FULL TIME - It's over in Klagenfurt and it's over for Poland. Their 2008 European Championships are over, while Croatia will now begin looking forward to their quarter final clash with Turkey.

Minute 90+2: Another shot from Rakitic, but it goes over and wide.

Minute 90+1: We're in added time now. This match never really got exciting, mostly due to Croatia's goal and Germany's lead in the other match.

Minute 87: Zahorski has a good chance to at least earn Poland a point but Runje gets in the way.

Minute 85: Vukojevic is cautioned for a foul on Guerreiro.

Minute 85: This match is really just a formality now. Poland are trying to create some chances but it's to no avail.

HALF TIME - It's half time in Klagenfurt. Poland need the opening goal more but Croatia have been much stronger so far.

Minute 45+2: Klasnic gets past Dudka but then has Boruc left to beat. The goalkeeper once again shows his skills and saves Poland.

Minute 45+1: There'll be two additional minutes at the end of the first half.

Minute 45: Croatia's Vejic fouls Guerreiro and is booked by the referee.

Minute 45: A low distance shot from Leko flies just past the left post. Boruc would have had it though if it was on goal.

Minute 42: Krzynowek takes a Polish free kick in a dangerous position but it's deflected and goes wide.

Minute 38: Lewandowski gets a yellow card for a foul.

Minute 37: Pranjic tries a shot and Boruc saves. The Polish goalie is very busy at the moment.

Minute 35: A Croatian corner sails just over the penalty area and nobody gets a head to it.

Minute 33: Another chance for Croatia, who really dominate at the moment. Klasnic storms into the penalty are after a pass from Petric but Boruc blocks the following shot.

Minute 30: Petric comes just too late to get his foot to a Pranjic cross, but the ref says it's off side anyway.

Minute 27: And there is the substitution with central defender Knezevic unfortunately having to leave.

Minute 26: Knezevic can't go on any longer as the injury is bothering him too much. Corluka is about to make his appearance.

Minute 22: Croatia get another free kick on the left wing but Boruc collects.

Minute 20: A Croatian free kick is headed just past the wrong side of the post by Vejic. Best chance of the match so far.

Minute 14: Pranjic is close to scoring the opening goal but has to shoot from a difficult angle and the ball goes wide of the far post.

Minute 12: Knezevic is back. Let's see if he lasts.

Minute 11: Dudka has a good chance from a Polish corner kick but heads wide.

Minute 11: Knezevic seems injured and has been stretchered off.

Minute 9: Lobodzinski sends in a cross from the right and almost reaches Krzynowek but goalkeeper Runje gets there first.

Minute 6: No big chances yet as play moves from one side to the other.
