Paris Saint-Germain sporting director Leonardo admits Carlos Tevez's proposed transfer to the Parc de Princes may never happen.
The Ligue 1 leaders appeared to be in pole position to land the Argentine, with AC Milan having dropped out of the race and Manchester City reportedly having rejected Inter's 25-million-euro bid for the striker.
However, according to the Gazzetta dello Sport, Tevez has instructed his advisor Kia Jooarabchian to tell PSG that he is not interested in joining Carlo Ancelotti's side.
The paper also claims that when asked if a deal had been agreed to sign the 27-year-old striker, Leonardo replied: "There is no agreement (and) maybe never (will be)."
Milan chief executive Adriano Galliani has long maintained that Tevez is only interested in moving to the San Siro, but the Italian champions pulled out of the race to sign the forward when Alexandre Pato rejected a move to PSG.
Inter then reportedly made an offer that City dismissed, though president Massimo Moratti claimed the Premier League leaders never responded to the bid.
Tevez has not played for City since allegedly refusing to come on as a substitute during his side's Champions League defeat by Bayern Munich at the Allianz Arena in September.
