Boumsong's French Cup final fear

Olympique Lyonnais defender Jean-Alain Boumsong is rated doubtful for the French Cup final because of a groin injury. The French champions' coach, Alain Perrin, said the 28-year-old "will undergo a strict fitness test on Friday" to determine his availability against Paris Saint-Germain FC on Saturday night.
However, Perrin also warned that he would not risk "a player who has an important role ahead with France". Swiss international Patrick Müller is on standby.
