First of all Assunção arrived at Oporto in 2004 from Nacional da Madeira, the same year was sent in loan to AEK and later joined FCPORTO. Second Atletico Madrid boned him from Porto because the new law permits one at the age of 28 with two years of contract to go to another foreign club, so as he had one more year he must pay Porto back 0.6 millions euros for salaries compensation!

Trial judge archived the process, some time later the FCPORTO ex-president lover published a book with the influence of Benfica President telling some lies anyhow , the process was re-opened and is going on without any decision, but the portuguese Professional league Disciplinary commitee has already punished the club!
