Arsenal FC midfielder Mathieu Flamini has today put pen to paper on a four-year contract with AC Milan after passing a medical.
The 24-year-old, whose Arsenal contract will expire in June, arrived in Milan yesterday and signed for the Rossoneri after completing his medical today – despite having been sidelined for a month with an ankle injury.
Milan vice-president Adriano Galliani had announced that the 2006/07 UEFA Champions League winners were close to landing the French international after their 2-1 weekend victory over neighbours FC Internazionale Milano.
