Former German international Jörg Böhme will retire from playing with DSC Arminia Bielefeld this summer to take over the club's reserve team. Böhme, 34, has signed a three-year contract as a coach with the Bundesliga side.
He has made 21 top-flight appearances this season, the second of his second spell with Bielefeld. The left-sided midfielder previously played for FC Schalke 04 and VfL Borussia Mönchengladbach among others.
