Nacional Asuncion moved top of Paraguay's Division Profesional thanks to a 4-1 thrashing of Olimpia.

A day after Guarani were shock losers at Tacuary, Gustavo Morinigo's men took advantage in clinical fashion.

Cesar Caceres Canete, Marcos Melgarejo, Rodrigo Teixeira and Carlos Ruiz Peralta were on the scoresheet at the Estadio Arsenio Erico.

Richard Ortiz was sent off just after the hour-mark for the visitors, who briefly pulled a goal back through Juan Salgueiro.

The highlight for Nacional Asuncion was their celebration for Melgarejo's goal, with several players going for a snooze on the pitch.
