Blackburn Rovers and Paraguayan forward Roque Santa Cruz

Manchester City’s manager Mark Hughes has admitted that Blackburn Rovers have turned down an offer thought to be in the region of fifteen million Pounds for the Paraguayan forward Roque Santa Cruz.

Hughes also said that it is still possible that they could go in with a higher soon.

The bid was reported to have been made on Wednesday.
