The Football Association of Iceland has revealed that defender Hermann Hreidarsson broke his jaw during the FA Cup final and will miss his country's 28 May friendly against Wales.

The 33-year-old was injured in a collision with his Portsmouth FC goalkeeper David James but played on as his team beat Cardiff City FC to lift the cup. Iceland will also be without Eidur Gudjohnsen against Wales.
