Sorry guys this story surfaced up like 3 to 4 months ago in the papers in the uk and i can confirm its not true, owen is due to be signing a £16 million 4 year contract with the club either the end of this week or next week how i know this? well i know people who work at the club also no one and i repeat no one has come in for an offer for him.
