LA Galaxy midfielder and former England captain David Beckham

Former Manchester United and Real Madrid midfielder is looking forward to his first official league match with AC Milan this weekend when his team travel to the capital to take on AS Roma.

The thirty-three year old Beckham, who is on loan from LA Galaxy until 8 March, played the first half on Tuesday night in a club friendly against Hamburg in Dubai.

He added that he was fully satisfied with the way in which things have progressed both on and off the training pitch.

The former England captain also said that he had fitted in well and it was easy to fit in with the players and their playing style.

I hate that MLS chose David Beckham to popularize futbol in America. He was paid all that money to suck. I think they should start airing some EPL games and people will eventually get hooked, like I did. When they aired the 08Euro, it was very well received.

Personally, I don't think David Beckham is a good soccer player. To me, he is worthless and totally useless.
