On Saturday, twenty-eight year old England defender Wayne Bridge completed his move from Chelsea to Manchester City.
The transfer fee was said to be in the region of ten million Pounds.
Wayne Bridge has spoken confidently about his future at the club.
He told the club’s website today that his best years were still ahead of him and that he had something to prove by doing well at Eastlands.
He added that he would be showing everyone what he is able to do with his left foot.
Bridge began his career at Southampton (1998-2003) before moving to Chelsea, where he has stayed since. He did spend the 2006 on loan at Fulham.
