Days after signing Boubacar Sanogo to replace Vedad Ibisevic, TSG Hoffenheim may be set to strengthen their defense as well with the signing of Brazilian youngster Fabricio.

Defender Zsolt Loew left Hoffenheim for Mainz earlier this week and the current Bundesliga leaders aim to sign a replacement as soon as possible.

German sportspaper Kicker reports that Fabricio is set to join Hoffenheim on loan from his current side, Flamengo. The loan deal would keep the player in Germany until the end of the season with an option to buy before the end of that period.
