Borussia Dortmund manager Juergen Klopp was thrilled with his team's performance in their 3-0 thumping of Bayer Leverkusen.
Mats Hummels, Jakub Blaszczykowski and Robert Lewandowski all found the net for Dortmund in front of 80,645 spectators.
"Today we played really well," Klopp said. "It was a great performance by my team. For the first time this season, we brought our game."
Among the fans was German Chancellor Angela Merkel, and Klopp was quick to offer her a place in the stands whenever she liked.
"If she likes, she can come and watch every fortnight," he quipped.
Leverkusen counterpart Sascha Lewandowski was understandably frustrated by the result in an effort he described as 'entirely passive'.
Dortmund's win sees them climb to fourth on the Bundesliga table.
They host Ajax in the UEFA Champions League on Tuesday.
