is on his way to a famous win here.
67'
S. Long has scored a goal for West Bromwich Albion! Assist by P. Odemwingie.
GOAL! 1-0!Shane Long gives West Brom and lead against the run of play! Odemwingie - introducted just four minutes ago - tries his luck from 25 yards but his low drive is deflected into the path of the striker, who simply taps past a wrong-footed Hart for a surprise lead. GAME ON.
64'
S. Agüero enters the game and replaces M. Balotelli.
Balotelli's time is up as he is replaced by Aguero. I was certain he was going to get sent off. Ah well.
63'
P. Odemwingie enters the game and replaces G. Dorrans.
61'
M. Fortuné gets yellow.
Well, the awards for the silliest foul of the game has been won, and it isn't by Balotelli. Fortune completely mis-times his attempt at a headed clearance and ends up slapping the ball away on the edge of the box. He is duly yellow-carded, with the resulting free kick flashed past the far post.
58'
A valiant run from Tevez is brought to an end by Tamas. Nasri whips in the free kick to the far past, with Richards heads back towards Balotelli, but the striker cannot sort out his feet quick enough and the volley loops over Foster's bar. City are getting closer. You really cannot tell they are down to 10 men.
56'
Another chance for City and it is wasted again and Tevez lets fly with a free kick from 30 yards which screws off closer to the corner flag then Foster's goal. Deary me.
53'
The tempo has decreased again slightly after bright start from the champions, with West Brom now taking their time when in possession.
50'
Mancini has changed his formation for the second half to a 4-3-1-1 formation. Nasri has joined Yaya Toure and Barry in central midfield and Tevez is playing behind Balotelli, who is very much the lone forward now and looks happier because of it.
48'
...but, again, the corner comes to nothing.
Here come City again, as Balotelli sets up Clichy but the left-back's attempt from the edge of the area is blocked by Tamas.
47'
GREAT SAVE! Foster keeps the home side in the tie by diverting Tevez's top-corner bound shot away for a corner...
46'
And we are back underway in the second half where it is West Brom 0-0 Man City.
45' +3
The corner is whipped into Morrison on the edge of the are, but the midfielder can only guide his half-volley high and wide.
45' +2
More trouble for the referee to deal with as Richards get up in Clattenburg's face despite being lucky not to avoid a booking for a lunge on Yacob. West Brom win a corner.
45'
Into stoppage time at the end of the first half, of which there will be four minutes.
43'
Report back to my update on 32 minutes, and it's Balotelli again with the entertainment. The striker first goes to ground clutching his face despite Olsson not having touched him before getting up and gliding past three players and thwacking a shot against Foster's diving body. Ridiculous to sublime.
41'
Straight up the other end (sort of) Yacob tries his luck from over 30 yards, that looks to trouble Hart for the first time this match before skimming past the post.
40'
CLOSE! And, right on cue, Balotelli nicks in behind the West Brom defence and forces a good save from Foster, who gets down low to his left to narrow the angle.
38'
West Brom are not fully taking capitalising on their extra-man advantage at the moment and Man City are growing with confidence again.
35'
C. Yacob gets yellow.
32'
G. Tamaș gets yellow.
I tell you what, the lack of chances is being made up for the ticking time bomb that is Mario Balotelli. The Italian is already on a yellow card after a cynical scrap of his studs down the back of a West Brom defender, and is diving into challenges like nobody's business at the moment.
30'
Not that I was expecting a lesson in beautiful football, but this silly. It's been foul after foul so far. The latest culprit is Tevez who goes in very late on Morrisons and is duly penalised.
27'
S. Long gets yellow.
26'
Well, the tide has, understandly, changed following that red card as the home support chant "Villa reject" to Milner as he trots down the tunnel.
24'
Long takes the resulting free kick, but it is hit straight into the wall.
23'
J. Milner goes off after a red card!
RED CARD! James Milner is given his marching orders, and rightly so, after taking down Shane Long just yards from the edge of the area - but question marks must be raised over Kompany's positioning to put Milner under pressure in the first place.
19'
M. Balotelli gets yellow.
It really is one-way traffic at the Hawthorns, with Man City dominating proceeds after a sluggish start - Tevez is the latest to be close with an ambitious effort on the turn from the edge of the area.
16'
Man City win another corner and Ridgewell is making a nuisance of himself when marking Yaya Toure, with the Ivorian not happy with his over-eagerness to cover. The referee has a word and all is forgotten (probably not).
13'
...which is delivered by Milner towards Richards, but the defender cannot direct the ball goalwards.
12'
More pressure from the visitors as Milner gets on the ball with some intent for the first time in the game and whips in a great cross that a mixture of Tamas and Foster direct off Yaya Toure's head for a corner...
10'
Nice, neat and tidy play from the champions as Nasri and Yaya Toure link up well down the right, before finding Tevez. The Argentine shows good feet to skip past one challenge, only to see Foster rush out and collect at his feet just inside the area.
7'
Man City coming into the game now, and create their first chance on goal with Nasri and Balotelli combining well to find space for Tevez - however Tamas gets back well to clear the danger.
5'
A little scare for Man City as Yaya Toure goes down under little pressure, stumbling slightly on his instep. He looks to be OK though.
3'
West Brom just keeping the ball in the opening stages, allowing every player to get a touch on the ball.
1'
And West Brom get us underway!
Good afternoon and welcome to Goal.com's LIVE coverage of the Premier League clash between West Brom and Manchester City. My name is Alex Young and I will be taking you through the game's events.
First things first, let's get the team news sorted.
Man City head into the fixture after watching a Juan Mata-inspired Chelsea extend their lead at the top of the table with a 4-2 win over Tottenham - so Roberto Mancini and his charges will be aware they need a victory to keep up with the pacesetters.
West Brom head coach Steve Clarke has elected to start Shane Long up front, with loan starlet Romelu Lukaku among the substitutes for the visit of the champions.
In the wide positions, Zoltan Gera and Peter Odemwingie drop out of the starting XI and are replaced by Marc-Antoine Fortune and Graham Dorrans.
Carlos Tevez and Mario Balotelli will start in attack for Man City, with Sergio Aguero restricted to a place on the bench. David Silva misses out after suffering a hamstring injury while playing for Spain during the international break.
In midfield, Yaya Toure partners Gareth Barry while Micah Richards and Gael Clichy are preferred to Pablo Zabaleta and Aleksandar Kolarov in the full-back slots.
A few stats to whet your appetite? Absolutely.
West Brom have not scored in their last four Premier League games against Man City. However, Steve Clarke's side have won three of their last five home games against the Premier League champions.
A couple minutes away from kick-off...
And the half-time whistle blows! It's still 0-0 here with the only entertainment being Balotelli's antics. Other than that, this has been dire.
Right then, the players are back out for the start for the second half.
And that's full-time! Again, what an ending to the game here at the Hawthorns. City came from behind to snatch victory. Lukaku was desperately unlucky in injury-time. Assessing the game as a whole, it was a deserved three points for City.
