Premier League side Aston Villa have completed the signing of English midfielder Fabian Delph from Leeds United for an undisclosed fee, which is believed to be around £5m.
The England Under-21 international has produced some sparkling performances for the League One side in recent years, with the 18-year-old bagging Football League Young Player of the Year award and earning a place in the PFA League One Team of the Year.
Such accolades and an exciting future meant a number of Premier League clubs being interested in securing his services.
But now it seems Villa have now won the chase for the 18-year-old.
Delph underwent a medical a medical earlier on Tuesday before agreeing personal terms at Villa Park.
Details of the deal have not been revealed but it is believed the fee could be worth up to £5million with add-ons.
