Hazard confirms Manchester move

15 May 2012 03:45

Lille attacker Eden Hazard has reiterated that he is bound for Manchester but refused to disclose which club he will join.

The Belgium international has already announced that he will be leaving his French employers at the end of the season to move to the Premier League.

Manchester United and Manchester City have emerged as his most likely suitors but Hazard has thus far remained coy on whether he will taking up residence at Old Trafford or Eastlands.

The 21-year-old had an opportunity to reveal all after being named as Ligue 1's player of the season on Monday, but when asked where he was going in the off-season, Hazard replied: "To Manchester, as I have already said. The decision will be taken soon."

Hazard, who has scored 17 goals in Ligue 1 this season along with 15 assists, has spent his entire professional career at Lille, having arrived in France from Belgian outfit Tubize as a 14-year-old.
