VVV Venlo have been relegated from the Dutch Eredivisie after a 2-0 defeat in their third play-off match against ADO Den Haag.

An own goal from goalkeeper Kevin Begois and a Daryl Janmaat effort decided matters after the first two legs had ended in 1-0 victories for both sides. Den Haag now meet RKC Waalwijk, both relegated from the Eredivisie last season, in the three-game play-off final for a top-flight place.
