UMEA, May 17 (SW) - The first leg of the UEFA Women's Cup between Umea IK and FFC Frankfurt had a 1-1 draw as result.

Most of the action took place in the opening phase as the final result appeared on the scoreboard after just five minutes.

In the very first minute, the Swedish took the lead through Marta, who had only just been declared fit to participate in this match.

But four minutes later it was Conny Pohlers to level the score. The German received a cross from Petra Wimbersky and put the ball past goalkeeper Rönnlund.

The second leg will be played in Frankfurt next week.
