Ghana coach Goran Stevanovic said Zambia boss Herve Renard is under pressure, ahead of their Africa Cup of Nations semi-final on Wednesday.
Stevanovic said his opposite number Renard - who previously worked at Ghana as an assistant coach - would be worried about how to plot against his former players.
"Sometimes, it's not so good when you know the quality of Andre Ayew, (Asamoah) Gyan and Sulley (Muntari) before the game," the Serbian said ahead of their clash in Bata.
"You can be afraid even before. I respect the coach, I respect the team. Our opponent is very strong, very disciplined and for us, it is a very tough game."
Renard was Ghana assistant to Claude Le Roy in 2008 when they finished third at the competition on home soil.
Stevanovic also noted that he has studied Zambia thoroughly, and will plot against their strategies.
"We respect all teams but are always aware of our quality," he said.
"I know the Zambia team very well and I saw their tapes and we play differently, I can say."
"We will try to impose our style because definitely we have our style of the game and for us I can say it doesn’t matter who are the opposing side."
