Quagliarellia charges down the right flank and forces a corner. Four minutes of added time by the way, ladies and gentlemen.
90'
It must also be stated that the introductions of Quagliarella and Giaccherini have been a welcome impetus with their fresh bursts of energy. Just what the doctor ordered!
88'
Just as the goal went in I was ready to praise Siena for their dogged persistence in stifiling Juve's front players and looking dangerous on the break. Still, it doesn't change the fact that the away side have never looked like squandering control.
87'
A. Sestu gets yellow.
They just never give up, do they? Spirited performances from both Bianconeri today, but it's the champions who seem to have nicked it with that extra dash of quality.
85'
C. Marchisio has scored a goal for Juventus! Assist by G. Chiellini.
84'
MARCHISIOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Giovinco's cross is headed onto the right peg of the midfielder, who rifles in an unstoppable first-time strike! A deserved first league goal of the season!
81'
Reginaldo enters the game and replaces A. Rosina.
Rosina's awful miss looks to have been the final nail in the coffin, as he is promptly replaced by the veteran Reginaldo.
80'
F. Quagliarella enters the game and replaces L. Marrone.

Description
79'
Here's a quick stat for you. Juventus have won 14 of the past 15 Serie A meetings between these two sides.. In other matters, Vucinic unleashes a powerful shot which Pegolo must dive down low to stop.
77'
HOW DID HE MISS THAT?? Amazing turn of events as Del Grosso's cross meets Rosina, totally unmarked, but he somehow can't guide his header on target!
76'
M. Paci gets yellow.
75'
This game desperately needs someone to grab it by the scruff of the neck! Can Pirlo provide the inspiration for a winner? Not at the moment, his free kick from the left-hand side is headed to safety.
72'
Siena will surely rue these missed chances, as another fabulous delivery is almost met by Riber Rodriguez at the far post! However, his contact is dragged wayward.
70'
Vucinic clips through an acute chip for Vidal to latch onto, and the Chilean forces a fine save from Pegolo near the byline!
68'
F. Bolzoni enters the game and replaces Ângelo.
E. Giaccherini enters the game and replaces S. Lichtsteiner.
What a chance of a respite for Siena, but it's wasted horrifically as Rosina skies the free kick! Meanwhile, both right-backs - Lichtsteiner and Angelo - are replaced by Emmanuele Giaccherini and Francesco Bolzoni
67'
66'
Luís Neto gets yellow.
Neto and Giovinco clash in the box, with the former Parma ace jinking his way inside once more, but the referee rules in favour of the defender. Questionable.
65'
Siena have lost their composure and are at sixes and sevens at the back. Again, Juve try to launch possession from Pirlo's deep-lying position.
64'
Siena are under all sorts of pressure now, and this time Giovinco latches onto a pass and bears down on the Siena goal and rounds Pegolo, but the custodian makes it back in time and danger is averted. An onslaught now!
62'
PEGOLO AGAIN!!!! The goal is getting closer for Juve as Giovinco puts a great delivery into the box, but the goalkeeper's touch is crucial as it evades an on-rushing Vucinic by the smallest of fractions!!
60'
As we pass the hour mark, Quagliarella looks on from the sidelines performing his stretches. He's sure to come on, the question is.. when?
59'
Oh Vucinic... ! The Montenegrin may not have made the scoresheet yet but his work in trying to unlock the Siena defence has been a real highlight. This time he whips up a sumptuous strike which whistles agonisingly wide of the post!
58'
WARNING SIGNS FOR JUVE!! Siena are almost gifted the goal for 2-1 as a devilish cross is nearly guided in by none other than Chiellini! However, Buffon is (literally) on hand to parry the header over the bar.
55'
Still too casual and not adventurous enough from Juve, and their passing patterns are becoming a tad predictable now. A certain Alessandro Del Piero would have been perfect for a turgid affair like this possibly!
54'
53'
A. Sestu enters the game and replaces Zé Love.
NETO SAVES THE DAY!! Vidal's strike fortuitously deflects into the path of Giovinco, but the Atomic Ant's effort to put his team back in front is cleared off the line by the centre-back!
51'
The first five minutes have been played in Siena's half, with the hosts being forced to drop deeper and deeper! Vucinic tries to work his way into the box, but he is a little over-elaborate and loses possession.
49'
Chiellini again is involved, pulling back a Siena shirt from an Angelo corner, but gets away with it. A fair few players walking tightropes!
46'
K. Asamoah enters the game and replaces P. De Ceglie.
Immediate impact almost made there by Asamoah, as he darts into the channel and fizzes a dangerous ball across goal. No-one on the end of it though!
45' +2
E. Calaiò has scored a goal for Siena! Assist by Ângelo.
IT'S THE EQUALISER AND WHAT TIMING, TOO!!!!!!!!! Calaio makes up for his earlier gilt-edged miss with a bullet header on Angelo's cross. Be sure to send me all of your tweets on the match!
45' +1
A. Rosina gets yellow.
P. De Ceglie gets yellow.
Rosina is the latest recipient of a yellow card, quite incredibly, as he argues his case to have been a 50-50 battle with De Ceglie. Siena's third of the afternoon!
45'
Two minutes of added time have been signalled.
And we're back under way for the second half! Ze Eduardo comes in from behind to trip Pirlo - free kick.
43'
GOOD STOP!! Marchisio ghosts on the edge of the box, before turning past his marker and curling a fine effort which forces an acrobatic save from Pegolo!
42'
It's a footballing cliche, but he has been a class apart this afternoon. We have a momentary time-out here and it's Cosmi again, absolutely seething with rage right now. He's been sent into the tunnel!
40'
ANCORAAAA!!! Well not quite.. still, it's Pirlo again who bends one around the wall and it cannons of the crossbar! He's been truly awesome today, pulling all the strings in the middle of the park.
39'
Another debatable decision there.. Marrone bursts into the Siena half and looks to foray into the box! He is suddenly hauled down, however - fair enough, but the hosts had a similar incident that was ignored by officials.
37'
Haven't had much of a chance to check Twitter out - this one's been hugely captivating - I hope your messages are waiting for me at half-time! Meanwhile, Vucinic finds space on the right-hand side, and his shot is tame and is saved by Pegolo.
36'
Their patient build-up is almost rewarded as Pirlo lifts a superb ball into the box, but Giovinco can't quite catch it on the half-volley. Wonderful vision!
35'
Quiet couple of minutes, as the visitors are happy enough to slow the tempo right down and play the ball about in their own half. Another late challenge, this time from Angelo - cue a chorus of boos from Siena fans!
32'
Admittedly, Juventus have passed Siena to death at times, but Chiellini loses out to Rosina as I speak. However, the burly stopper does well to shepherd the ball out for a goal kick.
30'
CONTROVERSY ENSUES!!! It was always going to happen, right? Chiellini, already on a yellow, goes in extremely hard on Felipe. Very, very lucky to still be on the pitch but don't be surprised if the last is never heard of this! Cosmi is outraged and makes his feelings known, unsurprisingly.
29'
I'm losing count of the fouls in this one! It's Vidal again who is involved and looks a little shaky with his passing. Still, he is upended by Rodriguez on this occasion.
26'
Zé Love gets yellow.
25'
ANOTHER yellow would you believe, and it's Ze Eduardo who lunges into Vidal. Nevertheless, it's been a hard-working display from the Brazilian so far, but his side will need a similar shift from all of their players on the field today!
23'
CALAI....NOOOOOO!! Rosina has been undoubtedly Siena's most enterprising player so far, and he lays off the striker for an easy chance to tap home but his shot goes wide of the post despite beating Buffon!
22'
G. Chiellini gets yellow.
Another yellow card, this time for Chiellini, who raises his arm into the face of Rosina as he tries to break forward.
20'
He's back up, but that doesn't stop Juve from playing some beautiful stuff! This time it's Vidal who whips a cross into the box, but Lichtsteiner arrives a little too late to make contact.
18'
Felipe's had a nightmare start to the match, and he's currently down with a knock. A shame considering he's proved an important player so far in Cosmi's Siena.
16'
As our resident Bundesliga expert Enis Koylu quips, "surprise, surprise." How will Siena bounce back from their woes? Rosina sees another strike curl into Buffon's hands so far.
14'
A. Pirlo has scored a goal for Juventus!
GOOOOOLLLLLL!!! A curling, low strike goes underneath the wall and into the bottom right corner. Fantastic vision from Pirlo to see the gap open up in front of him! Third Serie A strike already for the playmaker.
13'
Felipe gets yellow.
12'
Siena have been on the receiving end of several decisions thus far, but Felipe is arguably warranted to see a yellow card on this instance, bringing down Giovinco again. Free kick near the D. What can Pirlo conjure up?
11'
Marchisio lets fly from the edge of the box but the ball flies aimlessly over. Still, kudos to the midfielder for his movement to find himself in such an advanced position!
9'
Rodriguez is unfortunate to see a clash with De Ceglie go in the way of the Italian. Seemed like a just shoulder charge to me but the referee doesn't see it that way!
7'
Oooh. Siena regain possession for the first time in a fair few minutes, and it's Calaio who tries to thread through Ze Eduardo. However, the move breaks down.
6'
Yet another free kick for Juve as Arturo Vidal is the man to go down this time around, but Andrea Pirlo's execution is surprisingly poor. Goal kick again!
5'
Giovinco this time evades Felipe and is chopped down by the Italo-Brazilian defender! Promising start from the diminutive forward. De Ceglie also sees the ball for the first time, having replaced Kwadwo Asamoah today.
4'
Giovinco tries to wriggle his way into the Siena box, but Felipe stops him in his tracks and the ball goes out for a goal kick.
2'
FIRST CHANCE GOES TO SIENA! Angelo drills a low cross into the box, which is met by Rosina, but the former Zenit man can only tamely shoot into the gloves of Buffon!
1'
Will Juve be buoyed on by the six-month relief of their coach's ban, or will one of Serie A's more colourful characters take the plaudits? We'll wait and see, the match is under way!
Ciao one and all and welcome to Goal.com's LIVE commentary of the Serie A clash between Siena and Juventus at the Artemio Franchi in Tuscany! I'm Livio Caferoglu and I'll be guiding you through all the action as it comes.
We're already into week seven of the action in Italy and what a start to the season it has been! Both sides go into this afternoon's encounter on the back of contrasting fortunes, as the champions remain unbeaten and lead the way, while Serse Cosmi's side are struggling to address their six-point deduction.
Right, the team news is in! Don't move a muscle, folks.
Only three minutes to kick-off now. Be sure to tweet me all of your views, predictions and much, much more on Twitter @livmc! As ever, the best will be posted over the course of the 90 minutes.
It's a sell-out crowd here in Tuscany, and unsurprisingly so considering the title holders are in town! Several parallels between these two outfits; identical colours, almost-identical badges and of course Conte, who watches on in the stands today.
SIENA (3-4-1-2): Pegolo; Neto, Paci, Felipe; Angelo, Vergassola, Rodriguez, Del Grosso; Rosina; Ze Eduardo, Calaio.
Interesting picks made by both coaches. Leonardo Bonucci's suspension allows Luca Marrone to slot into central defence, while Paolo De Ceglie and Sebastian Giovinco are also rewarded starting berths by Antonio Conte. Elsewhere, the marauding style of Angelo is preferred to the more conservative-minded Sestu down the right-hand side for Siena.
@drhidayath has also been chiming in, and he believes today's match has exposed Juve's lack of striking depth: "Yet more proof that Juve is having problems up front with the lack of a clinical striker."
The likes of Pogba, Matri and Caceres soak up a few minutes' worth of kicking the ball about. Could Massimo Carrera be about to make a change?
A substitution is made after all, and it seems to have been influenced by De Ceglie's failure to deal with Angelo down the flank prior to Siena's leveller. Impressive going forward though, but Asamoah will provide more steel and industry.
Well so far, the best of the tweets is from @lomton, who agrees that a Siena player is most likely to suffer the cruel fate of a red card: "A Siena player will be sent off today. #JuveSiena."
And that's that as Carrera throws a fist in the air and embraces Giaccherini following a vital victory at the Artemio Franchi. Juve now march on at the Serie A summit while Siena flounder in the relegation zone. I'm Livio and it's been a pleasure commentating to you all this afternoon. Stay on Goal.com for a huge Sunday - the Clasico and the Milanese derby are yet to come! Arrivederci!
