beckham IS A TRUE FOOTBALL LEGEND
sure he is even better outside of the footballing world
but never forget, this is a man who has won titles everywhere he went
played for two of the best clubs in the world
twice came second as world player of the year
captianed england and has a record for either scoring or assiting in every other game for his country
his free kick are tops and although now he is not what he used to be he is still bloody good

overconfidence!!!! there is no such thing as that when it comes to penalties in a champions league final
also, it was not truly terry's falt. the pitch had been ruined by rain a week before and so they had to install new turf from the netherlands just a few days before the match. the result was a slightly unstable pitch. therefor someone was always likely to slip. terry just happened to be that guy. dude, if your going to say something know what your talking about.
also, alot of english players - especially beckham would have missed that penalty because these players plant their standing foot down much more than the other players. beckham and gerrard and terry all do this
on Chelsea´s Terry still haunted by penalty miss (11)

yes tontodonati u said professionally,
even though he only played a few games during the 1992 season back when he was like sixteen he was still a professional.
also u dont know if we knew totti back then so dont assume
lots of people knew cristiano ronaldo before he got signed by man utd.
lots of people knew beckham before he was a man u first team regualar,

dajohnner, u r wrong the only other club in the world were ronaldo could have developed in the way he did wold be either arsenal or a jose morniho team
morinho because, beleive it or not, he is actually excellent in this regard
so is arsene wenger and alex ferguson
i could also see him developing well at barcelona since they pride them self in that way. however i think that had he played for a morinho team or barca.
he would be a slightly different player

tonto donati, your crazy.
england has also had some of the worlds most brilliant footballers
beckham, lampard, gerrard, ROONEY sol campbell.
infact your comment makes me question your level of intelligence. george best was irish.
also, all those names were brilliant footballers. geniouses. so what if they did drugs. so many people do that. infat lots of italian, candian and anerican superstars have ventured that far
so think before u talk
