Fenerbahce advance to Turkish Cup final

Sivasspor only have the Turkish league left to focus on, as the current leaders were eliminated from the domestic Cup tournament by Fenerbahce.

'Fener' had won the first leg 3-1 on March 4th and held Sivasspor to a 0-0 draw in the second leg to secure their ticket to the final.

Fenerbahce don't have a particularly good relationship with the 'Türkiye Kupasi'. The Istanbul club featured in three finals this decade but lost all. Their most recent Cup was won in 1983.

On Wednesday, Besiktas and Ankaraspor decide which team is to face Fenerbahce in the final.
