Petrucci extends Peterborough loan

Manchester United youngster Davide Petrucci has extended his loan at Peterborough until the end of the season.
Petrucci has been restricted to playing just two games since his original one-month loan due to bad weather and FA cup ties.
The Championship side's need for the Italian has been tempered by George Boyd's failure to complete a deadline-day move to Nottingham Forest, but Petrucci insists he is pleased to be staying at London Road.
"I am very happy," he told Peterborough's club website.
"I only signed for a month in the first place because it was my first loan spell. I didn't know what to expect.
"However, since the first few days, I realised that I wanted to stay for longer and I am very pleased to be here until the end of the season."
Peterborough sit bottom of the Championship with a game in hand over fellow strugglers Bristol City and Barnsley.
