Ajax claimed a fourth successive Eredivisie title on Sunday after getting the point they needed with a 1-1 draw at Heracles.
Having sat top of the table for the entire second half of the season, and wrapped up the championship with a game to spare.
Lasse Schone gave them an early lead at and although Heracles midfielder Simon Cziommer levelled midway through the first half, Ajax were able to take a draw to spark celebrations.
Ajax join PSV in becoming winners of four straight Eredivisie crowns, while Frank de Boer becomes the first coach to achieve the feat.
Below the Amsterdam club, Feyenoord secured a return to the UEFA Champions League play-offs after a season away with a 5-1 thrashing of Cambuur.
Martijn Barto cancelled out Ruud Vormer's opener as the visitors went into the break level at 1-1, but the home side were rampant after the break and they quickly restored their lead in the 49th-minute.
Highly rated 19-year-old midfielder Tonny Vilhena got the goal and Italian forward Graziano Pelle netted for the 23rd time this season with 18 minutes left to effectively wrap up the win.
Feyenoord were far from finished, however, as Vilhena added his second of the day and another well-regarded youngster – Jean-Paul Boetius – netted their fifth in the 90th minute.
That victory ended Twente's hopes of earning a UEFA Champions League berth, but Michel Jansen's men did all they could by hammering NEC 5-2.
Geoffrey Castillion got the hosts off to a marvellous start in Nijmegen, scoring in the first minute, but Twente eventually took charge and edged ahead just after the break as Wout Brama added to Kyle Ebecilio's first-half equaliser.
Star man Dusan Tadic scored twice in two minutes just before the hour mark to give the scoreline a resounding look, before Mexican Jesus Corona added a fifth.
Nick Marsman's 79th-minute own-goal look a little shine off the result, but Twente ultimately ran out comfortable winners.
PSV ended a run of three consecutive defeats by beating Zwolle 2-1 and moved into fourth above Vitesse, who could only draw 2-2 at home to Go Ahead Eagles, while Heerenveen remain in the hunt after beating Utrecht 4-1.
NEC's defeat to Twente ensured Roda can still escape relegation, but a 2-1 loss at home to Groningen means they head into the season's final day in serious trouble, while RKC Waalwijk's hopes of avoiding a relegation play-off took a major knock as they drew 1-1 at NAC Breda.
Den Haag moved up to ninth with a 2-1 triumph at home to AZ in a mid-table clash, but the defeat has no bearing on the visitors' Europa League play-off hopes as they had already secured eighth.
