I can see Diego Armando Maradona, as he loves to be called, lasting no more than 12 months (if as long as that) as the Argentina coach.

This man was a great footballer, possibly the greatest ever, but he has no brains !!!!!

Soccerwinner,
I'm sure I've said this before, but I'll say it again.

Why don't you upgrade your profile, so all other SoccerWay bloggers know who you really are, how old you are, the country where you live, your favourite soccer team, etc. ?

Is there a problem ?

Fred,
This is probably nothing more than speculation. Inter's president is not a stupid man and I'm sure that Mourinho must have been made to sign a contract that will make him stay with the club for a minimum period of time.

At the same time, Inter is currently top of the log, so they are not doing too badly.

One thing is certain, Mourinho has quickly realised that the highly tactical nature of Italian soccer doesn't make it very easy for foreign coaches to be successful.

And Italian soccer wasn't waiting for Mourinho as "the special one", because in Italy Mourinho is nothing special, that's for sure !!!!!!

BesTalent,
If you remember, earlier this year, I also predicted that Mark Hughes wouldn't last long at ManCity.

In my opinion, Mark Hughes was a good player, but he's certainly not a good coach.

NakedWake,
Actually, I wouldn't be surprised if, in the future, the wearing of a helmet should become a mandatory requirement for all for all goalkeepers.

If some goalkeepers should suffer serious injuries, like Petr Cech, then I'm willing to bet that FIFA/UEFA will something about it.

I my opinion the penalty that one pays in the States, for drinking under the influence and klling somebody, is appropriate under the circumstances. Barbara6, I agree with you 100%.

Chelsea4ever,
we all have our opinion about these things, but this bastard killed two innocent young children and crippled their father and he deserves to pay, big time, for what he did. And in my opinion 7 years is nothing for what he did.

Fred,
Petapa and Jalapa ? Never heard of these teams before and it's thanks to Newtonheath that we now know that these are Guatemalan clubs.

Fred, are you a big fan of Guatemalan soccer ?

Fred,
Thanks for enlightening me, and all other SoccerWay bloggers, on Guatemalan soccer. Sorry for not responding sooner, but I don't usually surf the web in the evenings.

And of course, I look forward to watching the Guatemalan national team in SA in 2010, hoping, as you say, that they are not in the same group as Italy; there is a real danger that they might knock us out of the competition.

Fred, what would we do without you ???

Mark,
I guess that one is never too busy to spend a little time on SoccerWay. And by the way, that goes for me too !!!

And your Italian is excellent and your spelling is spot on. Well done my friend !!!
