GLASGOW (AFP) - Mexico World Cup star Efrain Juarez on Saturday signed a four-year contract with Celtic, the Scottish Premier League side announced.
The 22-year-old utility player will undergo a medical while Celtic officials finalise the documentation surrounding his transfer from Pumas.
Juarez follows international team-mate Pablo Barrera, who has also left Pumas for Britain.
The winger signed for West Ham United for four million pounds (6.1 million dollars) on Friday.
Barrera agreed a four-year contract with the English Premier League club after passing a medical and receiving his work permit.
