Spartak Moscow move into seventh place in the Russian league thanks to a 2-0 win over Terek Groznyi this Saturday. Krylya Sovetov are back in the lead.
Spartak needed until late to make a difference versus Terek, with Vladimir Bystrov breaking the deadlock in the 72nd minute. Welliton added another goal ten minutes later.
Terek had been a man down since Mikhail Mischenko's red card in the 57th minute.
Krylya are back in the lead, at least for a day, following a goalless away draw with FK Rostov na Donu. On Sunday, Dinamo Moscow visit Rubin Kazan in an attempt to reconquer their top position.
